Bad News

After the departure of Andi and Kevin, Nao invites Adel to come home. It's also true what Kevin said if they were alone too long could be dangerous.

They entered the elevator to the basement. Only silence accompanied them until Adel was caught glancing at Nao.

"Nyokap you sick? What pain? Why don't you talk to us?" nao asked consecutively as worried as the others.

None of Nao's questions Malvin answered. He was silent after hearing the news about his mother. He was devastated by the passing of his mother.

Malvin then stood up from his seat and left his three best friends. He walked quickly to the parking lot. When he arrived at the parking lot, he tried to enter the car keys but because of the panic that enveloped him, the key was not in place.

"Let me go to the hospital" Nao clasped Malvin's arm. Apparently Nao immediately ran after Malvin.

Malvin turned his head and looked at Nao blankly mixed with panic.

"Let me anter lo" Nao said again to make Malvin shift to the passenger seat.

Nao rushed in. They were wearing seatbelt and Nao immediately drove to the hospital.

On the way, Nao asks Malvin nothing at all because he knows Malvin must have been very hurt. Moreover, only the mother is the only family that Malvin has at this time.

At a fairly high speed they reached the hospital in a short time. They got out of the car and headed to the ward where Malvin's mother was.

Malvin paused his footsteps for a moment as he entered the ward. He saw his mother covered in white cloth. Suddenly his footsteps were heavy. The tears she had been holding back since then had finally fallen down her cheeks.

Malvin then walked slowly closer to his mother's bed. He opened the white cloth that covered his face.

"Ma..." Malvin clasped his mom's hand.

"Ma, sorry Malvin ma. Sorry, Malvin couldn't keep Malvin's promise" tears rolled back down Malvin's cheeks.

Nao who was beside Malvin stroked Malvin's shoulder gently. He could feel how badly Malvin was devastated by his mother's passing and how hard it was to lose a loved one.
