Chapter 39.

“Stop your relationship with Rex. Because Papa's gonna set you up with Brian. Later you will get engaged” said Scoot did not want to be denied.

Rere was surprised to hear the words Scoot Papa. He didn't know it would be this way.

Rere's eyes looked sadly at his Papa. But Scoot did not care about his daughter's expression. Rere felt his father was so selfish. He was upset with his father.

“Bad papa. Anyway Rere don't want.” Rere. He kicked his leg and went away. He didn't care if his father called and even shouted Rere's name. Rere ran away from home. He haphazardly hauled a taxi and boarded before his father caught him. Rere is gone.

Scoot stared at the taxi that passed away.

“Sialang. Where's the kid?” Scoot is upset.

The taxi that Rere rode in walked down the street. The driver asked several times but Rere had not yet said the direction of his destination. Finally Rere asked the driver to the road jasmine. Rere's headed for Jenny's house. Jenny was his only friend.

It was Rere near Jenny's house. Rere got off the taxi after paying argo taxi. He stepped into Jenny's yard. Rere rang Jenny's doorbell. Jenny came out and opened the door. How shocked Jenny was to see Rere appear in front of her house.

“Rere...” Jenny stared strangely at Rere.

“By me entering Jen” Rere stares wistfully at Rere.

Maria came out of the kitchen. He's preparing the dishes for dinner tonight. Jenny lives with her aunt Maria. Jenny from the age of 6 years was lived dead by her parents. Both of his parents died in an accident. So Maria took care of and raised Jenny from small to as big as she is now. Mary used to have a husband and a son. Her husband and daughter have long since died from illness. Mary chose to stay alone. Then she raised Jenny like her own daughter. Then stay the two of them. Living in the same house under one roof.

Maria felt that someone had come and looked at Jenny and asked.

“Who is Jen?”

“My Friend Aunt.”

“Oh ... send in. Don't stand outside.” Maria then returned to the kitchen.

“Iya Aunt”

Jenny told Rere to come in. And Rere entered Jenny's house. The two of them sat on Jenny's living couch. Jenny looked towards Rere. He felt something was wrong.

“What's Re?”

“I'm dizzy Jen. Even upset and sad” Rere ruffled his own long hair.

Jenny frowned. He did not understand what situation Rere was going through.

“What happened Re?”

Rere looked back at Jenny. She hugged Jenny.

“I want to be betrothed by Papaku. We will be engaged first.”

Jenny frowned.

“Means Re?”

“Brian. My dad wants to hook me up with Brian. Later we will get engaged first” Now Rere is crying.

Jenny wasn't too surprised to hear that. Because this is definitely going to happen. Because Rere and Brian have known since Junior High. And their parents knew each other. Moreover, Papa Rere works with Papa Brian. That can be guessed from before. And Brian has loved Rere for a long time.

But the question now is that Rere has been dating and loving Rex. And how Rere and Rex will relate.

Jenny releases Rere's embrace. He briefly stroked Rere before letting go of his embrace. After a hug off, Jenny stared intently at Rere.

“Then now what do you want Re?”

“I obviously don't want Jen. I don't like Brian. I mean I just consider Brian a friend.”

“You love Rex”

“Iya. And we've been in a relationship for a few weeks. It's probably been almost a month. Me and Rex are dating him. My dad disagrees”

“I can't help Re much. Sorry”

“I know and I understand. Just give me a place to stay at your house Jen”

“You want to escape?” Jenny stared intently at Rere.

“I've escaped from home”

Jenny just shook her head. But Rere persuaded Jenny to let him. And stay with Rere at Jenny's.

Rere runs away from home and Scoot is busy looking for him. But no one thought of looking for Rere at Jenny's house. Until a few days have passed. Rere didn't even go to school. Rex thinks where Rere is. His phone number is not active. Rex once searched Rere's house but did not meet. Not even in school was it visible.

One hour of rest, Rex finally asked Jenny.

“Jen. Do you know where Rere is? It's been days Rere didn't go to school”

‘How do I know Rex.” Jenny pretended not to know. He promised to be quiet. Jenny leaves Rex still confused looking for Rere.

“OK. Ayok” Jerry went with Jenny.

Brian stared cynically and smiled happily at Rex who was busy looking for Rere with a confused and anxious facial expression. He passed letting Rex. While David certainly as usual will immediately look for Naomi.

The final race time is coming soon. But Rere was not seen and did not know the news. Mr. Donny is starting to feel restless. Brian suddenly resigned. Finally only Rex and Agung remained. In a team, there must be at least 4 people.

Mr. Donny finally sought another student candidate to become a substitute participant. Donny saw that Rex and Naomi were not close friends. So Naomi was chosen. Naomi refused at first. He said that the problem of lessons is still a lot of shortcomings. But Mr. Donny said he needed to complete the less members only. Later on, Rex will play a lot of roles helped by Agung, of course.

At the insistence of the headmaster, Naomi finally wanted to. There's only one more person left. At first Mr. Donny wanted to look for another. But David proposed. Because he saw Naomi in the team so david followed. Demi can be close to Naomi. Donny finally agreed.

Brian sees Naomi and David walking side by side. Then split up when entering their respective classes. Jerry and Jenny just got back to class.

“David .. why are you so close to that bar-bar girl” Brian looked at David.

“What is your business? It's up to me” replied David.

“Don't say you like those bar-bar chicks huh?” guess Brian. But David remained silent. Unresponsive.

“What? You like Naomi ya Vid?” after hearing Brian's words, Jerry also stared at David.

“Not your business, too” replied David lazily staring at the two friends.

“Damn you Vid. You forbid me, apparently you want to get close. Basic ya” Jerry felt cheated by David.

“Udah quiet you guys. The teacher came in. We want to start learning.” David immediately made the two friends focus on the teacher now.

Time passed and the final day of the race arrived. Mr. Donny took Rex and Agung to the venue for the final race. Rex stared uneasily. Because until now Rere has no news.

“Rex focus on the race. Only you are now the hope of school and the hope of Mr.” Look at Donny towards Rex.

“Iya Pak.” Answer Rex.

“You are also Great. Try.”

“Ya Pak” Reply Agung.

“But sir we're just the two of you. A team consists of 4 people. Aren't we going to black list?” Rex was astonished.

“There will be two substitutes Brian and Rere. It is impromptu so the father only chooses who can have”

“Who?” Ask Rex.

“That's them”

Rex and Agung look in the direction indicated by Mr. Donny. When we arrived at the event. Rex and Agung leave with Mr. Donny so he does not know that there is a replacement for Rere and Brian.

A car just stopped. And two men got out of the car and came closer to Mr. Donny, Rex and Agung.

“Naomi ... David.” Rex Mumbles.

Mr. Donny smiled.

“Good. Let's all go inside and start. You all fight” Mr. Donny gives his spirit.

The four students then made a yel-yel and then cheered cheerfully to encourage each other. They entered together and started a war. Uh the final race.

Rere is gone and Naomi appears. Rex and team spirit. Hopefully in this Final round you win again.:D
