ACCIDENT

Audrey, wearing a cooking apron, is still busy in Kyle's apartment kitchen. Wrestle with plenty of groceries to make dinner special, as today is indeed a special day for Audrey and Kyle.

Today is exactly one year old the marriage of Kyle and Audrey.

Audrey's phone rang aloud with a special tone of call that Audrey had deliberately put on, so she knew when Kyle had contacted her.

"Hello, Honey!" Greet Audrey cheerfully.

"Hello, Honey! Miss you. Are you in the apartment?"

"Yes! All the cooking was almost ready, and I just had to arrange it on the table. When are you coming home?" Audrey's story is very enthusiastic.

"I'm on the road and waiting for the red light. I don't know why the streets are a little jammed today."

"Don't rush it, okay! I'll be waiting for you in the apartment!" Audrey's message checks the cake in the oven, which is ripe.

Immediately Audrey picked it up still while talking to Kyle on the phone.

"I just got out of the store to pick up a present for you."

"Hmmm! What did you give me this time? Not lingerie anymore like it was my birthday yesterday, is it?" Guess Audrey chuckled a little. Given the lingerie gift from Kyle that really made Audrey feel ashamed to wear it.

"What's more special now! You're gonna love it, baby!"

"Ah, fuck!" There was a swearing from Kyle across the phone.

"What's up, Kyle?"

"Your prize fell. I'll take a minute."

"I can't wait to see your gift for me this time," said Audrey, who now changes to check one by one the dishes are ready.

Just put it on the table.

"Nine, eight, seven, I'm counting down this fucking red light."

"You better hang up now, baby!" Audrey said with a smile.

"I love you, baby! I'll be home soon, and-"

"Braaac!!"

Thou shalt! that's it!

Kyle's phone was cut off, along with a glass bowl that suddenly slipped from Audrey's grip.

"Kyla! Hello, Honey!" Audrey tries to call Kyle's number one more time, but is unable to connect.

Audrey looked confusedly at her surroundings.

Audrey heard a loud bang before Kyle's phone disconnected.

No way!

No way!

Audrey made a hasty walk across the hospital parking lot and immediately headed to the ER room where the victims of today's consecutive accidents were dealt with.

Audrey receives news of Kyle's accident, after Kyle's wife sees the news on television. Kyle's shaggy car on the back, as well as his shattered windshield really made Audrey's heart slip.

There is a container truck that lost control and got a brake blong, hitting several cars, including Kyle's car which was stopped at a red light. There were a lot of cars involved in the accident. And unfortunately, Kyle's first car hit by the truck lost control.

Audrey was just about to enter the ER room when a gurney was pushed out of the room. Kyle, whose head was severely injured, lay unconscious on top of the gurney.

"Kyla!" Audrey immediately ran after the gurney with tears streaming down her cheeks.

Audrey's heart feels bad now, seeing the severe injury experienced by Kyle. Eventually, Kyle's gurney is taken into a room and the door is shut. Audrey can't go into that room.

Audrey's body fell down onto the floor and her cries broke now.

Audrey's scared!

Audrey was afraid something bad might happen to Kyle.

"Audrey!"

It was Mom Bi's voice coming with Dad Nick.

Audrey immediately rushed into the arms of her mother-in-law and burst into tears.

"Kyle's inside, Mom!" Audrey tells Mom Bi about Kyle's whereabouts.

"Audrey's scared, Mom!"

"Kyle will be safe and well, Audrey!" Said Dad Nick trying to calm Audrey and instead hug his daughter-in-law because now Mom Bi was also covered in tears, hearing about the news of Kyle from Audrey.

Dad Nick is just as anxious as Audrey and Mom Bi.

But he still needs to calm down now.

The middle-aged man guided Audrey and Mom Bi to sit in a row of chairs not far from the room where Kyle was handled.

And in the next second, time seemed to go very slowly. Audrey and Mom Bi had calmed down and stopped crying. Although the anxious look on the faces of the two had not disappeared.

Dad Nick was just pacing around the room waiting for someone to come out of the room and tell him about Kyle's condition.

Audrey twirled the wedding ring around her ring finger while not stopping to say a prayer for Kyle.

"Audrey Zivia Abraham, are you willing to marry me?" Kyle was kneeling under the heavy rain and thrusting out a blue velvet box with a diamond ring inside.

Audrey, who was standing in front of Kyle, stood there, covering her mouth with one hand and feeling that this was just a dream.

But this is not a dream!

Kyle is proposing to Audrey right now.

Apply with a different and romantic atmosphere of course.

"Please give me your answer quickly, before we both catch a cold here, Audrey!" Kyle's next words made Audrey laugh.

"Yes! I want to, Kyle! I want to marry you, "Audrey answered with almost a voice. But that was enough to make Kyle Aditya Arthur cheer.

The twenty-seven-year-old man immediately pinned the ring to Audrey's ring finger, and stood up and hugged and held Audrey to vent his happiness.

"I love you, Audrey! I love you!"

Chequek!

The sound of an action room door opening from within jolted Audrey's daydream. The woman brushed the tears in her eyes and immediately stood up to a doctor who came out of the room where Kyle was.

Mom Bi and Dad Nick have also approached the doctor.

"How's Kyle doing, Doctor?" Dad Nick asked impatiently.

"Kyle had a severe injury to his head for not wearing his seatbelt properly, and during an accident, Kyle's head hit the windshield of the car until it broke."

"What?" Dad Nick and Mom Bi look increasingly anxious. Kyle's parents both hold and strengthen each other's hands.

"Ah, fuck!"

"What's up, Kyle?"

"Your prize fell. I'll take it for a minute."

Kyle's last words before the accident suddenly danced in Audrey's head.

Could it be that Kyle took off his seatbelt because he wanted to pick up a present for Audrey who had fallen on the floor of the car?

"Kyle is currently in a coma" the doctor told Kyle.

Mom Bi's cry instantly broke, and Audrey's world felt spinning. Audrey's legs seemed to have lost their footing, and Audrey remembered nothing more.
