My Uncle's Warm Bed

My Uncle's Warm Bed
Annoyed Half-Mati

The delicious aroma of the food being cooked stopped for a moment in Viona's nose. The woman closed her eyes tightly, her delicious aroma making her hungry stomach grow even more rumbling.

"Where are you going?" reprimand Kevin when he gets out of the bathroom and finds Viona leaving the room.

"Kitchen, I want to help Aunt Sabrina prepare breakfast." Answer and just leave.

And of course Kevin knew what the reason Viona rushed out was because she smelled the smell of such a delicious meal. Kevin was a little surprised, although Viona ate it a lot, but strangely heavy on him anyway and did not ride.

After fully dressed, Kevin catches up with Viona for breakfast with her. He had decided to return to Seoul today, for too long Kevin had left his job and Viona agreed.

"Young Master, is it true that Doori escaped from the police station?" Sabrina stops Kevin's steps and asks about Doori who she says ran away.

"Who told you?" instead of answering, Kevin asked back, because he remembered he had not said anything to the woman.

"Media has broadcast it and the police are hunting it. I'm so worried, what if he makes a fuss again in this house and tries to harm you like that night." Sabrina lowered her head.

Kevin was silent for a few seconds, he did not expect that the media would immediately spread the news about Doori escaping from prison. It looks like the police themselves spread the news to make the public more careful and help the police catch Doori again.

"You take it easy, your son will not dare to do anything anymore because the police are currently hunting him. Even though he is currently somewhere, but he will not dare to carelessly come out because he does not want to be caught again" said Kevin.

Kevin couldn't possibly tell Sabrina about Doori's current whereabouts, let alone tell her about her circumstances. Doori was evil to him, but he was still Sabrina's flesh brother after all.

And as a mother, still she would be sad to see the current state of her son. It was indeed better if he did not know anything, let alone about the state of his son.

"Hopefully he will not do anything no longer. I was really scared and worried that Doori would act recklessly again" he said, bowing his head.

Kevin patted Sabrina on the shoulder and passed her just like that. She joins Viona for her breakfast, and after the new breakfast they will return to Seoul.

A massive demonstration took place in front of Aldo's office. The employees did a demo demanding their salary to be given immediately, it had been two months they did not receive a salary from the company where they worked so far. And of course they are not silent, they demand their right to be given.

Aldo was pacing back and forth in his study, his brain was thinking hard and trying to find a solution to this mess. But unfortunately he was deadlocked, Aldo really could not think clearly. He had no solution to overcome this chaos.

"President, how is this? They still do not want to disband even though they have been told if the salary can not be disbursed at this time, they still demand the company immediately disburse their salary for 2 months pending." said a man who had just arrived in Aldo's room.

"You ask me, then who should I ask?! You don't think I'm dizzy, I'm also looking for a way to deal with this, and they won't stop protesting if they don't get their due. I can't borrow money from the bank anymore, because the bank doesn't trust me now" Aldo said in frustration.

Not only did they protest, but they also vandalized some office facilities. Even the front glass doors were damaged by them, despite severe damage but the company could not sue them, because if the company to sue the existing ones they even demanded back.

"It looks like we have no other way, the only way to solve this problem is to cash out the remaining company's emergency funds. Hopefully after this there are no problems like this anymore" Aldo said with frustration.

Actually, the company's emergency fund is not to pay the salaries of its employees, but for the benefit of the company, but because it has no other choice finally make the big decision

Today the sun is shining hotter than usual, in a cafe located not far from the Han River park, a woman sitting alone enjoying her lunch.

Of all the visitors who came, only he was alone because other visitors came with their respective partners.

Even so, he was not disturbed in the slightest let alone feeling inferior, the woman actually enjoyed her loneliness.

"Miss, can I sit here? All the tables and chairs were full, and the only seats left were just these," someone suddenly walked up to Viona's desk and asked for permission to sit down with her.

"Please," he said.

The man smiled broadly. "Thank you, Miss. Oya, introduce my name Marco." The man, who turns out to be Marco, reaches out his hand to Viona and introduces himself.

Viona looked at the helping hand and then replied. "I'm Viona" he said.

Although Viona doesn't really like this kind of pleasantries, she still accepts the man's helping hand, she doesn't want to be called an arrogant and haughty woman for refusing to shake hands with the opposite sex.

"It's good to know you, Miss Viona. As a thank you for Miss being so kind and allowing me to sit here, so let me treat you." Marco asked, but Viona refused.

"No need, we pay it ourselves, I'm not used to receiving the kindness of others for free. Can you stop talking now and let me eat?!" viona said, she looked at Marco in annoyance. There could be a man as good as him.

"O..Oh, yes please." he asked.

As silence enveloped the two of them together, there was no more chatter between Viona and Marco, both of whom enjoyed their lunch in peace. Marco occasionally raised his head, to stare at the woman sitting opposite him.

Marco watched Viona from head to toe, then grinned . "A very attractive woman" he said. Her gaze seemed to intimidate Viona, and her gaze changed as Viona suddenly raised her face and looked at her. Marco smiled as he lifted the spoon in his hand.

"Let's go, eat." He said with the same smile.

Whether it was just Viona's feelings or true, if a moment ago Marco looked at her with a sharp and dangerous gaze. Convinced that Marco is not a good man, Viona becomes more wary of him. He couldn't let her down let alone let her do something to him.

And in the meantime... Without Viona realizing there is a luxury car that suddenly stopped in front of the cafe where she is currently. There were sharp eyes that kept looking at her with piercing and intimidating gazes, clearly visible from the look on her face if that person did not like to see Viona with another man.

"Road," and he immediately gave the driver an order for the way back.

And when Viona turned her head, the car had already sped away. Although only a glance, but Viona recognized the license plate of the car. "Isn't that a car, Uncle?" said membatin. But Viona wasn't so sure if it was really Kevin's car, it could have been someone else's car whose license plate just happened to be similar to Kevin's.

"Master, isn't that Miss Viona,"

Frans stops his car when he accidentally sees Viona in a cafe with a man. Kevin followed Frans' direction. "What was he doing there with that man?" kevin wondered.

"Maybe they're dating" Frans said

"Dating?" Kevin repeated Frans' words, the man nodded his head. "But why didn't Viona tell me anything, if she had a date?" kevin half-mumbled.

"Maybe Miss isn't happy to tell you, sir. Or maybe because Miss is afraid that you will oppose her, so she walks secretly with the opposite sex" Frans said.

Kevin clenched his hands, his sharp right eye staring at the man who was with Viona coldly and intimidatedly. Obviously, if Kevin does not like the closeness of the two of them.

"Road," Kevin gave Frans orders to return. Seeing the closeness of the two of them, only made him even more upset.

Frans looked at Kevin from the front view & his Young Master's face looked gloomy. Looks like Kevin is upset, and Frans swears if it has anything to do with the man who was with Viona earlier. If you knew it would be like this, Frans would definitely not tell Kevin about Viona's whereabouts at the cafe. Frans felt very very guilty, and his position was actually wrong.
