Six months later after the wedding of triplets or Siamese marriage between Bu Dina Anelka Mulya and Syamil Syafiq Abidzar, Adisty Ulfa Salsabiela with her husband Ade Nugraha the ophthalmologist and her last partner was Faris Fatahilah with his wife who had given him a one-month-old son named Sheila Alona.
Their lives are back to how they were, though much has changed. Life with so much happiness and blessing and so many trials and trials that come and go coloring their whole lives.
But they faced it with patience, sincerity, fortitude and firmness that they had until the ordeal was light.
That morning, Shaira was preparing food for herself. He is full of happy breakfast in the hospital if the time is tight and has no leeway of opportunity.
"What is Non Aira cooking? Uhuk... uhuk," asked Aunt Siti while coughing.
"Bi Siti, if you are still sick why even though you have to work, there will still be Mbak Ijha with Mbak Ani," he said Shaira was sorry to see Siti's aunt who cared for her as her health continued to decline during her mother's death.
"I've improved Non Aira, I'm more unaccustomed to just lying down, sitting down the lie continues every day that I do," refuted Ms. Siti.
"It's up to aunty if that's the case, because I also said aunt did not hear," said Shaira who was serious but directed to joke so that bi Siti not offended.
"Miss, has Young Master Adelio returned from England?" Ask Siti who started the other conversation.
"I don't know also this Bi, when he said only a week away today will return to the homeland," he said.
Ms. Siti stroked the arm of the master's daughter, who felt the nephew, "Miss Shaira who patiently insha Allah if it's time Mr. Adelio will come back here too,"
Shaira only smiled in response to his words from bi Siti, his housemaid assistant, who worked with him the longest time in a house full of memories with her late mother.
"Why Brother today has not returned from England well, he said only a week away from abroad," he tweeted Shaira.
"Maybe your husband has a lot of work so he postponed his return to Jakarta," said Sahnun who apparently had listened accidentally to the conversation of the two.
Shaira just smiled in response to her brother's words and immediately got up from his sitting position and rushed to the hospital where he worked, coincidentally already getting an answer from his search.
"I said yes, ma'am, assalamualaikum," said Shaira, who was fierce to leave his house.
I had to go see the pharmacy employee, he said he had already gotten some signs of who the person who often took the drug was.
But why is the drug in my husband's closet. I asked Abang Adelio, he said it belonged to his men who worked at the hospital, accidentally got carried away in his car and had not been returned.
Today no matter what happens I have to know who the person who consumes it is.
Shaira enters her car and holds her food up to the seat of her rear car seat. He would not give up before meeting the owner of the drug.
Oh God somehow I haven't given up and taken it for granted, when my husband told me the medicine wasn't his. But, if my husband who has me is not like a sick man.
Why didn't I secretly take his blood, but I must have found out where the person who took the blood sample didn't feel any pain.
Shaira who was quite curious as to who the owner of the drug was, secretly investigated its origin. A few months ago, he did an investigation and investigation. To this day, it has yielded maximum results.
May my fear not be proved if one of my loved ones with the disease is deadly enough.
A few minutes later, Shaira was already around the pharmacy area and waiting for the pharmacist who had invited her to meet him.
The apothecary looked back at the wall while nodding his head at the invisible person.
"Sorry doctor Shaira, I was late to understand today really more patients that we handle so it must be forced to be late" he said, regretting the man who is often called Bayu.
"It's okay, sir, I just need information about who owns the drug" Shaira added.
At first Shaira had calmed down and did not think about the problem of the medicine that was obtained three times. First in a closet, third in a private car and third in a hospital office.
Bayu thrust a map containing the biodata of the owner of the heart drug.
Shaira smiled knots before taking the thread of the file and immediately without lingering open it.
"If I say goodbye to Doctor Shaira, good afternoon" said Bayu who walked quickly away from Shaira.
"Thank you a lot Mr. Bayu," Shaira smiled before Bayu left.
"Oh Allah I finally found out who took the drug and I hope that person is not who I know" Shaira smiled.
Shaira sits on one of the chairs in front of the dispensary after meeting people who know who the owner of the drug is.
He opened the map in a hurry and without waiting for long he immediately read it. But, after the paper was written the name of the patient who consumed more than a year was Adelio Arsene Smith.
Both of Shaira's eyes were perfectly rounded, glaring in disbelief at what was written on it.
Shaira who initially sat down immediately rose from her seat so surprised to see the writing of her husband's name.
"It's impossible, I must have just misread it, I'm sure I read it wrong" said Shaira who hurriedly closed the map again.
Shaira rubbed her eyes to make her vision clearer. Shaira immediately opened the map again to make sure whatever she just read was wrong.
"Adelio Arsene Smith" Shaira's great-grandson.
His tears immediately flooded his face after convincing him that this writing was indeed very true. If her name belonged to her husband.
"Astaughfirullahaladzim O Allah this is impossible.it is impossible!!" Shiera Shouted.
Over the course of several days of his investigation, Shaira finally gets a clue from his quest. But, it was too late, one bitter reality again battered away his mental and soul.
No one knows the full name and clear identity of the person taking the drug.
Andrew Parker watches what Shaira does. She was very sad after learning that her brother had a very dangerous disease and was advanced stage.
I'm sorry bang, I can't cover up your wife's big secret. I want to see you happy at your age.
I arranged all this so that Shaira would know if you'd been hospitalized for a week.
Shaira shed her tears that she had been trying to hold back, she did not expect that about half a year ago her mother left her and today the bitter reality is back. Adelio's medical check-up file fell on the ceramic floor.
Prangs..
Shaira no longer cared about the dossier, she spontaneously sprinted towards the special care room of her husband.
"Abang wait I will come to take care of you," Shaira occasionally rubbed her tears that flooded her face.
Adelio was already lying weakly on the hospital bench. Shaira's body stood stiff when she opened the door of the hospital room, from the person who ordered and consumed the drug.
Ade Nugraha and Maryam Nurhaliza who had just attended a meeting with several doctors accidentally saw what Shaira was doing.
"Mr Shaira!" Shouted Adisti Ulfah who was about to run fast towards Shaira who actually came to see her husband but, in the middle of the road she saw her cousin's sister running down the corridor of the hospital hallway.
While Ade and Maryam Nurhaliza were about to pursue Shaira, but accidentally saw a map fall.
"This is Sahira's map," Ade immediately opened the map and read and checked carefully and finally he was surprised.
"Astaughfirullahaladzim means Mr. Adelio is seriously ill, if I have to call Abiyasa and Aidan,"
