04 _Jealous

"If I don't like you, then why do I feel jealous of him?"

"Waaa!! Akihiko is great!!"

The atmosphere on the basketball court is quite crowded in this hour of rest. Akihiko and his team are training to prepare for the tournament, making their reserve members his opponents. It is not a game that will end in a split, but they are attacking each other to prove whether they are ready to be contested. After all their basketball playing ability is quite equal, it's just that Akihiko and Kekai are in first place.

Aihara was also there, she was sitting in the audience seat with another friend. At first he was so excited and amazed by Akihiko's charm, but after a girl called him Kio, Aihara became a little disappointed. Because Akihiko once said that only the people closest to him who call him Kio. It made Aihara's mind branch off, Could it be that the girl is Akihiko's lover?

"Yeah!! You're the best Kio!" Once again, the girl cheered after Akihiko managed to throw the ball into the ring.

Aihara did not deny it, Akihiko was indeed great. But to cheer and smile it was so hard, now his heart was troubled. Aihara felt another feeling, the same feeling she felt when Aihara saw Roki with her female friend. Yes, feelings of jealousy. Aihara also felt that feeling for Akihiko when someone called Akihiko with a name that only the people closest to her called her by.

"I have to go, Matsuo." After that he turned his body back and walked away leaving Matsuo looking at him confused.

"What's wrong with her?" Without a second thought Matsuo came back to Aihara and put his arm around Aihara's shoulder, "You better go with me to the cafeteria, okay?"

"But I..."

"Ck, you should have been there with Kio! Give her a greeting or a gift of some kind, don't leave her alone with another girl!"

Aihara gasped at Matsuo's words, why should he be around Akihiko? Aihara and Akihiko were not in any status other than friends.

"Am I ready for Kio?" Aihara was still walking while looking down towards the canteen. He let Matsuo's arm rest on his shoulder, after all he was not dating anyone so no one would be jealous when he saw Aihara with Matsuo.

"At least don't let her get close to Hanna!"

"Hanna? Who's she?"

Huft, Matsuo pressed his teeth feeling annoyed with Aihara being completely insensitive! "Forget over!"

"Hm, I know." Akihiko said softly, he was still thinking about Aihara who had been caught by his eyes was daydreaming and staring blankly at him. What exactly did the girl think? He daydreamed too often and cried, could it be that he had a pretty heavy problem?

"To prepare for the album launch, it looks like we have to step down. You should get a vacation."

Kekai only feels concerned at his best friend, he knows how hard Akihiko finishes all preparations for the launch of their new album. But it seemed like Kekai's thoughts disagreed with Akihiko, the man sighed heavily in response to Keki.

Akihiko, Kekai and Hanna's attention was shifted to the open door revealing Matsuo who was embracing Aihara's shoulder while next to his arm carrying a large bag of crackles. Matsuo slightly retracted the corner of his lips when he found Akihiko's gaze sharpening towards him.

On the basketball court currently only 12 people, including 5 people from Team Akihiko, 5 other people are reserve members, and two other people are Hanna and Aihara. All members of the basketball got tolerance from the teachers except for the chairman of the osis.

"Sit down." Kekai pulled Aihara's arm to sit next to him, because Aihara just stood up and fell silent. "Why are you with Matsuo?"

Aihara was silent for a moment, "I accidentally met her earlier."

"Ooh." Kekai thrust a bottle of cold drink that Matsuo had bought earlier at Aihara, making the girl frown in confusion. "Give this to Kio."

"Dear?" Though Akihiko was beside Keki, but why did he tell Aihara to do it? Aihara's position was in front of Keki, therefore she could see Akihiko who continued to focus on her phone screen with a sour look. "Kio-kun, are you thirsty?" Aihara asked as she thrust a bottle of drink towards Akihiko.

"I've been drinking." Aihara retracted her hand after hearing Akihiko's stiff rejection. Yes, Aihara knew that the girl had already given him a drink. "Kiki-"

"For you." Kekai smiled kindly at her while ruining Aihara's head softly. "You why hm? It always looks moody." Kekai is not aware that his treatment of Aihara invites the attention of everyone who is there, except Akihiko who increasingly hardens his look.

"I'm fine."

Hanna who saw that frowned, then she turned to look at Matsuo beside her, "I think he's your lover?"

"What are you thinking? Aihara is my best friend's lover." Reply Matsuo before gulping down his drink.

"You mean Kekai's lover? Doesn't Kekai already have a lover?" Hanna grew curious, seeing the closeness of the girl to Kekai. If friends don't have to be that close, Keki already has a lover. Hanna thought so.

"No, my dear." Matsuo turned to embrace Hanna who was already staring at him in horror, "Actually she's an Argh-lover!!" Matsuo immediately grabbed his left arm when Akihiko hit him with all his might. "Hey what are you?!"

Hanna and the others looked at Akihiko in surprise as the man got up from his seat and walked towards Aihara.

"Follow me." Aihara nodded slowly as Akihiko stared at her eyes intensely.

Kekai who was there smiled, because his efforts to make Akihiko jealous came to fruition, as well as Matsuo who despite his arm being a victim but at least his efforts to keep Akihiko away from Hanna went well as well. But there was no advantage that Hanna got, when she saw the girl she did not recognize was going with Akihiko, which she found only pain in her heart.

"So, she's Kio's girlfriend?" Hanna muttered in a monologue while staring blankly at the floor.
