Not the Idle Wife

Not the Idle Wife
I won't give you a penny

Gavin walked leisurely in the lobby, regardless of Jelita trailing behind him.

Gavin pressed an elevator button and waited until the elevator door opened. After the door opened, Gavin entered followed by Jelita. The man is seen pressing the number 25 button, which means the place they are heading to is the 25th floor.

Silence occurred between them while inside the elevator and there was no intention from them to start a conversation. Gavin looks to reach into the phone from inside his pocket, and it looks like the man is contacting someone.

"Emm, all right, I'm waiting for you in my apartment!" Gavin put his phone back in his pocket, after finishing with his call. At the same time, the elevator doors opened and Gavin immediately stepped outside.

Gavin is seen pressing a number on the button located in front of the door, and once the door opens Gavin immediately steps in.

Gavin stepped into his room, and Jelita followed behind.

"Where are you going?" asked Gavin with a slightly high tone of sharp gaze.

"You going to the room? I will have to put my clothes inside" Jelita replied innocently.

"You think I'd share a room with you? my goal is to move out of that papa and mama's house, so that I'm not in the same room with you. So, you have to be self-aware!" gavin's tone was really painful, but Jelita still seemed to be trying not to reply to the man's words. Although actually, his mouth was already itching to fight.

"Oh, like that? so where's my room?" asked Jelita, relaxed, to make Gavin's forehead wrinkled, confused to see Jelita's usual response.

"Your room is there" Gavin pointed to the closed door not far from his room.

"Thank you!" Jelita, was about to step away from Gavin, but her steps suddenly came to a halt as soon as she heard Gavin speak again.

"Remember, don't let mom and dad know about this! If they find out, it means you're the one complaining and I won't stay silent, I'll __"

"What are you going to do? you want to take my life? please do! I don't care." said Jelita in a fixed position to his back to Gavin.

"You seem to have started to show who you are huh? in front of your mama you were silent, to look like a good girl, but look now, you have started to fight," Gavin clucked while grinning sarcastically.

Jelita took a deep breath, trying to restrain herself from being provoked by Gavin's words. Then the woman turned her body, looking at Gavin.

"Sorry, then! I'm going to go in the room now, if you're going to take it easy, I'm not going to report to mom and dad. Can I go in the room now?" Jelita again asked as if there was no problem with Gavin's words just now, to make the man upset himself, feeling not feared by Jelita.

"You don't pretend you're not angry. I know that now you are still trying not to show your true self. You're just pretending to be patient, right? come on, reply me with your harsh words!" challenge Gavin, who is dissatisfied with Jelita's defeatist attitude.

"You want what the hell? I talked a little, you said I had the courage to fight you, now it's my turn not to return your words, you asked me to return your words. Which words should I reply to again? I've already replied to her as you wish," Jelita still tried to suppress her tone.

Gavin fell silent, unable to reply to Jelita's words.

"From now on don't call me, Mom if we're just the two of you. Call me, Sir!" cetus. Gavin's.

"Good, Master!" replied Jelita, relaxed which again made Gavim growl himself. Whereas earlier, he hoped Jelita would cry hearing every word.

"You ...." Gavin hung up his words, because he was really upset right now.

Gavin suddenly grinned cynically, staring at Jelita.

"Oh yeah, don't think I don't know your true purpose, accept your mother's proposal to marry me. I know that you only want our treasures, right? you want to be like other women, who can make fun, shopping branded goods and appear with classy clothes. Just so you know, you'll never get it at all, because I won't give you a dime at all, keep it!"

"So that's how low you think about me? just so you know, I'm not interested in your wealth at all. I accepted Melinda's mother's request, because she was crying, begging" explained Jelita, who was still trying to be calm.

"God, hypocrite! I've memorized the dirty tricks and plain-ass tricks of a girl like you. You women, just see something from the treasure." said Gavin fiercely and with a cruel look.

"Remember, all the kitchen stuff I'm gonna ask people to set it up in the fridge. Whatever, you want to cook what for you, because I do not want to eat what you cook. Again, I'd like to remind you, if I, wouldn't give you a dime. If you want to buy something, you find the money yourself" Gavin concluded as he passed into his room.

Jelita sighed, and walked limply towards her room. Then the woman came in and closed the door slowly. Tears that he had been trying to hold in front of Gavin, seeped hard while sitting with a body leaning on the door.

Jelita's cry came to a halt as soon as her ugly phone rang. The woman, reached into her bag of clothes and grabbed her phone from inside. The name of Nayla his friend that this week there is no communication with him.

"Hello, Nay!"

"Hello, Jelita. Where are you? I'm on your contract, you're not here. You're okay, right?" ask Nayla from the other end. From the tone of his voice, it sounded that the woman was worried.

"I'm fine, Nay. I don't live there anymore. You how are you?"

"So where are you now? I want to see you, I miss you," instead of answering Jelita's question, Nayla asked back.

"Emm, I miss you too. How about we meet in a normal place? there's something I want to tell you,"

"What the hell is that? why does what you want to say seem so important? you're really okay, aren't you?" Jelita sure, if his best friend's forehead must be wrinkled at the end there.

"Let me explain, you wait for me there!" Jelita disconnects the call, after Nayla, agrees from the other end of the phone.
