Sham was feeding Syifa to bring her to meet with Naina, maybe by bringing Syifa she could be closer to Naina.

At Naina's shop, Naina was tidying up all her new-coming wares. He forgot everything, where he was shopping from, where he was selling, he didn't know and Ai kept telling him.

Naura turned her head when she heard a voice that was familiar to her, as fast as lightning Naura came down from the chair even almost fell down and ran after Naina and Dita. Fatin who was playing his phone was shocked when Naura was not next to him.
” Naura" Fatin panic. It could be him if Naura goes missing.
” Mamah!" naura's screams called Naina, Naina did not turn her head. Naura kept running and nudged some of the people she passed.” Mamah hiks," began to cry.
Naina gets outside the hospital, the weather is cloudy and drizzling at the moment. From a distance Naura continued to run, and she was happy when she saw Naina. However, Naina crossed the street to buy Padang rice across there. Naura who did not understand anything ran to the middle of the road, she fell down violently and Naina turned her head as several riders pressed the horn many times.
” Whose child is it?"

Exciting everyone, Naina noticed Naura and she stepped closer.
” Nak” Ogled Naina and saw the green light will light up soon.
” Mamah hiks,, mamah” added Naura constantly, her clothes wet from drizzle. Naina looked at Naura's tiny hand tugging at her index finger.
” Come dear” said Naina who did not have the heart, she carried Naura and took her away from the middle of the road. Naina takes Naura to Padang's rice shop. He wiped Naura's wet face. Naina holds Naura on both of her thighs..
” Pretty boy, what's his name hemm?" asked Naina, I don't know how old the child she was holding was. Naura was silent and her hand moved caressing the beautiful face of her mother who did not recognize her. Both of Naina's eyes were watery, she saw the look of sorrowful eyes in the little boy's eyes. Suddenly Naura pulled her necklace with a pendant engraved her name there.
” Naula" said Naura who could not mention the letter R clearly, Naina touched Naura's necklace and she fell silent for a moment.
” Naura, a very pretty name” praised Naina, suddenly she remembered the little boy named Naura whom Ai told her about. Naura smiled and hugged Naina's body tightly.
” Mamah” is so clear.

” Smart kid, let's eat again. After eating Naura take medicine”

Naina returns to the shophouse, Ai accompanied by Rosa in the hospital. Naina takes off her jacket and hangs it, yet she steps Naina to her head again. He saw a necklace stuck in the zipper of his jacket.
” This necklace Naura” said Naina and pulled her jacket from the hanger, Naina tried to pull the necklace but could not. He shook his jacket and the necklace pendant in Hoodie fell.
” Astaghfirullah, this is Naura.” Naina takes the necklace pendant and breaks the zipper of her jacket in order to remove Naura's necklace. Naina is confused as to who to return it to. He kept Naura's necklace on the table and kept paying attention to it. Naina stared so sweet, why is the model of the necklace pendant Naura is very similar to the model and color of her ring. Whether the ring from where she did not know, Naina tried to pull the ring with all her might until her finger hurt.
