The Part 51

Damian just arrived at Alex's luxury mansion. He came home from Amsterdam having an event somewhere with his working relationship in New York.

And Alex has taken Nancy and Irene to his old Mansion rather than staying in the Big House. The reason is if the mileage from the workplace is more efficient. Given if in the past Alex had an accident because the journey from the city center and the big house is quite far.

"Damian.." cried Nancy happily as she saw Damian entering the living room.

"Hi My Princess, miss me?"

Not long after Nancy also moved from her seat that was coloring the picture, she ran towards Damian and was greeted with the man and then immediately held Nancy.

The little girl hugged Damian's neck tightly. And not long after Irene appeared to approach the two of them with a smile.

Nancy did call Damian by name only, because Damian had long refused to be called "uncle" because he felt he sounded very old.

However, Nancy always gets affection from the man because Damian also considers Nancy like his own child.

"Where's your Daddy Princess? Why doesn't he accompany you, it's a holiday?"

Getting the question Nancy pursed her lips and looked upset.

"Alex is going to see Doctor Josh for healing therapy" Irene said because Nancy did not answer.

Damian nods his head in agreement, understanding that Nancy may be upset that her father does not have time for her even on holidays. This is very dear to Damian, although he has not married but he knows very well if a child of Nancy's age is in need of abundant attention from his parents.

No doubt he also always contact Nancy even though through video calls because of the distance they are far apart.

"Why not tell mom you're home today?" Ask Irene.

"There's a business meeting tomorrow, and I also get an invitation from my colleague to visit the exhibition here next week Mom"

"So you're gonna be here for a week?"

"I think so, Mom"

"Yeay. I'll sleep with Damian every day. Can't Oma?" Said Nancy who was overjoyed because she had a playmate and would not feel lonely.

"May love" said Irene and accompanied by Damian's laugh, who was anxious to see Nancy's funny behavior.

The next day Elica also makes a flight to New York along with her Dad and Ren.

Ren is initially surprised to find out if Elica finally wants to come with him, but he is happy to be able to invite Elica back to his country.

And there is also a great hope Ren if Elica can meet her child. However, Elica has become a mother and her child is entitled to the affection of Elica.

Upon their arrival in New York, Ren immediately booked a hotel for Elica and her father. Because Elica said that tomorrow she and her father would go back to their old house to clean and stay there.

Ren chooses to return to his apartment rather than book a hotel. Because she had intended to invite Elica and her father to live in her apartment as well, but Elica refused.

The next day, Elica heads to her mother's grave. He and his father cleaned up the creeping grass and the fallen dry leaves. Silence occurs between Elica and her father. They both wrestle with each other's thoughts and recall memories of his past.

It did not feel five years he had gone and left his true identity. Not because Elica is afraid of her past but she tries to become a relevant human being, which is to leave behind what ever hurt her.

And the reason he came back here was only because he fulfilled his father's will. After completion, it is certain that he will return to Japan and continue his life as before.

"Come, we go home to Dad" said Elica after putting a bouquet of roses into the mother's navel.

Albert also nodded his daughter's invitation, because the plan today they will also clean the residence first believed may now be abandoned.

Alex, who just got home from his office tonight, runs into a neat-looking Damian in his suit.

"The way tonight?" Alex asks who knows if Damian will be coming to his business fair.

"Yes. You really didn't come? Otherwise I'll wait for you to get ready, we can go together" Damian offered.

Alex actually snorted because he was lazy to come to such an event even though he was invited.

"No, you're just. I'm tired of wanting a break"

"alright. Oh yeah, if you're looking for Nancy she's in my room already asleep" Damian told Alex.

"Yes"

Nancy's habit began a few days ago asking Damian to sleep with her. So tonight Damian put the little girl to bed early.

While elsewhere, the Architecture exhibition event attended by Elica looks very crowded. Apparently the event is not only a business activity but also held a fundraiser. And more surprisingly all of this is titled by Ren's lover.

