Wake Up Early

Adel who had just finished studying and doing his job down the stairs was about to take a snack. He saw Hendra in the dining room with a glass of water in front of him. He just got home. Adel glanced at the clock on the wall which already showed at 10:30 p.m.

"Well, did you just come home?" adel said while opening the refrigerator looking for snacks he wanted to eat.

"Yes. Haven't you slept?" ask Hendra.

"New to learn pa, tomorrow there is a repetition" replied Adel. He took a pack of cookies and soft drinks.

"Where's Nao?" his father remembered Nao had picked up his daughter this morning.

"So he stopped by" Adel sat down on the chair beside his papa.

"really? Papa was happy to hear it" Hendra smiled gently.

"Tomorrow morning he's here again?" ask Hendra.

Adel opened the soft drink after eating the cookies. He nodded his head in response.

Hendra gently stroked the top of Adel's head "Yes already papa to the room first" pampitnya and embraced Adel.

Adel finished off one can of that fizzy drink. Dumped in the trash after all the contents of the snack was exhausted.

He climbed the stairs while looking at his phone screen. He checked some incoming messages he left because of learning. He had thought there might be a message from Nao but apparently Nao's name was drowned because it was covered in messages from several groups.

"Well, what is lo ngarepin chat from Nao? Conscious Del, aware" Adel told himself. He immediately brushed it off by shaking his head.

Only 6 am, Nao was already sitting sweetly in the dining room making Asri and Bram astonished to see his son wake up on his own and early too.

"Your tumben at this hour is up, it's breakfast again" said Bram, rubbing peanut butter on bread.

"What guests are you having?" Asri poured milk in Nao's glass.

Nao just rolled his eyes lazily. He ate the peanut butter sandwich in front of him and drank a glass of milk.

"Nao departs" he said to Asri and Bram. They looked at each other in wonder at the passing of their children. How can his bad habits disappear instantly.

"He picked up Adel, didn't he?" ask Bram who has been done with his food.

"Yes. Uh..pa, is it because of Adel, that brat can get up on his own and this early?" guess Asri.

The corner of Bram's lips slightly rose "The right choice left Nao on Adel"

"Mama agrees with papa" a happy smile on the lips of the two middle-aged men.

Nao was driving towards Adel's house. Several times he yawned because he was actually still sleepy.

The night before going to bed he put a continuous alarm on his phone which was only 5 minutes away in a loud tone so he could wake up early.

The first alarm went off and he went back to sleep. The second sound and so on made Nao even more frustrated. That loud tone was even more disturbing than the babbling of the mother. He clucked in annoyance and with his eyes still sleepy he forced himself to wake up.

Who would have thought because Adel who still wants to keep this matchmaking secret he took the initiative outside his habits.

"Why wake up so early Nao? Wonder I'm the same myself" murmured Nao.

Nao came to the gate of Adel. The gate was opened wide by security guards. Hendra had advised if there is a Nao car in front of the house then please just enter.

Nao lowered the car glass and greeted the security guard. He nodded kindly to her.

Nao stopped his car at the main door. He took the cell phone in his pocket. He looked for Adel's contact and called him.

It didn't take long in the ringing of the two phones Adel answered.

"Hello"

"Lo is ready? I'm in front of your house"

"In the meantime, I'm finishing the book as a sideline"

Adel turned off his phone unilaterally. Nao just shook his head while staring at the phone.

Put the book in his bag. Not to forget the hat that Adel wore yesterday was also put in a bag. Adel then brushed her hair and rushed down. He grabbed a sandwich in the dining room.

"Adel left first pa, Nao was waiting" he said as he ran out the door. Hendra who saw his daughter's behavior could only shake his head.

"Why bring all the sandwiches?" nao said as he looked at the sandwich in Adel's hand.

"Not breakfast yet" Adel looked at the circular watch on his arm.

"Buruan departs now" Adel asked. They're getting into the car. Nao drove his car. Adel was busy eating his sandwiches.

"You?" Adel thrust the sandwich he had bitten into Nao.

Nao shook his head "My breakfast's dad"

"Oh" Adel continued to eat the sandwich. He then drank water from the bottle he was carrying.

"Have biology repeated?" ask Adel.

"Udah. Wh why? Want to know about it?" Nao guess.

Adel grinned to hear Nao's speech "If possible" he said softly.

Nao grinned "Ask Andi aja, yesterday he also nanya"

Adel scratched his head. How could he suddenly approach Andi. Although they were classmates, Adel was not that close to Andi. They were only once a few times a group.

"Why?" Nao asked because Adel never answered.

"Huh? What's?"

"No papa" Nao said with a flat face.

Adel squinted his eyes "What the hell"

Nao just shook his head.

"Weird base" Adel folded his hands.

"Lo is stranger" Nao said in his heart. Unknowingly the corner of his lips rose.

Adel chose to take a biology book from his bag. He re-learn the material that has been marked by him.

Adel commits to memorizing the material. Nao glanced at him.

"Don't you like the lyrics anymore" Adel memorized.

"Idihi.pede very lo so people"

"Diem deh lo, I want to learn. Focus on driving" Adel's orders.

"Bawel" Nao said in a soft tone.

They arrived at school. Adel put in his book and changed out the hat he wore yesterday.

Even though the school is still quiet, Adel still wears the hat. Anticipation just in case there are fans Nao has departed thought Adel.

"Favor"

"Hm"

Adel got out of Nao's car and quickly he got away from it.
