Sarah fell unconscious, just then, Miko came and supported the frail body, so that she did not lie on the floor.

"Sari! Sarah! Wake up, honey," called Miko who sounded scared because the wife was unconscious.

The man was so worried, that he could not remember that there was Lydia, the first wife who was still there, staring pushyly at the two men.

"Huh ... Darling? It's nice of you to call him dear in front of me, Mas," said Lydia who made Miko aware, if her first wife was still there.

Miko looked up with a sharp look towards Lydia.

"You ... What have you done to him, Lid? Why did he faint like this?" ask Miko.

"I? I just told her that her husband, this is a married man. Is that wrong?" lidia replied cynically while pointing towards Miko.

"Don't I tell you we can talk about this all right. Why are you still coming here? You always seem to be alone. Never want to hear my words," said Miko growled with the behavior of the first wife.

"I just want him to realize that he's an actor. The woman who had the heart to take people's husbands, until they got pregnant anyway," cried Lydia who made the neighbors start crowding in front of the gate, because of the commotion.

"Your path, Lid!" miko Exclamation.

The man looked back at the faint Sarah, and once again patted the woman on the cheek.

"Sari! Sarah! Awake, Sar!" call Miko in a panic.

Miko closed the door and locked it from the outside, then lifted the pregnant woman's body away from the porch, leaving Lydia who was staring at the two with annoyance.

The neighbors who crowded in front, making Miko difficult to get out.

"Excuse me, Mum. Excuse me," Miko said from inside her car while pressing the car horn.

All the neighbors who were crowded, began to get away from the front of the house, and gave way to Miko and Sarah to leave the place.

Lydia continued to stare at the car that was leaving by clenching both of her hands.

"I will never let you be happy. No way," exclaimed Lydia who then left the place.

As soon as Lydia was gone, the neighbors started whispering about the commotion that had just happened.

"Eh, is it really Sarah's mother to be the actor?" ask one of the mothers there.

"Yes. He said so anyway. It was the one who left earlier, it was Mas Miko's first wife," said another.

"I don't think. It seems calm, polite, pious, uh .. it turns out ...," another sneer again.

"That's why we have to be careful. Take good care of our husband. You see, the look of the ream now does not have to be a good woman. In fact, Sarah's rich mother was so an actor," said the first mothers.

"Yes, it's true. Be careful" said the others.

The crowd still lingers there, with discussions surrounding Miko and Sarah's household now trending the hottest topic among the complex's mothers.

Elsewhere, Miko, who is currently taking Sarah to the hospital, is so worried about the condition of her pregnant wife.

"You must be very stressed. It's all my fault. I'm sorry, Sarah." Miko continued to hold Sarah's hand which was still closed.

It takes about twenty minutes to get from their home to the hospital, plus the traffic jams are quite time consuming in some places.

Now, they have arrived there, and Miko immediately asks for the help of nurses who are guarding around the hospital lobby

"Please! Please my wife" Miko told one of the male nurses.

The nurse then took a colleague who was not far from the place, and took a cage, then pushed him towards the car near Miko.

Sarah was transferred to the patient's bed, and immediately took him to the ICU room.

The medical staff immediately conducted an examination of Sarah. While Miko was asked to wait outside, while taking care of the hospital administration of the wife.

The man was seen walking back and forth in front of the ICU room, waiting for the medical team to finish the action to his wife.

A little while later, a doctor came out, and approached Miko.

"Sorry, are you Mother Sarah's husband?" ask the doctor.

Miko turned her head, and immediately approached the doctor.

"Yes, Doc. I am her husband" said Miko.

"Include me, I'm Fadil. I'm the doctor who takes care of your wife" Doctor Fadil introduced himself.

"Your wife is fine. He just shocks, so he faints. But, please take care of his psychic condition, because it will greatly affect the growth and development of the fetus in the womb," Dr. Fadil told Miko.

Miko rubbed her face rough, after hearing the doctor's diagnosis.

"Finely, Sarah's mother rested for a few days here, until her condition recovered. I will prepare a prescription for him. Please make up for it later, sir," continued Doctor Fadil.

"I can come in, Doc?" ask Miko.

"Please. But after your wife is moved to the ward. Accompany your wife, for she needs you most at this time," exclaimed Doctor Fadil.

"Thank you, Doc." Miko shook the doctor's hand.

A moment later, several nurses pushed the patient's cage with Sarah on it.

Miko then immediately walked after his wife, while also pushing the cage where the woman was lying.

Arriving at the ward, Miko continued to accompany Sarah, while sitting on the chair beside her.

His hands always hold tightly the hands of the wife who never open their eyes.

The day had changed in the evening, when Sarah's eyelashes seemed to twitch. Miko who saw it too, then called his wife's name.

"West. You awake, honey?" call Miko.

Slowly, Sarah opened her eyes, but she closed them again. He tried to adjust his pupils to the light that shimmered in the nursery.

"Ehm .. Where am I?" sarah asked in a voice that was still heard.

"You're in the hospital, honey. You fainted earlier" said Miko as she leaned over Sarah's face, rubbing the top of her head.

"Ehm .. sorry, Mom. When you came home, I fainted. So take care of you," said Sarah sadly.

"No papa, honey. What matters now is that you are conscious" Miko said.

Sarah grabs Miko's hand and holds it tightly.

"Mas won't go again, will he?" ask Sarah with a look.

Miko. He realized that his attitude for some time was very outrageous and made Sarah sad.

"Ehm .. I'm not leaving anymore. I will continue to be with you" Miko said as she gently rubbed Sarah's black mane.

"Ehm .. I'm so glad you're finally home, Mas" exclaimed Sarah as she placed her husband's hand on her cheek, closing her eyes, soaking in the warmth she felt from the man's hand.

Miko was relieved when the wife was conscious and in good condition. He continued to gently rub the wife's hair, while one of his hands stuck to the woman's cheek.

"Oh yes, Mas. I was a weird minpi." Sarah suddenly opened her eyes and spoke to Miko.

"Ehm .. What dream, dear?" ask Miko with her comfort.

"I'm sorry, Mas. I had a dream, met the woman who called me your first wife. Hahaha .. strange dream right, Mas," said Sarah with a laugh that actually made Miko freeze.

The man seemed to realize that this time, it was not the time for him to breathe a sigh of relief. Because there was something serious he had to explain to Sarah.

Seeing her husband kept silent, Sarah finally stopped her laughter, and felt fear. Fear that what dreams mean is reality.

"Mas, is that a dream?" sarah asked with a direct look into Miko's bead of eyes.

Miko still looks down. He seemed to suddenly turn into a coward who could not see his own wife's eyes.

"Mas! Tell me it's all a dream," Sarah's increasingly frightened.

His eyes turned red and began to glaze over.

Miko finally lifted her face, and looked at the wife. The man cupped Sarah's cheeks together and said, "Sorry, she's my first wife."
