Chapter 10 - Rania's Birthday

All the way from the mall to the police station, Abi was silent. That guy is not what he used to be. Sean could feel the difference. Sometimes the girl glanced at Abi who was focused on driving the car. Actually Sean was very curious about the girl they met earlier, but he did not dare to ask Abi.

Feeling Sean constantly looking at him Abi sighed and tried to control his emotions. Then the guy turned to Sean for a moment and asked. "What's wrong? You want something?" asked Abi in a soft voice. After asking Abi, he refocused on driving while waiting for Sean to answer.

Sean fell silent, watching Abi's face. It seems like Abi has returned like before. "So you're angry?" ask Sean.

Abi smiled a little. "Hmm, a little bit." Abi replied with a smile glancing at Sean.

"Do I need to teach him a lesson?" sean asked with a serious facial expression.

Abi laughed when he heard that. "Yes, later if he misses you teach him a lesson. Get angry at him okay?" abi said while laughing. Abi considers Sean's question as a joke. Abi does not know, that Sean is serious about his words.

Sean looked at his fingernails that were starting to lengthen. The scales on his arms also started to appear. Each Sean felt angry, or in certain situations his fingernails would be elongated and pointed. As well as scales will appear on his arm. Every now and then the girl glanced at Abi, making sure Abi did not see the changes happening to her.

After a while his nails returned to normal, the scales in his hands also started to disappear. One corner of the girl's lips was raised forming a small grin.

"Well, I'll punish him if he does that again" Sean said.

Abi chuckles as he rattles Sean's hair.

After a few minutes, they finally arrived at the police station. Abi makes a report about Sean, and asks the police officer for help to find the girl's family. But it's unfortunate, because Sean's identity is unclear and the girl doesn't remember anything the police said to find her family was a little difficult.

"I'm okay" Sean said suddenly.

"What's wrong?" asked Abi confused.

"I'm okay if my family doesn't meet. I can find them later." Sean replied with a sweet smile on his lips.

"Yes, now we're going to my friend's house?" bring Abi.

"Your friend's house that I found on the beach?" asked Sean while remembering.

"Yes, you want to?"

"You dong." replied Sean with a smile showing a row of his teeth.

Before going to Rania's house, Abi stops for a while at Rania's cake shop. The guy was ordered to buy a birthday cake. Yes, today is Rania's birthday. Hence they all had to come to Rania's house to celebrate together.

"That's what?" ask Sean.

"Name as tart. You want? Choose what you like." replied Abi while showing some tart cake designs.

"I want this one" Sean said, pointing to a tart with a sea-themed design.

"Well, I ordered this one. Later in the afternoon I take it." said Abi.

"Well, thank you for the order." replied the waiter.

After the cake shop, they rushed to Rania's house. Without their presence the birthday party would not have started, rubber Abi who brought the birthday cake. Birthday parties can't start without a birthday cake, right?

Arriving at Rania's house, several motorcycles were lined up neatly in the yard of the girl who was Abi's best friend. Abi tells Sean to go in first bring a birthday cake because Abi has to check the car.

"Can you help me get the cake in?" ask Abi.

"What do you want?" Sean asked back.

"I have to check the car for a while, it looks like something is not right. Can you do me a favor?"

"Can." Sean replied as he took the cake in Abi's hand. "I went in first." said Sean before walking into Rania's house.

"Yes." Yeah."

"It will be dangerous." murmured Abi.

The man looked at the car parked next to him. He knew it was Farhan's car. He immediately moved their groceries to his brother's car. He doesn't want to risk endangering Sean as well as himself by riding in a car whose engine is in trouble.

When moving the guy's stuff was made to fail to focus with something shiny like marbles under the car seat.

"What's that?" abi muttered wondering.

The guy was trying to take that thing. After trying several times he finally managed to take the shiny black round object like the marble. In the amateurship of that thing.

"Wait.. isn't this a pearl? How can there be pearls here?" asked Abi confused.

In the midst of her confusion Rania suddenly shouted from the door of the house calling her name. "WOI BI! HUNT NJIRR!!" yelled the girl.

"YES!!"

Abi won't take a headache. He put the black pearl in his jacket pocket. Then immediately ran into Rania's house to celebrate her best friend's birthday.

They celebrate Rania's birthday cheerfully, even if there is only Abi, Sean, Iqbal, Radit, Citra, Novan, and Farhan but the birthday party is quite lively.

Abi smiled slightly at Sean who was enjoying the little party. The girl seemed very enthusiastic about all the activities. Starting from singing happy birthday songs, blowing candles and cutting cakes.

"Sean, because you are our new friend so you eat the first feed" said Rania while offering a cake.

Sean turned his head towards Abi, after Abi nodded then Sean opened his mouth to take a bribe from Rania.

"No boy?" ask Citra.

"Enak." replied Sean with a sweet smile.

Somehow the story, in a short time Sean can be familiar with Rania and Citra. The three girls were now playing in the living room. The boys saw them from the living room.

"Why was it outside so long?" ask Iqbal.

"Checking the car, I think it needs servicing" Abi replied as she drank a canned drink. "Bang, I will go home with you" said Abi while staring at Farhan.

"Hm. Keep your car?" ask Farhan.

"Let's get the repairman."

"Lo why?" Radit suddenly asked.

Abi and the others immediately turned their heads towards Radit. Of course confused. No rain no wind suddenly asked why?

"Why what?" ask Abi back.

"It's like your mood is not good" Radit replied.

"Truly too, from earlier the aura was surem. Not as bright as my future is with Citra." said Iqbal.

"Lo's got a problem?" ask Novan.

"That freak chick bothered me again in the mall" replied Abi.

"Njirr, there are no kapoknya tuh chick. Continues to? How's it? She saw you're the same Sean?" ask Iqbal.

"Sewotlah, use the name" replied Radit representing Abi.

"Want me to teach him a lesson?" ask Novan.

"No need, later also tired of chasing a broken kite" replied Abi followed by a slanted smile.
