Chapter 4. Contrition

Both of his eyes were reluctant to open. Roman lay weak in a hospital room. Doctors diagnosed when a portion of Roman's spine was fractured. His heart rate was weakened and dehydrated.

"Romaan .. banguun naak." said Angelina Hillberg. A middle-aged woman who continuously shed tears. He could not bear his grief, watching his eldest son suffer, lying helplessly.

Angelina also brought Natasha Hillberg, her youngest daughter. Natasha, who is still innocent, considers Roman just asleep on his bed. "Mamaa ... Brother Roman when is banguun?" asked Natasha innocently.

"Sister will definitely wake up soon, son," replied Angelina who pretended to be smiling. He must maintain the emotional stability of Natasha who is still a toddler.

Angelina didn't want Natasha to feel such a deep sadness, as she did. The woman, who had been abandoned by her husband, stroked Natasha's hair while shedding tears over her head.

The doctor entered the room where Roman was. He explained that Roman would soon come to his senses. In order to maintain the smooth treatment, the doctor told Angelina to wait in the patient's waiting room.

Moments later, Rika and Valentine come, to see Roman. They meet Angelina who is haunted by anxiety in her heart. Rika also brought some fruits for Roman. "Mother, we came to see Roman" Rika said, handing over a basket full of fresh fruit to Angelina.

"Thank you, Rika," said Angelina with puffy eyes.

Valentine tried to peek, from behind the window curtain. He then found Roman, was in the care of doctors and some nurses. Valentine no longer knows what to do, if Roman really sleeps forever.

All because of him. Valentine was upset with Roman. Not because of her treatment, but because Valerie is constantly paying attention to Roman.

Valerie and Valentine are sisters who are very closely related to their family. Jealous of Roman's attention, Valentine hires Paul to teach Roman a lesson. But all he got now was regret. Regrets that come.

Rika pulls Valentine away from Angelina. He wants Valentine to confess his actions to Roman. "Look at Mother Roman! Don't you have any heart with him? You're a woman, right? How would you feel if your son felt the same way Roman did?" reprimand Rika with a serious tone.

Valentine was swept away in regret after hearing Rika's tegura. He fell down, covering his face with both palms. "It's all my fault!" said.

Rika also cried, imagining how sad Angelina felt, who watched her son lying in agony. "Are you still not satisfied?" ask Rika who also rested in front of Valentine.

"Damkaakk!!! I didn't mean it that way!" argue Valentine while whining.

"Then, hurry! Prostrate before him!" firmly Rika while pointing her hand towards Angelina.

Valentine tried to confirm his intention to regret his actions. He builds trust, if Angelina will forgive all her mistakes. Before it's too late, I have to apologize immediately.

With complete confidence, Valentine rushed over to Angelina. He bowed before the woman. "Your mother! I'm sorry, I'm sorry!" valentine with regret.

"What's up, son? Why are you apologizing?" ask Angelina who is confused by Valentine's attitude.

"Mrrrt ...." Valentine could not continue his words. He even cried bitterly. His confidence has also been lost, replaced with a fear of Angelina's holiness.

Angelina grew even more astonished in the midst of her grief. He was confused by the actions of the two girls. The doctor who handled Roman opened the door immediately. He came out with a smile on his face. "Mother Angelina? Your son is conscious" said the Doctor.

Angelina instantly threw away her sadness. He hurried in haste, approaching Roman who had come to his senses. Rika and Valentine also follow Angelina, after the doctor allows them into the treatment room.

Angelina then finds Natasha, having preceded her. Natasha sneaked in as the doctor opened the door. The little girl laughed and let Roman stroke her hair while smiling. "Roomaan? Thank goodness!" angelina said with gratitude.

The beautiful woman with long hair and bangs that split her forehead, immediately hugged Roman tightly. Roman returned the warm embrace, staring at Rika and Valentine who were still standing by the door. "Roman! Thank goodness you've come to your senses." Rika said as she approached Roman.

"Roman! I-I'm min—" Valentine paused his speech for a moment. He did not dare to continue his words. With a mix of happy and sad, Valentine waited near the door. He does not want his confession, even damaging the happiness of Roman and his family.

"Valentine, why is it still there?" rika Tegur.

"Valentine, come here." cried Angelina with a smile on her face.

Instead of obeying Angelina's request, Valentina instead stepped away from them. He felt his presence was not at the right time.

Rika is also upset by Valentine's actions. He begged her to come out while chasing Valentine. "Mom, we'll be back. But, if we don't come back, I represent Valentine begging for his leave" said Rika, who left her seat.

"h-huh. I thank you all for visiting Roman. Say hello to Valentine, Rika!" angelina.

"As you wish, Mom!" said Rika. He chases after Valentine who left him first. Arriving at the hospital parking lot, Rika sees Valentine sitting moody in his car.

He approached his friend, opening the car door. "I'm really disappointed in you! Stop acting like a child!" rika scolds Valentine who wipes her tears with a tissue.

"How can I apologize in front of Roman and his family?! While my presence ... will only ruin their happiness!" valentine with a sad face.

"Alright fine! We continue tomorrow." said Rika. Infuriated, he closed the car door. Rika then turns on the vehicle and rushes to drive Valentine home.

Rika still feels disappointed with Valentine. He felt that everything would not be finished if Valentine still maintained his childish nature.

In the middle of the trip to Valentine's house, Rika put her concentration in driving a car. He looked up at Valentine who was asleep. If it wasn't for Valerie's request, she wouldn't have gotten along with Valentine.

Rika also marginalized her car on the side of the road facing Valentine's house. He wakes Valentine from his sleep. The magnificent and luxurious multi-storey house, became the resting place of Valerie and Valentine who bear the name of the large family Helsink.

Valerie sat quietly while observing Rika and Valentine in the guest room. He immediately heard a horn from Rika's car. Valerie rushed to them and found Valentine, waking up from her sleep with her eyes moist.
