CHAPTER 80

Amanda heads to Ayesha's room and Ayesha happens to be holding Cheryl's tiny hand out of the room.

"Mama.." Call Cheryl and Amanda with a faint smile.

Meanwhile, Ayesha looks at Amanda's face with an unusual mimic.

"Mommy's son is really at home in Mommy's room." Amanda told Cheryl.

"Yes Ma, Mommy taught me how to write the huluf connect." Cheryl.

"Oh yeah?"

"Yes but it's hard, Ma." Adu Cheryl makes Ayesha and Amanda laugh.

"That means it's a sign, Cheryl has to study harder."

Cheryl nodded.

"Let's go to the kitchen, he says he wants to eat Mommy's fruit salad." Take Ayesha.

Amanda followed Ayesha. Amanda can see Ayesha who loves Cheryl so much even though Ayesha is pregnant with her own biological child.

"Yes, the presence of a child in our womb is something extraordinary." Amanda answered while looking at Cheryl who was cool playing tricycle at one of the waiters.

Ayesha's eyes followed Amanda's. "Cheryl is a gift to you?"

Amanda nodded. "Of course, ever since I found out that Cheryl was in my womb, I've been thinking about how I lived her."

"I salute you, you're so strong." Praise Ayesha.

"The circumstances that make me strong, Ay." Amanda smile.

They were just as silent as they saw Cheryl who was cool playing, so Ayesha ventured to ask Amanda something.

"What's your relationship with Ken good?" Ayesha asked attentively.

Amanda who is so trusting has even considered Ayesha her own best friend does not hesitate to talk about her relationship with Kenzo. "All right, Ay."

"Thank God." Ayesha sighed for a moment. "My husband told me his love for Kenzo had stopped at you."

Amanda shrugged her shoulders. "I don't want to get my hopes up, Ay."

"Are you in trouble, Amanda?" Ask Ayesha. "You can tell me if you believe."

"We had a little quarrel, because of a trivial matter." Said Amanda. "I'm going out of town for three days tomorrow for a seminar, but Ken won't let me just because he says he's not used to me not being around." Amanda smiled cynically.

"Do you know Ken won't get angry and let you?" Ayesha asked with a smile.

"What way?"

"Switch over Ken." Ayesha said half-whispering as she blinked her one eye.

Amanda's silence and Amanda's silence make Ayesha afraid to speak wrongly.

"Did I say it wrong? Have you not started a relationship in bed? I'm sorry, Amanda. I didn't mean to...." Ayesha's words were cut short because Amanda also said.

"You didn't say anything wrong, my relationship with Kenzo was so good that I was pregnant with Kenzo's child for the second time." Amanda's words made Ayesha close her mouth with her own hands.

"Amanda..." Said Ayesha who looked incredulous.

Amanda nodded her head, "Don't tell Kevin or Kenzo this, I don't want to say it yet." Amanda was full of requests.

"But why, Amanda?"

"What's the pain of Ken having a sympathetic pregnancy? I've read articles about that."

Amanda nodded, "Yes" she replied briefly.

"What's keeping you unprepared, Amanda?" Ask Ayesha. "Ken would have been so happy to have known about your pregnancy, and I'm sure Kenzo would have made up for his guilt for you first."

Amanda shook her head, "I'm just not ready to say it yet, especially when looking at Kenzo's reaction earlier."

Ayesha scrunched her forehead. "What reaction?"

"I tried to seduce Ken to let him attend a seminar outside the city, I asked him to make love and Ken refused. I think Ken's been channeling his passion to other women because it's been a week since Ken never asked me for his rights." Amanda told Ayesha.

"Oh my God." Ayesha. "Don't think negatively, Amanda. Ken could be tired or still not feeling well." Ayesha tries to open Amanda's mind.

"Come, Ay. Maybe my feelings are too sensitive." Said Amanda.

Ayesha clasped Amanda's hand. "Sharinglah to me, we besides brother-in-law are also friends even we are one family. I'm so glad to know you, Amanda."

Amanda smiled, "Yes, I'm also very happy to know you, all this time I have no one, even I have no friends." Answer Amanda with sadness.

At night, Wiguna's extended family gathers for dinner together, Amanda, though still upset with Kenzo, does not show it and still acts as normal. Luckily Amanda was able to persuade Cheryl to sleep together because she reasoned that tomorrow would be gone for three days. Cheryl, who is happy to sleep with Keysha, finally went back to sleep in Kenzo's room with Amanda and of course Kenzo as well.

Kenzo rubbed his temple because he could not persuade Amanda if Cheryl slept with them. Amanda hugs Cheryl possessively and ignores Kenzo. Even when Kenzo regurgitated his dinner, Amanda seemed indifferent even in her deepest heart.

"Honey...." Call Kenzo slowly for fear of waking Cheryl up.

Kenzo nodded.

Amanda thaws, "Not so. I've been chasing males." He then went back to sleep and hugged Cheryl.

Kenzo just exhaled his rough breath, he felt completely wrong in the face of the stability of pregnant women. Kenzo didn't push for fear that Amanda would feel uncomfortable. But Kenzo had already thought of a plan that would make Amanda tell the truth about her current condition.

In the morning, Amanda took the time to take care of Cheryl who was also going to school in her playgroup. Amanda tucked Cheryl's hair left and right and put her flops on her collection, which Keysha and Ayesha bought.
