Shaira smiled wryly towards a middle-aged woman who was sitting on the sofa of the VIP inpatient room.

"Good morning ma'am, is this true of the patient named..," he was cut off with a screaming voice from the little boy dressed in the patient's uniform.

"Sister Shaira!" The cry of the five-year-old boy.

All three people were astonished to hear the cry of the little boy.

Shaira smiled at the little boy, "Brianna Adeline Smith!" Beonya Shaira was still shocked by what she saw.
