THE LAST ROMANS PART I

After the great victory of the Eastern Roman Empire, Elaina opened the magic portal summoning Minamiya Natsuki to the city of Constantinople. Natsuki and Elaina arrive at the door of the Commonwealth Temple Ruins, followed by an army of Roman Emperor Valens.

Natsuki and Elaina enter the Commonwealth Temple Ruins, but, just as Natsuki and Elaina enter, they are thrown into Pollentia and end in 402 AD, they are thrown into the future, advancing 24 years.

And in 402 AD, under the leadership of King Alaric, the Visigoths continued to invade the interior of the Western Roman Empire. Soon after, they besieged the important city of Milan, where Emperor Honorius lived. Under great pressure, Honorius immediately ordered Stilicho, his military commander who was not in the north at the time to lead his army south and defend the empire.

The arrival of the Stilicho commander in an attempt to besiege Hasta, the barbarians retreated west of Pollentia. Although some of his soldiers wanted to continue to retreat, King Alaric remained determined to force the issue, and prepared for a fierce battle with the Roman army. In view of this Stilicho commander, hoping to surprise King Alaric, chose to attack on Easter Sunday, April 6, 402, when the Gothic Arian would be preoccupied with religious celebrations. King Alaric gathered his unprepared army with the skill and courage to face the Roman attack, and even managed to defeat the Roman auxiliary cavalry of Alani, whose King was killed in battle. However, the Gothic people were eventually driven out of the field by slaughter, and their camps were raided and looted by the victorious Romans. Commander Stilicho offered to return the prisoners in exchange for the Visigoths returning to Illyricum, but upon reaching Verona, King Alaric stopped the withdrawal of the troops and attempted to capture the city of Verona.

The battle is called the Battle of Pollentia, Natsuki and Elaina are trapped in a time dimension that leads them to fight and fight for the Western Roman Empire. The Battle of Pollentia took place on April 6, 402, Easter, between the Western Romans under the command of the commanders Stilicho and the Visigoths under the leadership of King Alaric I, during the first Gothic invasion of Italy (401-403). The Romans won easily with the help of Natsuki and Elaina, and forced King Alaric to retreat, although King Alaric rose to fight again the following year at the Battle of Verona, where King Alaric was again defeated. After that, King Alaric withdrew from Italy, leaving the province peacefully until his second invasion in 409, after the death of the commander of Stilicho.

For 7 years trapped in the time dimension in the Pollentia Event, Natsuki and Elaina assess the next big battle will occur again in Rome. Now that Natsuki and Elaina are joining forces with the Visigoths to find a way out of the time-dimensional labyrinth, Natsuki meets King Alaric talking about the Roman Attack.

The Visigoths chose Ataulf, Alaric's brother-in-law, as the new king of the Visigoths. The Visigoths then moved north, towards Gaul. Ataulf married Galla Placidia in 414, but she died one year later. The Visigoths founded the Visigothic Kingdom in southwestern Gaul in 418, Natsuki and Elaina having cons with the new Visigoth king. Ataulf removed Natsuki and Elaina and drove them out of the Visigothic Kingdom.

King Gunderic regretted his actions because he had lost the figure of a great man, Elaina the White Princess The Graceful, King Gunderic gave a nickname to him. In 428 AD, after the success of King Gunderic, the King died.

The throne was succeeded by his half-brother Genseric, who decided that the best place for his people to settle was North Africa, which was marred by internal strife that would negate Roman resistance.

Combined with Roman reinforcements, counter-attacking against the Vandals, Elaina waged the Wind Storm magic against the Vandals, but the forces of the Eastern Roman Empire were repulsed, while Boniface's forces fled the battle. The increasingly fierce attack launched by the Vandals, causing many deaths to the forces of the Eastern Roman Empire, Elaina was trapped and left little mana. The Vandals manage to capture Elaina, and strip Elaina of her underwear.

On October 19, 439, without any declaration of war, King Gaiseric suddenly ordered Elaina to attack Carthage, for the first time Elaina used her upper-level magic of Element Manipulation: Maximizing the Greater Wind, they killed all the inhabitants of Carthage and the Western Roman army, and captured Carthage without losing the Vandals.
