ORION

ORION
Today the Enemy, Tomorrow Befriend

Someone knocked on the door of the room, as soon as Gista let in. A man with a bando in his head came to tell him something.

“I get a message from the City Hero, Endaru for Orion Sadawira. He said he wanted to meet.”

***

City Hero, Endaru has just sent a message for Orion to meet. Gista did not comment on anything, he just kept quiet as if he did not care about it. As with Orion himself and Mahanta, they have no idea what Gista really thinks.

Unless one thing is certain, Gista is hiding something.

“I'm sure the room used by the City Hero is broken. Does that not matter?” orion asked while wearing his clothes.

Gista was turning the body in the other direction then replied, “It's been taken care of. Next time be careful, people's responses to that power are not always good.” Gista warned himself of Orion.

“Alright, forgive me and ..thank you,” said Orion.

The shoes he wore were different every day, Orion felt guilty for always burning them. Especially the shirt suit that was burned yesterday. While putting up his shoes, he glanced towards Gista.

“Sorry for your clothes and shoes. Next time I won't use it that way again,” Orion said.

Gista did not answer. Orion rushed away with a little left to ask Gista who was sitting looking at the outside of the window.

“Orion, I forgot one thing. Act as usual, because only me and Mahanta know about you,” pinta Gista without looking in front of him.

Clack! Orion closed the door after hearing Gista speak. After leaving the room, he found Mahanta standing at the door.

“What are you doing?” ask Orion.

“Just worry, because you were hurt pretty badly yesterday. And I heard the City Hero call you out for wanting to meet, is that okay? Afraid something bad will happen again,” thought Mahanta.

It was obvious that Mahanta was very anxious for Orion. No matter what the original Orion was, Mahanta was a person who never changed in the first place. Seeing that, Orion felt relieved.

“I'm fine. Rather than that, all my injuries require a breath of fresh air,” Orion replied with a smile then massaged her shoulders for a while.

“Thank God then. Even if you decide to meet him again, then I don't forbid it. Please, he waits in the square,” Mahanta said, letting Orion go.

Of course, he was still anxious even though his smile was so clear. Orion just nodded his head and left.

It had been two days that he had fallen asleep and now did not expect to immediately leave once the City Hero called him. In fact, Orion was not willing to go there even for a while but the answer to his question at that time had not been answered, making Orion curious.

The reason why Orion did not ask, whether the City Hero had rare blood or not to Gista, was because the woman could not be completely trusted.

For this reason, Orion felt he had to ask his own people. If true, then Orion can ascertain what caused his body to shrink like this.

“I'm sure this isn't because of the NED effect. And it was only blood that was talked about that made me suspicious,” Orion murmured.

When he arrived he was in the town square. As usual, he refused to board the vehicle to get there. He only uses both feet to walk or run. His breath was breathless, then he sat leaning against a tree to make his fatigue disappear.

“About where, she?”

As Orion was busy searching with both eyes, the rustling sound followed by a small pebble falling down made him shocked.

Pork! After that it was not something that fell but a human. Didn't expect someone to be hiding behind a tree branch up there.

A man in all-black clothes, he landed perfectly with both feet. He then stretched his arm slightly stiff and turned to look at Orion who was beside him.

“Oh, you've arrived. Old boy,” said Endaru with a flat face and voice.

“Don't call me old boy. You know who I am,” ketus Orion.

“Sorry only. I am not good at praising,” said Endaru while stretching his arm again.

Endaru always wore black-black clothes. Both from pants, top clothes, suits or shoes and gloves are commonly used. Seeing him made Orion feel hot, but Orion was not wearing such clothes.

“Didn't you feel hot?” orion asked with an astonishing eye.

“To be honest yes. But I had to wear it for fear that my power could not be controlled. It's very difficult, you may not know what it feels like but it's really difficult to control.” explained Enderu then sat next to Orion while straightening both legs.

“Rather than feeling your strength, it will indeed be more difficult when feeling it yourself. I do too. See?” orion said as he thrust out his bandaged arm.

“I just remembered it. Yesterday you were naked against me, because of the fire that burned it, huh?” he thought with mocking intent then laughed amusedly.

Seeing the expression that this one youngster released, it instantly made Orion gasp in shock. It was unexpected that Endaru could laugh so freely. When they first met, Orion's impression of him was very cold.

“Endaru who can not be spoken to, it turns out can also chat like this with parents like me? Bastard labil boy,” Orion quipped.

“I also did not expect to be able to talk to parents who are small,” said Endaru quipped back cynically.

All of his traits and attitude were inversely proportional from before. Perhaps this is what is often called, "Today the enemy and tomorrow the friend."

“Lucky you're alive, Endaru ..” muttered Orion.

“Yes, it's thanks to you,” said Endaru who heard Orion's current mutterings.

The wind is blowing faster today. The atmosphere in the city square felt lonely, sitting under a shady tree made them hallucinate a little.

Unknowingly, the two of them thought the same thing. What happened before between them.

“I just remembered, you previously asked if I had the same blood as you? But the truth is no, I don't have that kind of blood,”.

Suddenly, Orion was shocked. Dismissed his hope he came here and got an answer from Endaru that was not in accordance with his expectations. Disappointed but unable to say anything more.

Besides ...

“Seeing you are still alive, that means I really have that rare blood, huh?”

Endaru nodded then said, “Ya. You're the only one who has it and thanks to that I'm still alive. I'm afraid, if I really die again. Ha ...” Endaru sighed.
