New York, though,

Edward realizes the change in his boss. Luckas looks worse than three years ago.

"sir..what if you take a break for a few days?" asked Edward who was anxious about Luckas' condition which every day was only spent working and alone, not infrequently Edward found Luckas sometimes shed tears. And Edward even knew that Luckas always went to the DeParis hotel every day if when he was free no matter what time it was, there was nothing Luckas did..just sit in the lobby and look like you're waiting for someone.

Luckas shook his head "it's okay.I'm fine.thank you, Edward.."

Edward nodded "if you need my help, tell me sir.."

Luckas nodded. A ringing sound from his cell phone, stopped the conversation. Luckas stared at the screen of his phone and picked it up quickly.

"Buck's.."

"i'm busy, mom.."

Martha sighed "are you not curious about the state of grandma?"

"grandmas? do I have a grandma?" syndicate Luckas.

"Luckas..have been three days grandma lay unconscious." said Martha though she knew that Luckas himself had also known the condition of his grandmother.

"dan?"

"don't you want to come here, see him?"

"sorry, mom.I'm busy." said Luckas while hanging up.

Luckas changed, he who is now very cold.even too cold and shut himself.

As usual, Luckas returned to the hotel DeParis.sitting on one of the sofas in the lobby and has become his favorite spot. Not knowing why, Luckas assumed that one day Lidya would return to this hotel. Luckas was always waiting for him at the hotel.

From a distance, one of the hotel's receptionists is always aware of Luckas' presence every day. He immediately told Elena about it, he himself did not understand the reason behind Luckas' arrival every day.

Elena pinched her forehead "today she came again?" ask Elena.

"right, madam.and as always.sir Luckas just sat in his usual place.."

"all right, I understand" Elena said as she hung up.

"you're really stubborn too, sir Luckas Ryans.." muttered Elena. Actually Elena was very touched to see the persistence of Luckas who remained insistent waiting for Lidya's presence.

After ten minutes, Elena ordered her staff to escort Luckas to her room.

This morning, Lidya woke up too quickly so she decided to take a walk around her house despite the snowy weather so cold it was piercing.

The atmosphere around is still so quiet, even though it is covered in snow but Lidya so enjoy his own 'me time. And again, he remembered Luckas, his eyes were back in tears. Lidya pulled her phone out of her pants pocket. Since returning to Lexington, Lidya has not received any calls or messages from Luckas. Lidya's heart ached again.

He decided to return to his home, and his steps came to a halt when he saw a car that stopped in front of his house.. '*Luckas*?' it's in the heart.

The man who got out of the car made Lidya a little disappointed but also felt happy.

"Darren!!" peekik Lidya's.

Darren smiled gently at him.

"How did you get here?" ask the confused Lidya. Lidya finds out that Darren told her he was going back to New York shortly after Darren last met Lidya. Even Lidya had Sheila arrange for Darren's arrival as well as a room for Darren. But.why did Darren even get to Lexington?

Darren smiled "You cheated, Lidya.you left without telling me.." said Darren as he hugged Lidya "I miss you"

Lidya smiled and immediately broke away from Darren, she didn't want any more misunderstandings "didn't you have business in New York?"

Darren nodded "but I also have business with you Miss Lidya Claresta"

Lidya frowned at the confusion "with me?"

"of course.." Darren laughs.

Lidya stared fixedly at Darren "so how do you know I'm here?"

Darren shrugged his shoulders "with a little coercion on your assistant, Lidya.. I not only forced her a little bit but threatened her" Darren said with a laugh recalling Sheila's paled look on her face as Darren threatened her to report her boredom for forgetting her arrival and not even picking her up from the airport. In fact she forced Sheila to give Lidya's address in Lexington.

"you're threatening him?"

"no need to think, Lidya.I'm not serious about my words.."

Lidya laughed and shook her head "but.I'm serious Darren.what business do I have with you just now? Is there anything important that you catch up with me here?"

Darren fell silent and looked at Lidya seriously "What if I get serious about what I said? If I miss you so much.."

Lidya was shocked, Darren's gaze and speech made her freeze instantly.
