Patience of a Sakinah
12. Give up first

Stanley knows that Bi Warsih is no ordinary maid. Seeing from the way Sakinah treated the maid so respectfully and seemed very familiar.

" Okay Sakinah for tonight I'll go home first. Tomorrow morning I'll come back here to pick you up so we can go to the office together!" stanley said as he got up from the chair and then stepped into the exit.

" I'm sorry Mr. Stanley. I am no longer your employee. I settled in Jakarta just waiting for my divorce court process along with my husband. After that I will return to my village and continue my life there!" said Sakinah while bowing her gaze.

Stanley was really nervous when he faced Sakinah and Sakinah did not want to look at his face.

" I don't care if you quit my office. Anyway, tomorrow you have to come with me to the office. Later I will give you a new position higher than your position yesterday!" stanley insisted and did not want to be rejected by Sakinah.

Sakinah just shook her head looking at Stanley's characteristics that are always selfish and never willing to give in to anyone.

" It is a pity to be his wife. Oh God! She must be dizzy every day thinking about the behavior of her husband who never wants to give up and always wants to arrange everything so that it is always under his index finger! Ckckck!" sakinah said softly while shaking her head.

" But believe me, the woman who is my wife must be the luckiest woman because she will love me with all my heart!" Sakinah was shocked to death when suddenly Stanley was in front of her again and smiled at her.

Sakinah was constantly stroking her chest. While saying Istighfar to express shock, even until now it has not subsided, all because of the actions of Stanley who appeared suddenly in front of him when he was about to close the door of his apartment.

" I just want to say good night to you!" stanley said with a very sweet smile.

Somehow Sakinah felt her heart suddenly beating very fast, seeing Stanley's smile that was so exclusive given only to her.

Sakinah knows very well that Stanley has always been cold and introverted when in the office.

It is rare to see Stanley smiling when in working mode he is always 100% serious and very boring for Sakinah.

Especially if the nature of Stanley who likes it arbitrarily to him has come out, it certainly really makes Sakinah very uncomfortable even tend to hate the man.

Had Sakinah known that Stanley did it was because she was seeking attention towards Sakinah it would have been a feeling Sakinah would have been happy.

Stanley even though he always spent the night with the women. But he never gave up his love for them.

Sakinah was the first woman to actually touch Stanley's long-shuttered recesses.

After Stanley's departure, Sakinah enters her room and decides to go straight to sleep. Because he also had no mood to chat. Especially tomorrow morning he had to deliver Bibi Warsih back to the village.

Although Bi Warsih insisted not to be delivered by him when he returned to the village. But Sakinah really could not bear to let the middle-aged woman who had contributed a lot to her family back to the village alone.

All the memories of her being in the office and being bullied by Stanley kept spinning around in her head.

" Come Sakinah! Cease ?think of people who are not your right. Go to bed and finish your business in Jakarta. Then go back to the village and start your new life there. Forget everything in Jakarta!" said Sakinah sucks herself while continuing to hit her cheeks with both hands to make herself aware of the reality before her.

Sakinah knows very well about Stanley who always changes partners and she does not like such men.

Sakinah hoped that the husband who would become her priest would be the Sholeh man who would lead her to God's heaven.

" O Allah send the righteous man to be my husband and keep the ignorant man out of my life! Amien!" after saying the prayer Sakinah then immediately closed her eyes and tried to fall asleep.

Stanley is currently standing on the balcony of his apartment. He re-imagines his unexpected encounter with Sakinah.

" What's called a soul mate isn't going anywhere! I used to pay her from her husband for such a high price, she didn't come to the room I ordered. Uh, all of a sudden now she's coming straight in front of me and living in my building, after she's filed for divorce with her trash husband!" monologue Stanley happily thought about his life with Sakinah so smoothly.

If Stanley had known what was on Sakinah's mind. Maybe he won't be that happy. Because for Sakinah Stanley is not her type to be made a future husband.

Sakinah was married to Reynaldi only because of an arranged marriage forced by her parents because of her father's debt.

Now Sakinah already has an established life and becomes a very independent woman. She can choose any man she wants to be her husband. It will not be reckless to give up his life to a man who does not fit his criteria.

Meanwhile, Robert's assistant is suddenly behind Stanley and is about to report something to him.

" Report sir! Renaldi, ex-husband of Sakinah. He has come to the casino and he has already handed over his debt payment to us!" robert said in a flat tone as he reported the matter to Stanley.

" It's okay. We just take the money. Anyway I don't need that trash guy anymore to get Sakinah. Sakinah is now in front of me and in my grasp! I can get it whenever I want!" Stanley said with confidence.

Robert is thrilled that his boss is not forcing him to get Sakinah through her ex-husband.

" Well Boss right now I will go and settle the repayment of the debt that Renaldi has already paid!" roberts resigned in front of Stanley.

" Wait!"

" Yes boss, what's wrong?"

" Make sure that the man will never bother Sakinah again. Ask him to sign the divorce papers immediately, if he does not want to, add 200% interest on the loan if he can not pay just break his legs and hands!" stanley gave a firm command to Robert who was immediately horrified to hear it.
