24. With the Right People

Jordan clasped Jasmine's hand tightly. Although it initially felt strange to Jasmine, but her sense of happiness was truly inexplicable.

“You know, it's the first time I've come to a party like this after graduating High School,” Jordan whispered to Jasmine.

Jasmine knew her husband was an introvert. All that changed as she approached her final year of school. Her parents-in-law said, Jordan was crazy to study to get the desired campus. Greta thought her son would come back to his carefree personality, but after going to college he did not change, continuing like that until he could manage his father's subsidiary.

“Iya, yes Mas. I'm here with you, Mas.” Jasmine whispered back to her husband's ears.

“Jordan! Jasmine!” the sounds they were familiar with were among the boisterous sounds of music inside the house.

Endra came out with a glass of drink in his hand with a big smile. Beside him was Anthonio, his cousin who had a birthday today as well as inviting Jasmine to come to join his party.

“Hai, happy birthday!” Jasmine immediately hugged Anthonio. It makes Jordan jealous. The man instantly pulled Jasmine making Endra chuckle amusedly. This time Endra is convinced that their relationship is far from being said to be improving.

“Mas!” Jasmine glared at Jordan not expecting that she would be like that.

Though Jasmine had already said that they were cousins, but it seemed that in Jordan's eyes it was not enough fun. “Jordan!” said the man shone Anthonio's hand forcefully causing laughter from Endra and even Anthonio.

“Hahaha yes, yes! I know you! You're the one who made my cousin cry?” anthonio asked who got a direct hit from Jasmine.

“Aww! Pain!” Anthonio rubbed his arm.

“Already! It's already! Comein! Anthonio's friends are coming soon. There are still some who are not ready,” said Endra and they entered together.

“The music isn't too big?” jasmine asked as soon as they entered.

Endra turned off the music and threw a bag of balloons at Jasmine and Jordan.

“Typical!” said. “I'm making a barbeque in the back with Anthonio,” Endra said while carrying his music tape.

Jordan is seen staring at the balloon that he will blow with horror. What kind of experiment is this? Men seem to why should blow balloons at someone else's show. Good Lord!

“Mas, your eyes are coming out!” ledek Jasmine's. “If you don't want to. Let me niup,” said Jasmine chuckled making Jordan pout her lips.

“I won't let you suffer on your own,” Jordan said taking the balloon that Jasmine was holding.

Jordan was ready to take off his suit and they took a sitting position on the dining table bench. Not to forget Jordan folded his sleeves and stretched his tie.

“It turns out we're here to..” Jordan lifted the balloon that she was holding and Jasmine laughed at her husband's complaint.

Jasmine absolutely could not stop laughing, chuckling even smiling since just now. Jordan talked to him a lot today. It was really fun, but one thing still got Jasmine to mind. What if Jordan meets Laura. After all, Laura could not possibly continue to hide her existence.

“Mas, I'm happy today that I want to come here with me. We will go to my room! Help me tidy up some of my clothes and stuff.”

Just a few hours into their mingling with Anthonio's friends, Jordan whines like a little kid wanting to get home soon. Jasmine knew that her husband was uncomfortable so she could not force Jordan any longer with the party tonight.

Especially when he saw Anthonio's male friends keep trying to get close to Jasmine. Starting from deliberately bringing drinks, barbeques, even accidentally dropped a birthday cake on Jasmine's clothes. Everything was completely beyond Jordan's expectations because it turned out that his wife had a magnet that attracted anyone to get close.

“Mas help dong! Just shut up anyway!” jasmine's grouse was tidying up her clothes as well as her favorite items that she was going to down to the apartment.

Jordan who was staring at the photo of little Jasmine in the frame above the nightstand immediately walked towards his wife. The man did not help Jasmine, but rather hugged her from behind. Jasmine was surprised and stopped her movements that were taking hangers in her closet.

“Have I been blind all this time if my wife had a different light? You know Anthonio's friends just kept trying to get to you and piss me off?”

“Mas, I know them because Anthonio used to invite me to play also with his friends. He also often plays here and we have not met for long because Anthonio school outside.”

Hearing that Jordan took off her embrace. He pulled his wife's hand to go with him. Now Jordan is sitting on the bed and holding his wife makes Jasmine feel his heart beating. For a moment they stared at each other awkwardly. The first time they could both with serious and intimate gazes. Of course, do not forget the two feelings that are not much different; pounding loudly greet each other.

“I'm a tough guy to fall in love and it's hard to stop when it comes to loving a woman,” Jordan said putting Jasmine's hair behind that ear. “I will turn into a man who is jealous, childish, and can even be angry is unclear but that is how I feel about you now.”

Jasmine momentarily forgot to breathe. Their distance is really close. The breath of her husband's nose was felt on the skin of her face. The AC room suddenly felt hot. Jasmine felt this scene was dejavu because it was only last night that they were like this. Only difference, this time Jasmine knew Jordan's true feelings.

“I love you, Jasmine. You're mine, only mine!” jordan whispered in Jasmine's ear.

The man's hand moved slowly; it moved from place to place, but Jasmine held it back. They can't do it here.

“Mmm, Mas a-ayo ki-we go home,” said Jasmine immediately woke up from her husband's lap.

His face was flushed like boiled shrimp and Jordan could not help but laugh. The man ruffled his wife's hair and pinched Jasmine's cheek in a fit of anxiety.

“I know, I just want to prank you!” jordan's words clearly made Jasmine angry.

Jasmine beats up Jordan's body, but Jordan tries to hold his wife's hand until they fall together on the bed together. They laughed and Jordan tickled Jasmine's body which caused a booming laugh in the woman's room. While Endra who was just about to go into his room to retrieve his HP who was in cas heard a bustling sound in his sister's room. He peeked at their togetherness and smiled slowly between the open slits of Jasmine's room door.

“Finally..you are happy with the right person, his inner” then slightly pulled the door of Jasmine's room to close.

Although their relationship improved. Endra has to be honest with Jordan about Laura. Sooner or later, sad or happy, they can't hide it any longer. His son will soon be born in this world and they will soon be married.
