Elica POVs.

I don't know how long I'll last. Being hurt by the same person over and over again. Sickness, is the most familiar thing to me lately, like a wet wound and always salted when I make a sound.

After that incident, a few days later it just passed. Alex is still locking Elica counted for three days. Elica's room should only be entered by the waiter who will deliver food, that's the order from Alex. Although Irene was always against Alex's treatment, there was not much she could do.

And sometimes, Irene would secretly open the door to Elica's room to see the situation, while Alex was away.

Like this afternoon, Irene was cutting the fruit that was placed on the plate for Elica. It also happened that Alex was out since morning and until now has not come home.

Irene stepped into Elica's room, opening the door with her key. After entering Irene circulated her gaze to a corner of the room but did not find Elica.

There was a faint sound from outside the balcony of the room, the woman approached the source of the sound. And he found Elica attacking calling someone in a leaning position while crying.

"Elica" called Irene who made Elica turn her head. Apparently Elica was not aware of Irene's arrival, she immediately wiped her tears.

"Tante Irene" said Elica who saw Irene's arrival by bringing something on a plate.

"All right, I'll wait for her. And I'll let you know as soon as possible" Elica told the caller and then decided on the call.

Elica also approached Irene who looked worried about her.

"Aunty brought what?" Ask Elica who's trying to be okay.

"Auntie brought fruit for you. Aunt looking turned out you were here. Who'd you call Elica?"

"Nobody Auntie" replied Elica trying to cover up

"But you're crying? Did something happen again?" Anxious Irene.

"There is no aunt. Everything's fine, I just called my friend to ask my dad's situation"

"Oh really? Then how is it now?"

"Dad's improved, and last night my dad realized "

"Ah thank goodness Elica. Aunty was happy to hear it" Irene said as she stroked her chest, and Elica also smiled at her.

Although Elica was a little guilty because of the truth she was lying to Irene. Both of them sat in a chair in Elica's room while talking. Irene did not mention the incident that happened the other day, because she also did not want Elica to continue to remember it.

The woman could only accompany Elica chatting while discussing something else to divert the matter. Because after all Irene did not want Elica to continue to be depressed in this house.

"Tante has some good news" Irene said.

"Oh yeah? What'sthat?" Elica asked while feeding a piece of apple to her mouth.

"Next week Aunt will be birthday" said Irene happily, Elica who heard her also carried away the atmosphere of pleasure.

"But I can't give Aunt a gift. To get out of the room I can't" said Elica in a sad tone.

"No Elica.Tante doesn't need a gift from you. Aunty just wishes you could give birth safely with your baby, because after all your son is also Aunt's grandson." Irene said as she stroked Elica's stomach.

Elica smiled at him, she was happy even though during the big house she often get unpleasant treatment from Alex, but she was grateful there Irene who always accompanied and cherished her. For Elica, Irene was like a substitute for her mother who had died.

Elica also held the hand of Irene who was stroking her stomach.

"Thank you Aunt for everything. I hope Aunt Irene is always healthy and happy. And thank you for loving my son"

Alex's car is seen stopping at a Five-star restaurant. He entered the place with his swift steps, plus it was raining tonight.

Alex came to a table where someone was waiting. He sat in front of the man with his cold face.

"Where's the stuff?" Alex and the man gave her a large brown envelope.

Alex opened the envelope quickly, opening the sheet of paper inside. And read it with his serious facial expression.

"Explain to me all" Alex orders again.

"Hilda's autopsy results showed that she had an overdose due to taking a large amount of sleeping pills. Though our people only inject tranquilizers as you ordered. And CCTV showed that 4 hours before Hilda's death a nurse entered the room and fed Hilda in the early hours of the morning. Though in that hour the patient has not received food because of the time of sleep." Clearly the mysterious man was starkly.

"Who's behind this?"

"According to the evidence I have, the perpetrator is Mr. Andrew."

Alex was shocked to learn of the news.

"As you know sir, Andrew has long wanted you and his daughter to be married. And Elica decided to get out of her room with the key given by Irene, to take back her cell phone which is now in Irene's room.

While climbing the stairs, Elica crosses paths with Bianca who looks like she just came from Alex's room. The two stopped and looked at each other.

"Would you like to come up here? Didn't Alex let you out of the room?" Bianca said to Elica who sounded dislike.

"It's none of your business" Elica tried to ignore Bianca.

"Don't act like you're Elica's hostess. You need to know, I'm getting married to Alex. So whatever you're doing in this house should also ask me for permission, especially when you're going to Alex's room"

"Oh yeah? Who do you think you are here too? All I know is that you're just a shameless woman who keeps begging to stay here." replied Elica

"What did you say. How dare****** as you talk to me about it" unexpectedly, an angry Bianca just shook Elica's hair and made Elica also spontaneously pull back the woman's hair.

But when Elica's footrest on the stairs is unstable because she is pregnant, making her unable to compensate for Bianca's treatment on her. "Jeez Elica" Irene screeched at the condition of Elica under the stairs, the woman came out after hearing Alex's scream.

"Get uncle Jo, Auntie. I have to take her to the hospital and don't let the woman go" Alex told Bianca, who was still in shock on the stairs.

Irene understood Alex's intention to reply with a nod and immediately called uncle Jo.

Alex is on his way to the hospital with Elica unconscious. Although sometimes Elica let out a moaning sound in pain, and again Alex's clothes that were drenched in blood from Elica made the man's mind confused and very worried.

"Uncle Jo, you can drive no huh. So long, why haven't you arrived." Alex cried impatiently by venting emotions to the old man who was now driving.

"Sorry sir, I'll try to do it sooner"

Eventually they arrived at the hospital. Elica Langgsung was taken to the emergency room by several nurses.

"Sorry sir, you cannot enter for the smooth handling of patients" said a nurse

Alex could only resign because he could not accompany Elica inside. His mind was in a fog and panicked considering the incident he had seen. She was afraid that something might not happen to Elica and her child.

Alex could only pacing in front of the room was not calm even though his phone kept ringing. He knew Irene was trying to contact him, but just picking up the call Alex was not interested.

After 30 minutes of waiting, the door opened. And saw a doctor come out.

"Doctor.. How is the condition now?" Alex asked standing up from his seat.

"Are you a patient's family?"

"yeah. I'm her husband"

"Well, can you come with me for a second?"

"certain"

Alex followed the doctor into the room. It was as if Elica was lying down and groaning in pain. Alex and the doctor sat facing each other.

Alex's gaze occasionally looked towards Elica who was very concerned.

"Look, sir, the patient had a pretty hard impact until finally bleeding. And the blood that was released very much, if not quickly operated on we were afraid we could not save him"

Said the Doctor.

"Yes, just do the surgery as soon as possible Doctor"

"But sir, I'll tell you if one of the two can't be saved."

"Happy baby, please save her, not me Alex" cried Elica inwardly. And a few moments later the consciousness completely disappeared.

After a few minutes of thinking, Alex finally decided. He took a breath and then looked at Elica who had closed her eyes unconscious, and her voice was no longer heard.

"His mother. Please save his mother, Doc" Alex told the doctor.
