Shaira screamed loudly and hysterically to see her husband who was conscious from the critical period.

"Abang Adelio is conscious!" Shaira shouted so that everyone immediately walked in the direction in one by one family members entered to see Adelio's condition.

"Drew, brother, ask you to take care of my wife Shaira, marry her if I am gone one day" his great-grandson Adelio, who has difficulty breathing, said her voice so clearly.

"Abang will not go far, Brother will be fine, I will do anything for the safety and healing of Brother," he said Shaira who still holds on to her husband.

Shaira and Andrew spontaneously looked at each other, Adelio held both hands and stacked the hands of his sister and wife.

"Aira, you don't have much time left, I beg you to accept Andrew's proposal later, because he's the only man who deserves to be with you" said Adelio, who this time is quite eloquent in speaking.

"Sister that's not going to happen, I've been looking for the best doctor in the world and he's been heading to Indonesia, so please don't talk weird and no, brother will be safe and well" Andrew Parker said.

Adelio just shook his head," I couldn't possibly live any longer, Allah SWT has given me enough time, the time has come I will leave you,then fulfill your wish for the last time" he hoped Adelio.

Shanum, Maryam Nurhaliza, Sheila Alona, Adisty Ulfa, Ariella Ziudith, Arabela Aqila, Sanika Tanisha have all been sobbing to see Adelio's condition is impossible to heal.

Shaira hardened her crying voice in front of her husband and relatives who had come to see her husband.

"Please don't talk to just my husband, I'm sure you'll be safe, well and live a long life," Shaira spoke like that which is actually very difficult to pronounce seeing the health of her husband is declining.

"I can't possibly remarry another man while my heart is only for you a husband" Shaira sobbed and tried to always be firm and patient.

Her tears dripping down her cheeks along with the words tawhid la ilaha illallah were repeatedly buzzed by her lips until the sound on the heart monitor was no longer working.

"Whatever you ask please say! No matter how much I will fulfill even if it is very difficult and impossible as long as one, do not ask me to remarry another man!" Shaira's screams

"Bang Adelio get up!! I'm here, brother, don't leave me alone!" Shiera who was crying hysterically hugged Adelio's body which was starting to cool and stiffened.

Shahnum soon helps Shaira to get up from her position, as she does not want her sisters to drop her tears right over her lifeless body Adelio.

"Dede Aira, stop not constantly bemoaning your husband's passing, not good deck. Remember Allah SWT who wills more than anything in the world" Sahnum said.

Shanum and Adisti helped hug Sahira's body as a team of doctors and nurses filled the hospital's owner's care room.

"No way! My husband is not dead. He is still alive he just fell asleep" intercepted Shaira who continues to reject the reality that happened.

While Andrew's body fell to the floor to see the departure of the only wayangnya brother that he had it. Aidan and Amar help Andrew to rise from his slump.

"Shaira if you can't make a departure from Adelio mas, you're the same as making him tormented in nature there," he persuaded Vela Angelina while advising Shaira.

"You are a good man, may all his acts of worship be accepted by Allah SWT and all his sins be forgiven by the Creator" Ms. Rina Amelia embraced the frail body of her youngest grandchild.

"We are saddened and lost to see you leave, but Allah SWT loves you more than all of us" said Aryon Sneider, who just emerged from his office.

"The memory of your kindness will always be remembered in the hearts of all of us, and God willing we will take care of your wife" he said Aidan.

Everyone felt a deep sorrow, they still could not believe if Adelio had a severe and deadly disease.

Though all this time, a healthy lifestyle to be applied in his life makes everyone can not believe the reality that hits their hearts and feelings.

Death, sustenance, soul mate, misfortune come suddenly without anyone can predict or know when the right arrival. It's just being able to know a speck of signs about it.
