20. The Black Market

"You want to be my company's representative in the black market tournament, are you capable of winning that fight?." Baiden said with a dismissive tone.

Karin immediately laughed off hearing the words of the boss of the smuggling organization in front of her. That certainly makes Baiden upset.

"It's like you've chosen another option." Karin said as she kicked the body of a man lying in front of her.

The man who was sprawled unconscious was the hero Baiden had previously wanted to include in the match, he said, but now the plan could not be continued because Kirana swallowed making the champion battered so it was impossible to fight.

Baiden understood the situation, and he had no choice but to nominate Karin as his company representative.

Two luxury sedan cars came out of the slums that became the headquarters of the Baiden organization. Rayhan drives the first sedan, Rasya beside him, Farhan drives the second car, while Karin sits beside Baiden.

Along the way Karin keeps trying to chat with Baiden with the aim of finding more information about the Black Market network. Karin was sure that the place and all the dark organizations would definitely one day be of use to her.

Rayhan and Rasya who were sitting at the front continued to pay attention to Karin. Both of them admired the woman who was very good at communication, in fact only a few hours later Kirana with Baiden but both of them looked so familiar.

"Are you interested in finding illegal goods at a low price?." Baiden asked, he looked so confident in his company's ability to smuggle goods.

The conversation continued until the car entered the port area. Many officers looked like soldiers protecting the gate.

The car stopped in front of the gate, one of the soldiers approached the front car.

"Her gentlemen." Karin immediately greeted as soon as she opened the car window. He quickly gave Baiden a black envelope.

The envelope was a ticket to the black market.

Seeing the envelope, the gate officer immediately ordered his colleague to open the entrance.

Before allowing to pass through the gate the officer returned the envelope to Karin, seeing that made Baiden feel something strange.

"Usually they'll tear the envelope in place" Baiden said.

Rayhan and Rasya thought it was not strange in the slightest, but in contrast to Karin who was increasing his vigilance, it was because he knew the meaning behind the black envelope that was not torn.

The car also entered the dock area which means they have managed to pass the second stage smoothly.

But the completion of this mission is still a long way off because Asami's daughter still can't find.

Once out of the car, they are directed into a container box. Many people who had been there, Baiden immediately greeted someone he knew.

But suddenly Karin pushes him to make Baiden angry.

"What's....." Baiden's words stopped as soon as he saw a knife pointed right in front of his face, but he was lucky that Karin or who currently uses the name Aiden was holding the knife.

The iron helmeted woman said that if Baiden could retain ownership of the black envelope, she could exchange it for a number of special items.

Baiden's face was again filled with joy, but his hopes fell again when Karin said he had to defend the black envelope from mobsters, bounty hunters and gangsters inside the black market until late at night.

Karin smiled broadly as she said all of that, making Baiden aware that the woman preferred to run the job in the easiest way.

Knowing Karin's ability, the old man was forced to give her a black envelope.

"The wise choice." Karin kept the envelope in her pocket.

As the elevator doors would soon open, Karin glanced at Rayhan and the others, and the three understood that it was a sign that they were preparing for the impending attack.

Rayhan protected his younger brother by standing in front, while Farhan prepared a knife as a weapon.

The situation in the elevator becomes a tension, Baiden's men who participate do not know what to do. They only protected Baiden as necessary.

Then as soon as the elevator doors opened they were immediately greeted by some burly people and tattoos on the face. Seeing them the instant Baiden's tongue was bitten, his voice was unable to come out from being too scared.

"Oh, how lucky I am."

Karin's smile was wider than usual when she saw the sightings of the thugs in front of her.

Rhino Lore, the gank known to be the most brutal on the black market of this branch of the country. Their cruelty and strength were already widely known in the dark world.

"Oi, do you have a black envelope." Ask one of the Lore Agency members.

"Yes I have." Answer Karin calmly.

Of course the woman's reply made a surprised reaction from Baiden and the others.

"Oh, I've guessed. You don't have it." The tattooed man misheard Karin's answer.

But a moment later he came back with a face full of smiles after his partner told him the truth.

"You have it, quickly give it to me!."

The man clutched the collar of Karin's shirt so strong that it made the girl's body slightly raised because of their different posture.

"Okay, no problem."

Karin gripped the strong bunches of Rhino Lore members who pulled her collar until the sound of bone cracking sounded.
