"the river?" Said Laren to the village chief

"True Prince, this river we call the Cano Cristales river. We call it because the river is so clear that you can even see its base from the surface." Obviously the village chief

"Hmm it seems like a very beautiful river." Said Laren while imagining the words of the village chief

"Even in a few months the river becomes clearer than usual. This river has never dried up the prince either." Obviously the village chief

Getting clearer in a few months? There seems to be something wrong with this river, the plague that appeared in this village also in the past few months but strangely this river even became clearer than usual. (Batin Laren)

After a few minutes of walking they arrived at the Cano Cristales river.

"What a beautiful river." Said Laren while observing the river and the surrounding scenery

"Never dry? Are you sure?" Asked Laren in surprise

"I'm right sure the prince, during the dry season the water in this river is only reduced water but never dry and still able to meet the water needs in our village." Obviously the village chief

Laren came closer to the river and took the water and put it in a bottle for further examination.

"The bodyguards brought this back to the village for a check-up." Said Laren while giving a bottle containing water from the Cano Cristales river

"Good prince."

After seeing the area of the river, Laren decided to return to the village to help check.

"Okay, maybe we should go back to the village. By the way village chief do you have a complete map of this village and the surrounding area?" Ask Laren

"There is a noble, the map is in the servant's residence. Please follow the prince's servant." Said the village chief then stepped somewhere

They also arrived at the village chief's residence, the village chief went straight in and looked for the location of the map requested by Laren.

"Your highness prince please enter first." The village chief said it was permissible

"It's okay I'll just wait here." Reply Laren

"Well then, I'm sorry prince." Said the village head then only in response to a nod by Laren

Laren and his guards were just waiting outside the residence while observing the surroundings.

After a few minutes of searching for the map, the village chief was finally able to find the map.

He immediately rushed out and gave the map to Laren who had been waiting for him.

"Prince, here's the map you asked the prince for." Said the village chief while handing over the map

Just as Laren was about to open the map to observe the area of his area, arrived one of the guards came towards Laren.

"Something weird?"

"True prince."

Laren also canceled opening the map given by the village head earlier, and kept it in his pocket.

"All right, I'll check it out. Your village chief can rest first I will give you news if there is any strangeness in the river water." said Laren as he patted the village chief's shoulder

From the face of the village chief I can see if he does not rest well this late end. I'd better let him rest for a while. (Batin Laren while looking at the village chief)

"Rest?"

The village head was very stunned by Laren's remark, all this time no prince had treated him as well as Laren.

Prince Laren... Told me to rest? Is this not a lie? Prince Laren was completely different from the other princes. Laren gets help from Lacey, the eye of the sky, so he can see the smallest thing, and after observing the water from the Cano Cristales Laren finds something strange in the water.

"This water... There's a problem with this water. There's a substance that makes this water polluted." Said Laren while observing the water

"A substance? Is it dangerous prince?" Ask one of the government researchers

"I still can't confirm that... But I have a hunch that the plague of this village came from the waters of this Cano Cristales river." Laren

"We will help the prince."

"Hmm well, I need some time to make sure that this water is indeed what caused the outbreak in this village."

"But sorry before the prince, you have observed about this plague from morning to evening at this time prince. Better the prince rest first and can continue this matter tomorrow prince." Said one of the research ministers there

Laren returned to his residence to rest because he had worked hard for a full day.

The man then spread a smoke which caused all the guards in front of the Laren residence to be unconscious.
