"Let's start over again, I promise never to leave you again." William cried in a pleading tone that immediately made Merry untangle the man's embrace, then immediately move away from there.

"It's too late Will, let it all be a memory. Consciously we have chosen each other's partners so please take care of their feelings" Merry said later.

"And ignore our feelings ?" William looks furious.

"Our feelings have passed." Merry replied, even though the corner of her heart hurt. But if they get back together, there will be a lot of hearts.

Merry is unlikely to hurt Alan who has been very kind to him and he also does not want William to be selfish by leaving his fiancee for his sake.

"We can take care of Ariel together without having to be together" he added, either consciously or unconsciously while saying that.

"So that's really my son ?" William did not seem to believe.

"Hm." nods Merry later, he does not want any drama about DNA tests however they already look like father and son without having to do the test.

After all, Merry also wants Ariel to get affection from her father, even though he has to suppress his ego.

"Why didn't you ever say you were pregnant, you know I would be so happy to have been looking forward to it for so long ?" William looks teary, should not the woman experience difficult things alone.

"You left me, dumped me. I waited for you for months but you never came, if my father refused you you should have tried more to melt his heart." Merry replied with emotion.

"I'm sorry, I wanted to do that but James locked me in a rehab center" William said, though he's grateful James is doing it so he can make a full recovery.

"I'm glad you're better now, I'm sure you'll be a good father to Ariel." Merry tried to review her smile even though her heart was sore.

His love for the man is still very big, but he has to give it up.

"Alright I think it's obvious, so please let me go home." please Merry later.

William, who was standing not far from his ex-wife, seemed to be staring at the decision of the woman.

Then the man took his suit and covered the woman's open back.

"Wear it" he said, then took his car keys inside the nightstand.

Merry looked at the man with nanar but then he immediately followed in his footsteps.

Moments later they had arrived at Martin's residence, Martin sitting on the porch of his house immediately moved from his seat as if knowing if his daughter was coming.

There was no look of surprise on the middle-aged man's face when he saw William get out of his car with the princess.

"Mr Martin." said William, finally after 4 years passed the man was reunited with his former in-laws.

"I'm sorry Dad, I just don't want you guys to worry if I'm with him." Merry appears guilty of lying to his father.

As if already knowing the princess's lies, Martin did not react to anything and of course it made Merry and William a little surprised.

Though previously the man was always angry when he saw their togetherness.

Feeling his arrival was welcomed by the man William immediately voiced out.

"Sir, I wanted to apologize if I messed up the engagement party but I really wanted to go back to Merry" he said firmly and it made Merry look widened his eyes.

"I'd also like to tell you if the doctor has declared me healthy, so you don't worry if I'm going to harm your daughter because that won't happen" William said.

Martin seemed to take a deep breath, first he insisted on not blessing them for fear that the man would harm his young daughter.

"All I leave to Merry, he's grown up I'm sure he can make the right decision for his future." said Martin who immediately made William look relieved, apparently the man has changed a lot.

"Thank you, sir, I promise I will always make him happy" he said happily, but his smile immediately subsided as his ex-wife stared intently at him.

"Solve your problems, I go in first" said Martin, then passed into his house.

Let him be stamped as a cruel father for ever separating them, he only carries out his role as a father to protect his daughter.

After all, which father would let his daughter live together with a man who has a mental disorder.

"Don't I tell you, our relationship has been over for a long time so please don't expect anything from me" Merry said after his father closed the door from the inside.

"No, you see your father has approved of us." William remained keukeh.

"It's too late Will, our paths are different." said Merry, the woman was angry at her father when she found out the man was making plans to separate himself from William.

But as time goes by Merry realizes that his father's actions were solely to protect him from William's cruelty at that time.

And all this time the woman hoped that the man could fight for her but the wait was waiting because her ex-husband did not come to her until she decided to get engaged to another man.

"I'll leave Vivian and you can leave Alan, too." said William and got a slap from his ex-wife.

"I think after 4 years of our separation you've changed, but it turns out you're still selfish" said Merry, then stomped his foot inside his house and closed the door a little hard.

William who was just staying was seen holding his cheek that felt hot.

In just under three hours he had already gotten three slaps from the same woman.

"Your strength is getting stronger and honey I love it." he muttered with a small smile, after which William again passed into his car.

The next day....

"Aaarrgghhh, what are you doing in my room ?" anne shouted as she looked at the back of a man on her side who seemed to be in deep sleep.

"Is this a dream ?" he murmured later while rubbing his eyes that were still sleepy.

But when he realized he was only wearing his underwear, the woman again shouted hysterically. Has he been harassed?

Aaarrgghhh

While the man who let his upper body do not wear anything seems to grumble when his sleep is disturbed.

"Whispering, don't you see what time it is ?" his grunts took pillows to cover his head or rather cover his ears from the screams of the woman next to him.

"I don't care, now explain why you're in my room !!" anne shouted while covering her body with a blanket up to her head, now the woman was unable to hide under the blanket as if it was the safest place.

Feeling cold because the blanket covering his body was pulled all by the woman, now the man seemed to sigh violently and then immediately woke up from his sleep.

"This is my room" he said firmly and of course, sending an unbelieving Anne straight out of the blanket.

"You-you ?" Anne was shocked to see the man next to her.
