On the other hand, Belial and Mammon arrive at the scene of Lucifer's fierce battle against Moses. Following Leviathan and Astaroth's arrival at the battle. But a fierce fight that has lasted a long time, now meet the final round...

Lucifer and Solomon went to the long table room, where the negotiations were held. The other Demon Lords also followed them to see the outcome of the negotiations. The Demon King's side is represented by the Demon King Lucifer, while the Human side is represented by King Solomon the Wise Man.

Which Satan refused to follow the argument is not clear, according to Satan is the best choice is to fight with each other, therefore Satan rejected all the results of the negotiations and he left the negotiation room. The Demon King and the Human Party respect Satan's decision, although it is a bit selfish and painful for both sides. Lucifer, open the first vote on the start of this negotiation...

"So ! What will you offer us, Solomon?"

"If I ask you to occupy a part of the Human World on condition that you do not kill or slaughter and or incite people to become followers because of their sins. Do you agree to those terms, Lucifer?"

"Hum.. hum..."

Belial opened a second voice for the Demon King to express disapproval....

"I object to the offer!"

Solomon countered Belial's objection to the matter...

"Well, I'd like to ask you Belial. Are you ready, Belial? And may I answer Belial's objection, well Lucifer?"

"Please, Solomon! If it satisfies you"

"Thank you, Lucifer"

For a moment Solomon thought of a scheme to trick the Demon Lords, and also to win this negotiation....

"We, the army of hell, are short of followers and lack of troops. We with that deficiency, cannot withstand the onslaught of the heaven army for their second wave later. The offer you gave is not qualified, it hurts us"

Solomon lost his temper because of all the stratagems he had all thwarted. Astaroth saw the advantage was already in sight, to the Devil nation...

"O-okay! Me, I agree. I accepted the offer, how is Lucifer? How's Belial?"

Lucifer and Belial found it a brilliant idea...

"I, Lucifer also accept this deal"

"Me, Belial also fully supports the offer"

With Astaroth, Lucifer, and Belial one vote to agree to accept an offer from Solomon. Dalian heard the negotiations ended peacefully, but condemned the Hell and Solomon parties for the content of the agreement, which Dalian said was detrimental to the position of the Human population. Though God only wants to exterminate humans about 35 percent, Dalian got information about it because of the gift of Goddess Eris. The Goddess Eris confers with God to undo the End of the World.
