CHAPTER 8. RENO THREAT

After taking her children to school, Rini stopped by a park. He sat on the park bench alone. Closing his eyes and feeling the breeze blowing on him. Then he sighed, remembering something that made it difficult for him.

Actually, after Ratna found out that Reno was with Rini, she called Rini the night and asked for an explanation. Ratna was very unacceptable for Rini's lies. There was already a lot of money that Ratna had spent to give it to Rini. But, Rini even lied not to keep her promise.

Rini has explained the real events. That he did not know at all that Reno was in the area where he lived. And somehow it happened that they were able to meet so quickly. But, Ratna did not believe Rini's words. Ratna did not care, he asked for his money to be returned 3 times. Otherwise he will send someone to destroy the lives of Rini and also her son.

Rini was getting anxious at this moment. What's he supposed to do? Even selling his property was not enough to pay for it. She wanted to cry to remember her children. What if Ratna really did? Hah, Rini doesn't think if Ratna Setega's. Though Neina and Leindra were his grandsons of flesh blood as well.

“Mbak?”, said someone from behind Rini.

Rini also flinched. He immediately woke up from his daydream. He looked back and saw Lucky who was there.

“Mbak alone here?”, asked Lucky who then sat next to Rini.

However, Rini remained silent. He looked straight ahead with a lethargic face. Lucky who saw it like that was very sure if Rini was having problems.

“Mbak why? Did something happen?”, Lucky asked again.

Again Rini sighed, “Mama..”.

“Mother Ratna?”, ask Lucky to make sure.

“Yes, who else. You know myself I have no one here”, said Rini.

Yes, Lucky understands Rini's condition. Because since childhood Lucky and Rini often together. Lucky is the son of Rini's neighbor. That's why they look so close. Rini already considers Lucky like her own sister and so does Lucky.

“Why not exactly the same Boss Reno! Surely the Reno Boss can pay for all the money that has been given by Bu Ratna”, said Lucky annoyed.

“Neither concept Ky. Ma'am has agreed to the agreement. Should you deny it? Just drop your self-esteem! Ah already. Let me think of another way!”, replied Rini who was also upset with Lucky who thought this was an easy matter.

“Terserah mbak. But, mbak do not be sad gini dong”, said Lucky while holding a fingers Rini. “For the sake of Neina and Leindra, mbak must be ehim”, he continued to encourage Rini while embracing Rini.

Rini smiled at Lucky. Well, he should stay upbeat. No matter how tired he is, he still has to look happy for the sake of his children.

However, even though Reno's heart still feels jealous to see Rini who is close to Lucky and looks so friendly. They used to be like that too. Lovely time after their wedding. Although in about by his mother and forced to live a frilly mandarin from his father's extended family, Reno and Rini are happy with their rough lives. They often mingle together and even Reno is always romantic with Rini. Whether it's making breakfast for Rini or just giving wildflowers that he can on the roadside for Rini.

“Ehem, Lucky!”, cried Reno calling Lucky.

Lucky and Rini look back and find Reno on her back. Lucky then excuses Rini to return to Reno.

Reno didn't want to know what Rini was doing there. But, he is more curious about Lucky's feelings for Rini.

Lucky chased after Reno who had walked first. At the end he walked beside Reno.

“Seneng really like? Are you approaching Rini?”, Reno asked without looking at Lucky.

Lucky smile. There seemed to be a smell of jealousy in his heart. “Ya.., if the Boss no longer wants Rini mbak anymore. I will register as a candidate for priest”, Lucky said acting confident. “Unless if the Boss wants to re-list”, he continued to provoke.

“Hah? Do you think you want to go to school with a re-list?” replied Reno who was astonished by Lucky's sentence.

Lucky giggled too. He was so happy to see Reno with that grim face. But, the truth was that Lucky felt sorry for Reno. He knows that Reno loves Rini very much. And now Reno hates Rini because she does not know what happened to Rini and her real children.

“Ya.., can be said that Boss. Entering School Towards Marriage. Hi hi hi”, replied Lucky giggling.

Reno becomes ilfeel seeing the strange Lucky. Yes, if not for her intelligent brain organizing all the agendas and work in the office, maybe Reno would strip Lucky naked and tie him to a tree and fire him as her bodyguard and personal assistant.

“Review if you dare to approach Rini! I'll have you single for life!” threaten Reno by squinting her eyes at Lucky.

“Ih.., very excited Boss. Amit-amit.., Amit-amit”, Reno replied while beating her forehead.

Reno immediately sped up her steps to get into the car. He leaves Lucky who still prevents him from being single for life.

“Hu. But, it cannot be deketin. Pake threatened everything again!” lucky muttered annoyedly. Then, he remembered again with the threat of Reno, “Ih, amit-amit.”. Lucky continued to chant the mantra while patting his forehead until he got into the car.
