David's looking for a companion

“Harun when does my husband come home? Prilly looked at Aaron.

“Maybe a few more days,” replied Aaron.

“What's the business going smoothly?”

“Sir Alex said everything went smoothly to me,” replied Aaron in a flat tone, Prilly knew Aaron was lying, but he would never be able to scrape anything out of Aaron's mouth.

“My husband always says everything goes smoothly but I can't believe he's acting like everything's okay he thinks I'm a kid?” lamented Prilly.

Anne chuckled at Prilly's complaint and just as they were about to eat their food someone came up to them the man was David.

“Hai girl... Can I join here?” david asked in a cheerful and coquettish tone as usual, without waiting for Prilly's approval and Anne David immediately sat his butt right next to Anne.

“You came here too apparently?” Prilly smiled at David.

“Yes. I just finished meeting here as well as lunch with some clients,” replied David.

“It just so happens that you have not treated us for a long time like you used to,” Prilly said in a joking tone.

“Yes, like six years ago. Gosh, there should be Linlin and Adelia here the four of you always make me have no choice but to treat the four of you, and honestly I miss moments like." That David said with a grin.

“That was so much fun, you know? Sometimes I miss that moment too,” said Prilly in a carefree tone.

“You bankrupted me,” David joked.

“You are stingy once, to treat Wilona you spent a lot of money,” taunted Prilly, he remembered Alexander's story that David and Wilona had an unusual relationship.

“It was just my bad luck being fooled by the sweet mouth of the artist. Oh my goodness, did Alexander tell you?” David frowned.

“In this world even walls have ears, don't you think, Anne?” Prilly grinned while looking at Anne.

“Yes, the wall has ears,” Anne replied in a slightly taut tone, she glanced at David who repeatedly picked up the fries on his plate with his tail in his eyes, the girl looking very upset to David.

Prilly can read Anne's hostile eyes to David, suddenly Prilly's mind wanders as if something is wrong between David and Anne's relationship and detective Prilly's soul suddenly rebelled. Anna is David's secretary in the past after Prilly resigned from David's company not as far as Prilly worked as David's secretary and suddenly when it was declared missing Anne immediately offered to work again with Prilly knowing that Prilly has no problem working for the Brown’s Company because David is not the type of boss who likes to rule arbitrarily and press the boys too hard.

The four of them ended up having lunch with casual chatter, errat, only Prilly had a casual chat with David while Anne had her mood crumbled, she looked more silent as well as Aaron.

After their lunch, David took out his wallet and gave it to Anne to pay their meal bill, not them because David didn't eat, but the three of them exactly suddenly a blonde woman came to their table and cynically she said, “ you can not afford your own food so ask to be treated by your former boss?” the cynical voice belonged to Jovita, apparently she also happened to have lunch with some of her friends at the place.

Prilly rolled her eyeballs reluctantly, she was so reluctant to argue back with Jovita in a public place it was enough one time she did not want to repeat it.

“David, thank you for treating me, I will reply to your agreement later when my husband has returned from New York,” Prilly said in a light tone without turning to Jovita.

“Of course you can treat me ten times more than today,” joked David.

“So Prilly what are your plans after this are you going to manage a family-owned company that is definitely bequeathed to you?” David behaved as if he did not care about Jovita's whereabouts, David actually started to provoke a commotion.

“My plan is no maybe I'll just be a good housewife, you know my husband doesn't like me working,” Prilly replied completely ignoring Jovita's whereabouts.

“Basic woman doesn't know your husband went to New York to take care of a company that's on the verge of bankruptcy and you're eating and having fun with another man, Prilly you are indeed a shameless woman,” Jovita more and more cynical to say the sentence, but neither Prilly David nor Aaron they have anything to say.

“Oh yes, David does your company need a new employee? Or a new secretary?” Prilly asked as if she needed a job.

“Why are you asking like that?” David raised his eyebrows.

“I think there is a woman who does not have a job and needs activities so that she has a little busy and does not take care of others. What if you give him a job?”

“Honey once, in my company the position of secretary no longer exists,” replied David in a slightly disappointed tone.

“Is there no other position that requires labor?” prilly's voice was a little whining.

“There are other positions, I was looking for a companion, but you saw for yourself my prospective companion he was very cynical to me.”

“Oh gosh... So, right my guess? I didn't expect since when did you guys get in touch?” prilly's eyes seemed sparkling as his conjecture was correct.

“You always have been? Always curious, I'm sure in your mind you almost died curious,” said David with a light laugh.

Just as David finished his sentence Anne came, both Prilly and David closed their conversation.

Anne seemed to notice Jovita standing near them with a look of disdain. “What are you here for would you like to join us?” The girl smiled sinisterly looking at Jovita. “It's a shame that we'll be back, maybe next time you can join us,” Anne said, he did know Jovita a little because he very often met with Jovita at the residence of Prilly who used to even though he never spoke with each other just as they could.

“Don't big head, who would join you?” Jovita was grieving lazily and he intended to turn his body around.
