ORION
The Man with Electric Power
“Then this is so, anyway. I admit he's quite sensitive. He guessed it so easily, whereas the power of the NED would all make no sense,” Orion thought in his mind.
After the school day is over. The clock indicates the number 12, and the bell rings. All the students there flocked out.
At that moment, Orion waited for the school to be deserted. He came out with someone beside him. This man was part of the Arutala Group as well but never mentioned his name. As Orion knew, this man's face was similar to Mahanta's.
“You weren't picked up?”
“They don't know the return hour. After all, just crossing the road has reached the housing,” Orion replied in a relaxed tone.
“So, what do you get? You didn't show her anything, did you?”
The man was suddenly very enthusiastic, now he was staring at Orion sharply as if he was going to do something if Orion had messed it up first.
And unfortunately Orion did mess up but not completely.
“It's hard to understand. But I'm sure he has some kind of electrical power or something. He used that power to make those around him forget. But maybe not very effective,” Orion thought while explaining things he knew.
“You mean ineffective?”
“His strength makes others forget then remember back and so on until the effect of his strength is completely exhausted. Maybe if ordinary people were exposed to his power, they would no longer care about Endy's behavior moments before,” explained Orion.
“It explains why his existence always disappears. Turns out not a trick, magic or anything like that, yes.”
Orion said, “There are indeed NED Fighters who have a slightly strange power so?”
“City Heroes have similar things too. The difference he is related to nature ..no, it's earth.”
“Earth? Like vines or soil?”
“No. The strength of the City Hero is related to gravity. Control it around by several folds down or up in gravity. Therefore he is quite strong and unique as an NED Fighter who rose up 30 years ago.”
“It was very strong, I guess. But why is he called a City Hero?” ask Orion.
“Of course because its existence is known by the community, even almost all people in this country.”
“From discussing useless things in my opinion. I wonder what purpose Endy came here for, if you know?” orion asked again.
“No. I don't know. But maybe just looking for a blood connection body? Well, all NED fighters will be aiming for that,” he said while shrugging his shoulders.
“I think you're more chatty than Mahanta,” Orion said.
“Listening to your arrogant words when it's just a child, does that mean you also have that blood?”
Orion was surprised. He stopped walking and looked to the side, looking at the man with a surprising look.
“Why? I was just kidding. How could you possibly have such precious blood. After all they have only a handful of people,” continued as he stepped back and left Orion alone behind.
Someone came. A pussy-haired man who was none other than Endy came blocking their way. He seemed to be waiting for the arrival of the two of them.
“So you know because I didn't recognize you as a transfer student, huh? It's worth it I feel strange because there are students who are so smart to talk like adults,” chirped Endy by removing his power from both hands.
Originally the yellow flashes appeared around his wrist then spread to his arm and grew bigger with time.
“Do not speak anything. If you get electrocuted, you will forget this,” Orion said.
Of course the man understood the situation. He took out a beam of his power from his right hand, not so noticeable as his robe covered. Just a membrane or a colorless mucus.
“You please step aside. I have business with the boy.” Endy talked to him.
“Unfortunately I won't let. Because he's an innocent little boy, weak and helpless, he deserves to be protected by an adult like me.” He refused. From behind, Orion looks upset when really treated like a child.
“What does this have to do with you?” Endy asked.
“No. But for sure I am in the Arutala Group. Fighting to buy time in this place will be the center of attention, right? That's why let's finish!”
Endy swung her hand and made an electric wall air in front of her. It looks like he is so smart to face his opponent, of course the slimy membrane will not work with his strength. It will pile up like the rest of the trash.
However, just staying ahead like that would be useless. Moreover, his strength did not come out so much from the estimate. The robed man took out his sash until it fell on the road, ran backwards and locked his right hand with a membrane.
Very thick and sticky, disgusting once felt directly. Suddenly, Endy removes the wall and he moves sideways to corner himself.
“Do you want to die quickly?”
“Where do I know ya.”
BLEEDARS! The violent impact of the electrical attack made the walls of the house collapse into ashes and left some debris that fell.
“You intend to fish a ruckus?”
The question of the cloaked man was not addressed by Endy. Endy just grinned as if his plan had worked.
I don't know what it means but it's pretty dangerous. Until Orion realized something.
“Hey, stay away from that power pole!” Orion shouted as he pointed to the man's right.
He turned his head and immediately he stayed away as soon as the cable around there issued a short electric current. Once away, lucky no longer in the same position because the electric current fell right there. Gathering together into one makes its strength abundant because it uses electricity around.
“It turns out he used his strength just for diversion apparently,” muttered in annoyance.
“You are no longer lucky after this!” peekik Endy's.
Swinging both arms crossed forward, the electric current struck into the ground and scattering out around the robed man. Orion flinched as well as him, not expecting any further attacks like this.
The man can't dodge anymore. All over his body was struck by an electric current and immediately his muscles stiffened and weakened until he fell down. After the electric current weakened further, the body of the robed man was trembling.
“He's alive after being hit by that electric shock?” Orion did not expect, his endurance was quite strong.
Endy turned towards Orion. He immediately targeted it, darting fast at the speed that Endy had, he aimed his power at the fist.
“Quickly!” orion shouted in shock.
Whooshhhh!!
Reflex he dodged backwards, in one step he turned back to the back again by letting out fire from both legs at that time.
