Chapter 72.
“There's something you're hiding?” rex's eyes stared intently at Ahmed.
Ahmed was silent. He did not dare to answer. How could he possibly say that he was from the palace of the princesses that he might be asked something else again. Ahmed doesn't want Rex to know that he likes Sonia's daughter. Not only inappropriate but also impossible. He did not dare. Ahmed lows.
“Did you make a mistake Ahmed?” Rex stared as he raised his eyebrows next to his.
“No Master. Servant does not dare instead.”
“Then why is your behavior so strange? what's up?”
“So I ran here, my lord. So his breath is still irregular and sweat is pouring.” Ahmed tried to explain. He hopes Rex believes it.
“Then where are you from?”
“From around the palace only.”
“Oh. What I said earlier you understand Ahmed?”
“Iya Master. We just make a trap how?”
“How?”
“Make Paul alive. And spread. Automatically they will be busy looking for his whereabouts and start to fidget. Back then we just monitored and started catching them.” Ahmed gave a proposal.
“OK. We used your idea.” Rex agrees.
From that moment on, the news of Paul's death was not true. Paul is alive and being treated in a special room that only Rex knows about. The news spread throughout the palace and came out of the palace. All the spies in place finally heard and immediately reported to Joe. Joe who heard directly to Mariana's homestead. He also reported that Paul was still alive.
“Did you say Joe? Paul is alive? Didn't your men say he killed her?” Mariana stared in shock and was also confused towards Joe.
“Hamba is also confused Your Majesty. Therefore I immediately report.”
Mariana walked back and forth in her room. He stared at Joe occasionally and even began to think.
“Have you checked Joe? Is Paul alive or not?”
“It is hard to know. All our spies said that Rex was the one who took care of Paul.”
“So she is still in critical condition so?”
“Can be. But don't know.”
“Try you asked your men who killed him yesterday. Or put someone there to find out.” Mariana gave the order.
“All our spies there have found out but no one gets info.”
“There must be a special room that is not in search. Try to find it until you get it or you get in there, ah no. We just send Kiara.” Mariana looked at Joe. Joe is shocked Mariana mentioned Kiara's name. Joe and Kiara are in love. Despite being a long time adrift, love has grown between Joe and Kiara. They also love behind Mariana.
Joe stiffens when Kiara's name is mentioned. He did not want Kiara involved in things that would endanger his life. It is better for him to jump into the field than Kiara. But Joe did not dare to argue with Mariana.
Mariana called Kiara and asked her to sneak into the palace. Kiara looked at Joe. The two looked at each other. But when Mariana said back finally Kiara agreed. Because after all both Joe and Kiara feel indebted to mariana. So they just follow.
Go to Kiara's palace. He disguised himself as a servant. In every palace he investigated and entered on the grounds to clean up. No one noticed his movements. Only Ahmed knows. Because everyone in the palace has been marked. So if there is a new person, he will soon know.
It just so happened that Ahmed saw Kiara cleaning around Rex's study room. Ahmed was astonished to never see if the woman was a new servant. If yes, then it is suspicious. Ahmed feels suspicious of Kiara. He began to notice Kiara's movements.
He told Rex. Both of them were alone in Rex's room.
“Hamba saw a new servant in my lord's palace.”
“Maybe he's one of their members.”
“Can be.”
“We go directly to the next plan Ahmed.”
“Good.”
Rex and Ahmed immediately went back to their plans. Rex and Ahmed purposely take a walk around the palace garden. They walk while talking. It was done by Rex and Ahmed.
Coincidentally Kiara is being tasked with cleaning the yard around the park while watering the flowers. And it was there that Kiara heard Rex and Ahmed talking. Kiara listened carefully.
“Sir, the task you gave me is already done. Every time I see Paul's condition and he begins to improve his condition now.”
“Ya My Lord.”
Rex and Ahmed are acting really well. They pretended not to know that Kiara had heard. Quickly Kiara cleaned up her work to clean the yard and water the flowers. In the evening, Kiara walked out of the servants' room.
Kiara walked out of the palace with some spies who had already been bribed and placed in the palace. Kiara exited the palace and was about to meet Joe. And Rex and Ahmed have changed into regular clothes. They followed Kiara. Kiara herself was unaware she had been followed.
Kiara passed through a market and continued to enter a bar where Joe had been waiting for her. Every night Joe would be there to wait for the info from the palace. That's where Kiara's headed. Kiara enters the bar and sits in a chair close to Joe. Rex and Ahmed walk in, watching Kiara and Joe. They hide among some gaps.
“Joe...” call Kiara after she sits next to Joe.
“Kiara, how?”
“Mr Paul is still alive, I heard for myself that Ahmed and the prince said that. It said his condition was improving. Just waiting to wake up the new prince will meet him.”
“So the news is true?”
Kiara nodded her head. Joe took a long breath. He doesn't like it when his men fail.
“Then next I have to how. The waiters can't bring communication tools so I'm here looking for you.”
“If it's time for them to meet Paul then you'll be quick to tell me, Kiara. After that I will sum them up with all the men I brought.”
“Good. But you better report it first with madam.”
“Good.”
The conversation between Kiara and Joe is not very heard by Rex and Ahmed, but now they know that Kiara is one of them. While Joe himself whether his boss or only the intermediary is unknown.
“Master, I propose to follow the man. He is quite sangar, let the servant take care of.”
“Then?” Rex looked at Ahmed.
“You follow the woman only.”
“How about I follow the man and you the woman.”
“Alright, we follow the guy together. Hehe.”
Rex nodded. Because following Kiara for free will only return to the palace again, so they agreed to follow Joe.
Joe and Kiara split up, but the two embraced. Rex sees something special between the woman's relationship with the man. Ahmed and Rex went back into hiding. Kiara left and returned to the palace. Joe, he started to leave the bar. Ahmed and Rex follow Joe. Joe went and got off the highway. He got into a narrow street and alley and then went further and further.
Joe rides in his vehicle, and Ahmed and Rex follow in their vehicle. Joe gets further and enters a forest area. He's getting inside. There is a path and he goes deeper and deeper until a guesthouse that is quite large and magnificent is seen, then Joe down. Joe entered the guesthouse.
Ahmed and Rex arrived. They parked their vehicle near a hidden road. They both sat down and looked at the guesthouse.
“Ahmed, what is this place?” Rex pointed to the guesthouse.
“Hamba doesn't know my lord either. Are we going in?”
Ahmed looks to Rex and waits for Rex's answer and decision.
