Lidya finally got an interview call after one week after she submitted her application.

Lidya chose his best clothes and tried as neat as possible to give a good impression on the hotel. Although his stomach which turned three months old began to look a little, but Lidya remained full of confidence. Lidya sighed and put a smile on her face before opening the door of the room of the hotel director DeParis. Lidya just found out if the DeParis hotel is very quiet for visitors, and does not have adequate employees. Therefore, job applicants are directly interviewed by their own director.

Lidya knocked on the door and stepped inside the room "good afternoon.." said Lidya.

What a bold and determined statement, the woman was surprised, but she saw Lidya who looked so serious about his words earlier.

"if in six months there's no change??" ask the woman.

Lidya smiled cynically "you can fire me!! Didn't you lose anything?? If I am able to make changes in six months, you must respect whatever decision I make in managing this hotel and I ask for the freedom of my working time". Whether or not she made her promise to this woman, six more months is her time to give birth and she needs flexible work time to take care of her child. Therefore, he asked for the requirements first on this woman.

The woman laughed mockingly at Lidya who to her was just an overconfident woman, she was not sure if Lidya could make any changes to this hotel even within a year. But Lidya instead asked him for six months.

"Good! I accept your challenge!! you can start working here tomorrow!!" sahut the woman.

As both of Lidya's legs stepped out of the room, her body immediately trembled violently. He did not even believe what he had just told the woman. But, the rice has become a porridge..Lidya must prove her words, for her sake and also the child in her womb!!

Not one day Lidya relaxed with his work, he worked hard to change and improve the work system in the hotel. All he did to attract guests to be interested in staying at the DeParis hotel.

All this was not easy for Lidya, but considering that the director's face that seemed to mock him would not be able to, making him turn on the fire in him to stay excited.

In just five months, Lidya's efforts began to pay off. Slowly Hotel DeParis became known and more and more guests stayed at this hotel. Lidya always tries to provide the best service to every guest who comes even she always remembers the name of the guests who stay at their hotel. This certainly makes the guests happy and choose to stay back at the DeParis hotel. Hospitality and Comfort, Lidya emphasizes on all her employees.she always demands them to give the best servants of themselves.

Elena, the director of the hotel, is starting to feel the change in her hotel. In his heart, he had admitted defeat.he had lost to an old pregnant woman who was able to work so hard, and even kept his promise.
