The Part 114
After finishing dinner and gathering in the family room with Cleopatra and her nephew Rex, Kaylin went into her room alone because Alex had already entered after dinner was over.
"Why didn't you call me?" Alex quickly takes over Kaylin who is wheelchairs-pushed by the waiter.
"It's okay I don't want to bother you."
Alex took a breath. "Next time you have to call me."
"Yes. yeah." Kaylin kissed Alex's cheek as the man laid her on the bed. Alex also returned his kiss even though flat without expression, I don't know since receiving the phone earlier Alexander's attitude changed more silent.
"Kay.. Alex... " The two were both laughing at the same time.
"Ladies first..." Said Alex.
Kaylin shook her head. "You go first." Kaylin was still afraid to tell Alex that she was lying by saying she had a miscarriage.
"You better be first."
"You first."
Alex sighed deeply while looking at Kaylin intensely.
"Grandfather said Raline tried to kill herself."
"What?"
"And this is the second time he's done that."
Kaylin who was shocked shut her mouth with both hands.
"He's in the hospital right now, and Grandpa called me asking me to come see him."
Alex did not want to interfere with Raline's affairs anymore, but hearing the woman he had considered his own sister until twice tried to commit suicide his conscience was slightly knocked. That's why Alex tells Kaylin to ask for his woman's opinion, if Kaylin allows him to meet Raline then Alex will come to see, but if not he will not come.
Hearing Alex's explanation now Kaylin knew what made her husband had since turned silent, it turned out that the person who contacted Alex was Grandpa Moses who gave news about Raline's condition.
"Then do you want to see him?" kaylin asked with a slightly disappointed feeling. Not disappointed because Alex looks worried about Raline's situation, but she was disappointed because when she wanted to tell Alex about her pregnancy, the news about Raline first reached her husband.
Kaylin fell silent as she thought about whether to allow Alex to visit Raline or not.
"If I let you see him, can I come?"
Alex shook his head. "I'd rather not see him than risk your health."
"I'm fine Alex, my health has improved."
"No Kay. Your health and—" Alex didn't go on.
"And what?"
"This is your health that is most important to me." Alex doesn't want to be bullied.
"Oh my goodness, why are you so sweet." Kaylin felt deeply moved by Alex's changed demeanor despite her current face, a serious face with little emotion.
"Sugary?" Alex frowned confusedly, because he had not smiled in the least.
Kaylin simply replied with a smile while hugging Alexander. "My health has improved, the doctor also said I can do activities as usual but should not be too tired. So I want to come with you to see Raline, no matter how evil she is but we can't turn a blind eye to her current state."
Alex looked at Kaylin with a look of admiration, his once spoiled and always careless woman had now turned into an adult woman. It is not wrong to love a Kaylin Moses.
"Alright you can come but on one condition, don't stay away from me."
"Okay my bodyguard." Kaylin said with a laugh because Alex had always kept her twenty-four hours like a personal bodyguard.
Alex laughed and kissed her lips. "Now rest! I want to continue the work first."
Kaylin nodded her head. Just as he lay pulling the blanket, Alexander came back closer.
"But what do you want to say?"
"What yes? I forget. But it doesn't seem like it's important." Kaylin chooses to delay telling Alex about her content.
"You are," Alex shook his head and headed to his desk after kissing Kaylin's lips again.