Speaking of Ren, apparently it's been leaving Elica for an hour. Given that Ren also had a hand in this exhibition because he had to take pictures of all the projects shown.

And tonight Elica looks so beautiful because she is wearing a black dress that shows her curves. Although the dress is very simple with long sleeves, it is slightly open on the back.

Elica chose to sit alone at the table and accompanied by a glass of wine, her eyes looking at all the people who were chatting. While he himself knows no one here other than Ren.

"Anami" called Ren who then approached her.

Elica then stood up and smiled when she saw Ren with someone.

"I'm looking for you, it turns out you're here. Oh yeah, introduce this Garry, you know him..." Ren said hanging his words because he doubted there were many people.

"I know" replied Elica quickly.

"Hello Mr. Garry, I am Anami, it's nice to meet you" said Elica, extending her hand.

"Sure Miss Anami, I've heard a lot about you. I hope you enjoy the show"

"certain. Thank you Mr. Garry"

They started talking like friends who knew each other. Although occasionally there were some guests who approached Garry just to greet the man with a handsome appearance.

"Hey Garry." call someone who is none other than Damian who just arrived at the event.

The three people who were chatting turned to the source of the voice. Garry also looks smiling when Damian approaches him. Because in reality they have been friends for a long time in Amsterdam.

"Oh Mr. Harlend you're coming" said Garry and then shook hands with Damian.

Garry always called Damian by his surname "Harlend". Although Damian also has another surname, "Dawson" like Alex, the man chooses to use the name of his father's relics.

The two men chatted for a while, and Garry soon introduced Ren and Elica to Damian.

When Damian shook hands with Elica, she realized that Elica's face was no stranger to her. He thought hard to remember something, while Elica herself did not know who Damian was before.

Ren finally took Elica to a different corner of the room, seeing more and more guests coming to see Garry. And Ren does not want anyone to suspect his relationship with Garry, so he chose to stay away with Elica.

When Damian was still chatting with other guests, suddenly remembered if the face of the woman he met had a resemblance to Nancy. He was a little stunned when he realized that, Damian quickly immediately looked for the existence of a woman who was none other than Elica.

"You why?" Ren asked as he led Elica to a slightly quiet place.

"It's okay I'm just tired. Is the show still long?"

"I think so. You look like you're cold, put on my suit. I'll take you home"

"No Ren, I can go home by myself. You stay here because it's Garry's show. Let me go home in a taxi"

"I'll take you outside. But wear this, you look uncomfortable in that dress"

Ren takes off his suit and gives it to Elica. Without them realizing there is a pair of eyes that are paying attention to the movements of both.

Alex and Irene are having dinner without Nancy. Because the little girl had already fallen asleep in her dreamland.

Not long ago Alex's phone rang and showed that Damian was the one who called her.

Without waiting for long Alex also raised the call.

"Hello. What's up?"

("You really won't come here?")

"No. Didn't I tell you"

("I think you'll regret not coming")

"What do you mean?"

("I'm not sure because he has a different name, but it looks like the person you've been looking for is here"

"Don't joke with me"

("I'll send you the photo I just took")

"All right, I'm waiting"

Not long after the call was over, Alex's phone rang and indicated a message was coming in.

She opened the picture Damian had just given her. Alex was stunned when he saw the photo and made Irene who was in front of him also confused.

"What's Alex doing?"

Alex did not answer anything to Irene's question because for her the world stopped right then and there.

Because I was very curious, Irene also immediately grabbed Alex's phone. Immediately Irene was also surprised to see the current photo of Elica being seen with a man who was giving her Jas.

"Is this really Elica?" Irene.

"I have to get there right now" said Alex standing up from his seat in a hurry.

He went straight to his room to change his clothes, because after all there are many business relations. And it would be unethical for Alex to come in a casual t-shirt with his training pants.

Not long ago, Alex was back down with his neat suit. It looked different than before, and Irene was already under the stairs waiting for Alex.

"My aunt goes first, please accompany Nancy in the room"

"Yes. Be careful in Alex's path, and bring Elica back"

"Of course"
