Dr. Eka
The twilight has arrived. Shows the orange-colored sky that is so dense. Very busy people start to look less than during the day before.
Orion trained his powers while he was alone in the room. Sometimes a fire membrane wraps around his body, and also makes various forms of fire. As much as possible, he had to remember the moment so that in the future it would no longer bother many people.
Because while using it, Orion felt ineffective. Ever since seeing someone else fight, he always felt that the person was using it with no instinct but full of strategy.
“The thing I want most ...of course a sword!”
He then formed the fire into a long sword. It was very fiery and kept him warm.
“But, I don't know how to use a sword. Because in the past my job was just an office employee who just sat while thinking,” continued Orion with a sigh.
And then he realized something from his words. Who sits while thinking, then what if fighting while thinking?
“Wait, isn't that the basic thing? Every game is like that too. And they as players also never carelessly run their characters. Right 'right?” orion was talking to his shadow himself.
Clamps! The sound of the door opening. Someone came to visit. Orion immediately stopped his training.
“You should rest, son.”
“I was wondering who he was? Doctor ya?” inner Orion thought.
“Don't think too hard about something, Orion. Let alone practicing like before, it might make you worse,” he said closer.
“I'm sorry, doc. I just want to get used to it,” Orion replied awkwardly.
“I am Eka, a doctor in a large hospital headed by Mr. Adi Caraka. And you are cared for here as long as the people in charge will come to see you.”
“Good, thank you.”
“Pak head here set up an organization under the main organization NED. The Medical Life - Essence Organization. He along with his colleagues including me underwent some research on some of the types that every NED Warrior has,” he explained without the slightest doubt.
“You are a doctor who is also a NED Warrior?” ask Orion.
“Ya, right. I'm the one who made you physically and mentally healthy again. Although you looked fine before, but when you entered the hospital, you looked restless.”
“Your abilities are very useful once. It looks like a crazy patient is back to normal as usual, doesn't it?” orion praised but with ambiguous-sounding words.
“Hahaha, your parable sounds really weird!” Eka laughed loudly.
“Ah, sorry. I unintentionally said so,” said Orion who again felt awkward.
“Then, what do you mean by that type?” orion asked.
“In every NED Warrior, they have the type of power they have. The first type of magician who always uses unique tricks, the second is the type of magician, and of course this type of magician,” explained Eka excitedly.
“I think I've heard that before.”
“Yes, you're right. There are three other types that are fairly common, such as attackers, defending and attackers and defending at once,” Eka added and nodded her head several times.
“And then the third ..”
“Hah? There's a third one too?” sahut Orion accidentally cut Eka's sentence. He's surprised.
Eka laughed again and explained.
“Haha, yes, there is. The third is monster type. You must know what monsters mean, right?” he said while giggling, a thin smile while putting his index finger on his lips.
Eka, this doctor has quite a terrifying aura. Not once did he explain how his strength was, he was even more interested when telling me about the type of power that every NED Warrior possessed.
“Orion Sadawira, that's your name, right? I thought your type of power was an attacker? Well, maybe if the attacker and survive also means mastering the technique of expanding it.”
Every time Eka spoke, there was an uncomfortable feeling in her mind. He hopes Eka will get out of here and leave Orion alone. But story after story never ends, and it gives him a headache.
“You know something about body shrinkage?”
Irritatingly. This person is very annoying, but there are times when Orion has to take advantage of people who like to tell stories about his own research.
“Body shrinkage? What do you mean is, an adult person changed to his young age?” tanya Eka confirmed what Orion meant.
“Yes, I have a friend and she is experiencing it. So, I think maybe you can help me,” chirps Orion lying but his face looks convincing.
Eka cleared her throat, thinking if there was anything that might answer her question. He turned his body back, lowered his head and then turned to face Orion again.
“There's one NED fighter like that. The case he has rare blood flowing, have you ever heard of that blood before?”
“Yes, I know that. Blood is the connection between body and soul. It can resurrect human lives that even have become bones.”
“He has that blood. At first he had a healthy and fit body when he first got up and there were no obvious changes to his body. But over time, as his blood continued to be squeezed to raise many lives, his body shrank and died.”
It was as easy as the words "dead" were thrown from Eka's lips as a doctor. And again it made her feel uncomfortable.
“Although his blood is very useful. But it's very inhumane that they keep using it, right? It was terrible,” Eka continued with a sad look.
“He died after his body shrank and because his blood kept being squeezed?”
Orion did not believe Eka's words. But if that's true, so all this time he actually rose in the third year?
Then his body shrank because his blood was used by whom? Surely the number is so much that it makes Orion's body shrink like this. That was what was in his mind after thinking long about Eka's previous statement.
“What's Orion?” eka asked, when she saw Orion agitated.
Orion did not look at Eka at all even though he was currently facing her. It was as if he was staring away from reality. The sly smile fell from Eka's face after that.
Then he brought his lips closer to Orion's ears. Whispering directly to him, “I'm curious. Is it because you're experiencing that too, so you're asking me?”
The sensation of goosebumps makes Orion's hair stand up right then and there, he can feel how much danger is nearby now.
