Not Joking

Nao supported his head with one of his hands. The corner of his lips slightly rose. He looked at Adel who looked so stiff. If they were alone, Adel wouldn't be like me.

Nao approached Adel "Remember my request, right?" whispered. Nao then grinned.

Adel looked annoyedly at Nao. How could he have to call Nao with that new call in front of his best friend?

"Have you ordered something to eat?" ask Nao later. The others just listened to Adel and Nao chat while eating.

Adel smiled stiffly "Already, just delivered again"

"Entar has tutoring, right? I'll let you go, I'll have to pick up mama" Nao then drank iced oranges.

Adel nodded slowly "OK"

"If there's anything, call me" Nao checked the clock on his phone.

"OK" Adel's order came along with Dita's order. Adel was relieved that the new call was still not spoken from his mouth.

Kevin snatched the tissue "At the end of the exam, where are you going to college?"

"If I'm in indo only, take care of the file is not dragged if out of the country" replied Andi.

"Gue's going out of town, to his brother's place nyokap" Malvin said.

"Well, so far away are we-we" said Kevin.

"Near by, just in Bandung. If I have time, I'm here" Malvin put down the spoon because he's done eating.

"If you are, Nao?" kevin's question made everyone at the table look at him.

Nao smiled thinly "Gue? Em, if I, don't know"

Adel frowned as soon as he heard Nao's ambiguous reply. He could not guess what the man had in mind.

"Wait, don't you two get married?" guess Kevin. He pointed at Nao and Adel in turn.

Andi brushed off Kevin's arm "Dih, ngaco lo. Newly graduated high school for marriage"

"Yee, Nao and Adel are already engaged, maybe abis passed immediately married" Kevin remained steadfast with his opinion.

Adel stared at Kevin. His gaze somehow felt sharp to Kevin.

Kevin can only grin when stared at Adel like that "Hehe, sorry Del, sorry"

Adel resumed eating.

Kevin turned to look at Dita "If you, his friend Adel, how are you?"

Dita who was busy eating, raised her head to look at Kevin "Sama kayak Andi"

Kevin's just a mangosteen. He then cleared his throat "This is no one curious about my plan what?"

Andi and Malvin stand together. They pretended not to hear what Kevin had just said and left the table.

"Well, why did you leave? Woy aren't you guys curious about me?" kevin shouted at Andi and Malvin who were about to pay for their food.

Malvin, Andi, and Nao chuckle at the same time. While Dita and Adel look pity on Kevin.

At the table, there were only three people left. Dita feels very awkward because she seems to disturb Adel and Nao. He quickly finished his meal and immediately left first.

"Del, Nao, I'm first huh. Bye" Dita waved at Adel.

Adel just drank iced tea "Kok lo leave me?"

There was no response from Dita. He just waved his hand and left the cafeteria.

Now there's only Adel and Nao. An awkward atmosphere enveloped Adel. Plus many pairs of eyes were watching the two of them.

Adel cleared his throat "Lo's not back in class? Your friends are back"

Nao stared fixedly at Adel "I don't want to answer before you fix your sentence"

Adel rolled his eyes puffed. It turned out that Nao's request to change the call was no joke.

Adel breathed. He showed off his teeth "You didn't go back to class?"

Nao chuckled after hearing Adel's "I'm waiting for you"

Adel laughed stiffly. He finished his meal, then he stood up. Nao stood up as well. They both walked along to pay for food.

"I'm alone" Nao said when he found Adel thrust a piece of money at the canteen guard.

"No, thanks" declined Adel. He kept giving the money.

Nao pulls Adel's arm "No need to ngeyel"

The food payment ends up in Nao's hands. Adel could only follow the man's words rather than have to argue, let alone in public. It's very unlikely.

The two returned to class at the same time. They both walked parallel. No conversation has been spoken yet. Adel chose to stare at the floor because there were other people's gazes watching the two of them along the way to class. Horrible and also shameful, Adel's inner.

Nao snatched Adel's arm. He held Adel's arm gently. He smiled thinly. This made Adel surprised by Nao's increasingly overt treatment.

Adel could only resign as he could not possibly let go of Nao's grasp amidst the gazes of others who were focused on the two of them. Later even strange rumors can spread and certainly Adel will be a victim for wasting Nao. That was the scenario Adel had in mind.

Arriving in front of Adel's class. Nao did not immediately take off his grasp.

While there was a protest from Adel's mouth "Can be off? Already in class, embarrassed to know seen"

Nao screeched "I'm not ashamed to hold your hand in public"

Adel rolled his eyes panted "Because you're used to being the center of attention"

Nao's lips slightly rose. He drew his face closer to Adel and whispered "Beda Del. It takes more courage to hold your hand like this"

Nao pulled his body back a little. He smiled faintly "Thanks has already put me in the cafeteria. Often yes dear" He then took off his hand.

Adel rounded his eyes hearing that one word Nao said in public. Looks like this guy really wants to show you how much he has a romantic side.

Apparently Adel's scenario rearranged in his mind. He was still confused by Nao's attitude. Nao is really considerate or just acting.

Adel entered his class. He left Nao waving at him. Until Adel sat down, the man had just moved from the front of Adel's class.
