One Night In Dubai
Chapter 11
Although there was a debate in the middle of his first date with Mario, because of the actions of Alex who interfered with their conversation. Finally the lunch is finished, with a deal to go on holiday together to Dubai.
The success of the first date event, did not make his frustration with Alex disappear. He chose to remain silent on the way home, in protest at the man's attitude. Even the silent action lasted until the car they were riding in arrived at Meyer's mansion.
"Wait Miss!" Alex clasped Kaylin's hand as he was about to enter the mansion. "You can't go to Dubai with him!"
"Free Alex! You have no right to ban me!" Kaylin tried to release the grip on his hand, although it did not make Alex's hand knocked out in the slightest.
"I'm entitled, for your safety." Alex is afraid that something bad will happen to Kaylin, if the woman goes to Dubai anyway.
"You have no right! You're a nobody" Kaylin stared intently at Alex's eyes, staring at him with an indecipherable look.
"I'm your personal bodyguard, it's my duty to look after and protect."
Kaylin laughed sinisterly without diminishing her sharp gaze. "You are indeed my personal bodyguard, remember only a bodyguard! So don't interfere in my personal affairs!"
"I've said it all for your good! Can't you be mature in your decision-making?" An enraged Alex pushes Kaylin's body on the huge pillar that supports Meyer's Mansion. He locked the tiny body with his hands so as not to run away.
"Alexander you're outrageous! You forgot my boss and you're a subordinate? So take care of your attitude!" Kaylin said with a sigh of excitement, holding back the emotions that were ready to explode at any moment.
"You're right..." Alex takes off Kaylin's body, taking a few steps back from the woman who was once her ex-lover. "Sorry Miss, I forgot it was just a subordinate."
Deg.
Alex stared at Kaylin's back that disappeared behind the door, staring at the woman he had hurt a few years ago.
While Kaylin who had entered his room, immediately threw herself on the bed with tears flowing down both cheeks. The same tears he once shed because of a man named Alexander.
Flashback.
"Why do you like Alexander?" cleo asked after everyone came out of his ward. He asked because he had seen how his brother-in-law looked deeply at Alex. Cleo thought Kaylin wasn't serious when she wondered about Alex a few months ago. But after seeing for himself how the adoring gaze of his sister-in-law, made Cleo sure the woman was really in love with Alex.
"Yes, but unfortunately he already has a lover" Kaylin said with a heartbroken heart.
"Love?" Cleo laughed while holding the pain in her stomach right in the scar of the operation. "Who said Alex had a girlfriend?"
"Nothing, but I saw it myself. He's with a beautiful woman."
Cleopatra fell silent, thinking hard about what Kaylin had said. He did not believe Alex already had a lover, because Alexander was typical of men who are allergic if they are near women. Let alone having a lover, even he doubted an Alexander had a heart because of the cold and flat attitude that the man had.
