Sharing Love: It Turns Out I'm an Actor
Marriage 2

One word that now strikes the heart of one-child widower, Miko. He felt that his heart was in great pain considering the invitation letter given by Fadil the other day.

On Monday, when she drove Bagas back to school, Miko planned to approach Sarah in her old office. However, he again remembered his promise to no longer disturb the woman's life.

Today, he deliberately went out of town, to visit a new place of business dodi, his friend. He needed a place to talk about his feelings right now.

"If you still can't be willing, why support her love for the man? You should still be fighting him, Ko." Dodi regrets the decision of Miko, who chose to withdraw from her struggle to regain Sarah's heart.

Miko looks fucked. He ruffled his own hair while looking down weakly.

"I just want her to be happy, Dod. Because I know, happy he is not the same as me, but the same man" said Miko.

"Where do you know? Did Sarah herself tell you directly?" ask Dodi.

Miko quiet. He just shook his head slowly in response to his friend's question.

"Then, why are you so impulsive? Ko, you know how complicated women say? If they say no, it means yes. If they say they don't want to, it means they ask to be persuaded more by us, the men," said Dodi.

"But I see for myself what it would be sad for Sarah to be like me. People just keep calling him an actor. Do you know how his face is? He tried to stay strong with all the insults, and I couldn't hold him back" Miko said.

"OKAY. Maybe it really is like that. But now look at you, Ko. You still can't let go. Your heart is still expecting Sarah. What proof? The invitation letter you received, made you mess up like this," cried Dodi.

Miko quiet. He could not deny the words of his best friend anymore, because in fact, he was in the middle of slumped because of an invitation letter that he had not even opened at all, and was still neatly stored on the dashboard of his car.

Dodi is also concerned about what Miko is feeling. He knows very well how Miko lived after Sarah left, and how happy he was when he could be reunited with his ex-wife.

"So, what's your next plan? Do you want to go there or not?" ask Dodi.

Miko rubbed her face to the back of her head.

"I'll come. I'll show Sarah that I can really keep my promise" Miko said.

Clear melts flowed from the corner of the adult man's eyes. If only there was no shame, maybe now he was crying over the wedding that will be held in two days.

After a long stay at Dodi's place, Miko now chooses to go home. He had to reorganize his heart, in order to be strong while attending the sacred event.

...🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀...

Days change. Unthinkingly, now came the day that Fadil had mentioned a week ago. Miko was sitting on the edge of the bed just wearing her bathrobe, looking at the clothes she was preparing to attend the wedding.

His chest rose and fell with a sigh that felt very heavy. Miko gamang's. He still needed to convince himself to be able to accept all the painful things that he might witness there.

I should be able to. I have to show Sarah that I've changed, not selfish like I used to. At least, so that he would still allow me to be close to my son, the inner Miko.

He grabbed the clothes that were hanging neatly in place, and wore them with such a chaotic feeling.

He had to ask for help from his friend Dodi, to become his personal driver that day, because Miko could not focus at all if she had to drive her own car.

As Miko was getting ready, a message notification came to her phone. He grabbed the flat object and looked at the contents of the message.

[Bro, I'm back again until,] Dodi.

[OKAY. I wait in front,] Miko.

The man packed his phone into his pocket and walked out of his house. He sat on the porch chair while waiting for Dodi's arrival.

Not long after, the waiting came with his car, and they immediately went to the event venue.

After traveling for approximately four hours, Miko and Dodi arrived at Hotel X Surabaya, as reported by Fadil.

The steps of the widower felt very heavy, when arranging the park that will be the venue for the wedding ceremony and reception between Fadil and his future wife who he believed was Sarah.

However, all was inversely proportional to the mood of a widower, who was standing in front of the stage.

Although his lips tried to smile, but his heart was very sick to see all the beauty before him.

"Ko, you don't want to see Sarah before she ijab qobul? I asked her where her bridal room was," exclaimed Dodi.

Miko quiet. His heart aches even more when he imagines the woman of his heart, is wearing a wedding dress that is the same color as Fadil.

"No. I better wait here. I'm afraid that it will make a mess of all this," said Miko Lirih.

He doesn't dare to look at Sarah right now, because he might go crazy in the bridal locker room, and mess up his ex-wife's important events.

Dodi is only able to sigh and pat Miko on the shoulder as a form of support for her best friend.

The atmosphere is getting crowded with the arrival of guests who have been present at the event venue. Fadil also went out and sat in the chair that was provided. Penghulu was there, and accompanied by an old man.

Where is Mr Riswan? Why aren't Sarah's parents and her family seen here at all? inner Miko wonders.

He looked to his right and left, but everyone present, none of them were familiar.

"Dod, I feel something is strange" said Miko.

"Any? Strange what?" ask Dodi who is sitting next to Miko.

"I don't see Sarah's parents or her family anywhere. They should all be here" Miko said.

"What time?" muttered Dodi who turned to the right and left, as if he knew what his best friend was looking for.

While the confusion was still going on, a woman dressed in white bridal kebaya, in a very graceful bun, walked into the venue, past Miko's seat, to where the ijab qobul would be held.

Miko's blood felt rippling. His heart is beating incoherently. His eyes began to turn red when the figure of the woman he believed was Sarah, had been sitting next to Kiri Fadil who was also wearing a matching suit.

Miko could not see the bride's face clearly, because the bridesmaids who led the woman, blocking Miko's view.

"Ko, is that the bride?" ask Dodi.

Miko was still staring at the stage, where the process of pronouncing the sacred sentence would be carried out with teary eyes. His vision was blurry and blurry. He was only able to snuggle to answer questions from his friend.

"Relatedly? How do you look like Sarah?" said Dodi.

Miko immediately rubbed the puddle in her eyes and noticed correctly, the woman who was sitting in front of Sana.

"He is …,"
