Some Time Ago, Ago,

"Mia, I'm back. I brought you some clothes and I found your favorite chocolate. Mia?" Josh frowned as he could open the door with ease. "Mia?"

He said something had happened in the house. He took the ribbon worn by Mia. Mia's footwear is still in its original place. Josh runs to Finn's place.

"Finn! Where is Finn? Finn's! Out you!" it was so up. His breathing was wheezing in panic and running a considerable distance away.

A well-built bodyguard blocks Josh's steps. The man rebelled, trying to rid himself of the bodyguard. "I need to see Finn now!"

"Sorry, Mr. Winston. I have orders to ban anyone who enters this house" the bodyguard said.

"Why? Since when? What's going on?" ask Josh.

The guard shook his head. "Please, Master. Follow my words,"

Instead of complying, Josh shouted. "Finn! Finn's! Where are you hiding Mia! Give him to me!"

Before long, Finn came out and asked the waiter to let go. Josh flicked his arm off the guard. "Where is Mia?"

"Come in!" answer Finn coldly.

Josh follows Finn while looking in all directions, hoping he will find Mia or at least, hear the girl's voice.

"Where is Mia?" ask Josh, he's staring at Finn's chocolate bead.

"What else is with that girl? Didn't you go with him?" ask Finn casually. However, his face looked very upset.

"Yes, indeed. I left him at my house and once I got back, he was gone" Josh said, drowning him in the face. "I shouldn't have left her, Finn. I should have taken him with me!"

Finn's teeth rolled, he stiffened his face, and clenched his hands together. Then he got out of his chair, with all his might he threw a fist into Josh's cheek.

Josh slammed, falling out of his chair. Finn pulled Josh's collar and his fist flew back. The man did not give Josh any chance to strike back.

Josh's position is weakening. He's helpless under Finn's power. Punch after blow was aimed at Josh. "I've told you many times, Josh not to interfere in our affairs! She's my wife! Find him or you die in my hands!"

Finn stood up from Josh's body and allowed the man to stand up. Josh's steps staggered, his vision began to blur, he wiped the blood from his nose and the corner of his mouth. "If you love her, you won't let that woman into your room and have sex with you, you son of a bitch!"

As soon as Finn is caught off guard, Josh hits Finn as if seeking revenge. Finn staggered and quickly returned Josh's fist.

"What do you want, huh! That night, I was unconscious! In my eyes, she is Mia! Aarrgghhh, shit!" Finn again vented his frustration, this time not on Finn but on a wall that had no faults.

Blood dripped on Finn's knuckle. However, the stinging and pain in his knuckles could not defeat the pain in his heart.

"Where's the Fucking Woman now?" ask Josh.

"I wish he was dead, Josh! Died eaten by a killer whale! I don't care about him!" answer Finn vilely.

Josh closed his eyes for a moment. "Arthur! I'm sure Mia was with Arthur! I'll catch him there!"

Regardless of Finn, Josh again darted out and looked for James.

"James? Yesterday Mr. Walter's woman asked him to speak, after which we did not see Arthur again to this day" replied a man who was a colleague of James Arthur to work with Finn.

"Beth! Do you know where they are?" ask Josh again. Unfortunately, the man doesn't know where Beth and James are going.

Josh massaged his forehead. He was trying to remember what Mia had told him about a market. Could it be Mia in that market? Maybe James wants to sell Mia? Crazy one! "Do you know where the Slave Market is in the village?"

The man nodded. "Of course I know. The market is famous for beautiful virgins who are sold or auctioned. It's not far from here. You can keep going straight until the village door and then there's a place like little stages, where they're usually on display,"

Without waiting for a longer explanation, Josh ran back to the market in question. He did not care how far he ran and how much distance he had already traveled back then.

"Mia Walter, as she said," said one of the men.

"Have he changed his name? Did he marry a rich man who was in that town?" the other sahut.

"Maybe, I wonder what that girl feels like. She is so beautiful" said another, giggling.

Josh's hand clenched, wanting to feel like he was giving his death fist to those men. But that desire he endured. He should get the information.

"Sorry, did you mention Mia Walter? Where is he?" ask Josh politely.

"You're the new guy? Curious as well you were with Mia? Hahaha, she is indeed beautiful and I call her perfect," the person replied without answering Josh's question.

Josh smiled wryly. "Yes, I was curious about him. Where is he? I want to see his face,"

"Oh, James Arthur hasn't let him out yet. Sneaky Arthur, he saves the best at the end until Mia fans this much" said the man again.

"Keep? Mia Walter is this gonna be flanked?" ask Josh to investigate.

The man watched Josh from top to bottom. "You're from town, huh? Seen from your dapper appearance? What's wrong with your face?"

"No need to care about me. I asked about Mia Walter," replied Josh again upset.

"It looks like James Arthur won't sell it, maybe he'll auction off Mia Walter" the man replied. "Well, the price can be higher and only city men can afford to pay the high price,"

Josh's head was full of shadows of the human auction. There's no way they could auction a girl, right?

Undone Josh thought about it, suddenly the cheers of those people. Josh rang out in the crowd and he could hear James Arthur. Josh squinted his eyes to see Mia more clearly.

Josh was momentarily stunned when he saw her looking so beautiful and graceful in a luxurious dress and long hair and beautifully arranged.

When Mia started opening prices, a series of price boards immediately lifted. "Shit! Their prices are high! I don't have that much money!"

In the midst of his despair, someone patted Josh on the shoulder. "Hey, save my girl! Give the highest price and don't tell the girl that I opened the high price for her,"

"Finn? Nah! It's my business, I'll save him and it's my promise to him!" reject Josh.

"If you have money, do it. Right now, you don't have that kind of money, do you? The price is going up. Let's just say you're the hero, Josh! Bargain him twenty dollars, that's a dead price" whispered Finn and he slipped two pieces of money into the back pocket of Josh's pants. "I go, save my girl, Josh and remember, you owe me!"

Josh closed his eyes for a moment. "Damn it! Raise my salary, you Fucking Fool! I hate being helpless about money!" josh whispered back.

Finn laughs. "I'll think about it after you've saved my girl, Winston."

Josh looked at Finn's departure from the corner of his eye. Now, he had to fight to raise the bid. Josh heard James say the highest bid was at five thousand dollars. Without hesitation, Josh raised his hand. "Ten thousand dollars!"

All the auctioneers turned their heads towards him and looked at Josh with envious gazes, until James gave Mia to him.

"Ka-, you?"

"Yes, Arthur. Give Mia to me!" tell Josh.

James raised both hands. "Look down, we're having fun here, Winston. Now, Walter's old girl is yours, hehehe!"

Mia immediately ran into Josh's arms and unceasingly the girl thanked her rescuer. "You kept your word, Josh. Thank you,"

"It's not me, Mia. Finn saved you, "Josh replied down. He cannot betray a friend who is truly in love. "Thank you to Finn. Come on, I'll take you there,"

Mia's heart returned light, her beautiful smile spreading on her face. He welcomed Josh's hand and nodded. "Come,"
