"Snooze tomorrow. I can't go to the office today."
Barra was talking to her secretary over the phone. He forgot that this morning there was an important meeting, but it was already an appointment with Yuna to ask her to see a doctor.
"Then delay after lunch." Said again.
Yuna, who was bringing warm tea, stayed on the spot and listened to Barra. From the conversation that Yuna heard, Barra should have left for the office. But he chose not to leave because he wanted to take him to the doctor.
"Sorry, Mom." Yuna interrupted Barra's conversation. The man turned around, moving his chin upwards as a gesture of asking.
"If you can't see a doctor today, don't take it."
"I'm not sure I'm pregnant either. I'd better test it at home."
Yuna gave a suggestion that a few minutes ago appeared in her mind. He must make sure first by using a pregnancy test before going to the doctor so that his arrival there is not in vain.
Barra seemed to think since, after that talk to his secretary if he would go to the office in 1 hour. Turning off the phone connection and keeping it on the nightstand, Barra walked over to Yuna.
"Yes if that's what you want. But once the results come out, you'll have to call me." Pinta Barra's. She wanted to know as soon as possible about Yuna's condition, who was either pregnant or just having a late period.
"Yes, Barra doesn't have to worry. I'll call you later." Yuna commented a thin smile. The calm attitude he showed at this time, was inversely proportional to the anxiety of his heart that was afraid if it turned out that he was pregnant.
If only there were no covenant letter, maybe Yuna even hoped to get pregnant soon.
Married and had a son by a Barra, isn't that a wonderful gift.?
Where else could Yuna find a man as kind and gentle as her. Barra is the definition of the perfect man in Yuna's eyes.
After breakfast, Barra takes Yuna to buy a pregnancy test kit. A couple who are bound by the contract have a different feeling when going to buy a pregnancy test.
From the beginning Yuna was always worried about this, while Barra was expecting it because it made Yuna pregnant was her main goal.
Barra had everything ready if Yuna was later declared pregnant. Barra will ask Cindy to pretend to be pregnant in front of her family, until it is as if the child that will be born from the womb of Yuna is the child of Barra and Cindy.
This plan is not known by Cindy, because if Cindy knew, Cindy would not let it happen. His heart was too soft, he would not be likely to be selfish and have the heart to take a child from his honey.
After buying a pregnancy test kit, Barra immediately drove Yuna home. In 15 minutes he had to go to the office.
"Mas," Call Yuna softly. His clear eyes were a little teary, there was unease from the look in his eyes.
"Why.?" Barra looked at it.
"What if I'm pregnant.?" The question had already repeatedly come out of Yuna's mouth. She wanted clarity because Barra always said she would take full responsibility if she got pregnant. But I don't know what kind of responsibilities Barra will have when there is a contract between them.
"Didn't I answer that often?" Barra asked back. The answer is always the same, which is full responsibility.
"Yes, Mas Barra always said he would take responsibility." Sahut Yuna flat.
"But that's not the answer I want to hear." There's a tone of dissatisfaction in it. Yuna wants a more detailed answer about their marriage if she gets pregnant later.
"Then.?" Barra looked over, his face looking serious. He began to realize that there was another answer that Yuna wanted to hear from her mouth.
"What kind of responsibility does Mas Barra mean.?"
"What about maintaining this marriage.?" Yuna asked with a hopeful look. I don't know where he could tell that to Barra. While all this time there was absolutely no progress from Barra, in a sense, Barra seemed to have no feelings for him other than good and responsibility for his life.
Barra only glanced. Until their house was seen, Barra had absolutely no intention to answer.
"I have to leave in 5 minutes." He stared at the watch on his wrist.
Yuna stared disappointedly at Barra's attitude that seemed to avoid that important conversation. Or maybe it wasn't important to Barra.
"You haven't answered my question, Mas," Yuna said softly. Barra had already opened the car door, but Yuna was reluctant to get out before Barra gave a definite answer.
"My answer remains the same Yuna, I will take full responsibility for you." Barra slightly raised her tone.
He could not have answered Yuna's question because whenever Cindy would be his wife, there would be no second or third wife after divorcing Yuna.
"Will this marriage still end even if I'm pregnant.?" Yuna asked clarifying.
He stared intently into Barra's eyes, trying to figure out the answer without having to hear the answer from Barra's mouth.
Barra was silent, not a word came out of her mouth. Barra's silence made Yuna smile coldly.
"I take that as an answer." Yuna flat.
"Mas Barra's leaving, I'm not going to test right now. It'll be just after the break so it doesn't interfere with Mas Barra's work." Yuna commented a thin smile.
"Thank you for delivering."
Yuna opened the car door and rushed out. He walked quickly inside the house, then closed the door.
Barra, who was going to follow Yuna inside, chose to undo her intentions. He got back in the car and drove his car to the office.
It feels useless to talk about it further because the answer will remain the same. Barra just wanted to wait for the right time to tell Yuna the truth about the 2 points that Yuna did not read.
Opening the window curtain, Yuna peeked at Barra's departure with an erratic feeling.
"If I'm pregnant, I won't let our marriage end." Yuna muttered with a strong determination. He would keep Barra by his side somehow.
"How could I let a child be separated from his parents, I know exactly what it's like."
Yuna did not want something similar to happen to her son. She wants a full family, raising her together until old age.
"What's up, Yun,,?" Mama Rena patted her daughter's shoulder gently, which had been silent since, peering out of the house.
"Ma, mah," Yuna was immediately nervous. Afraid of his words heard by Mama Mama Rena.
"Barra's gone, huh,,?" Ask. Mama Rena looked in from the window.
"It's just been." Yuna tried to be calm.
"Yuna to the room first, ma'am."
"If Nitha comes, please send her straight to the study." Yuna gently rubbed the back of the mother. He gave a big smile.
"Why are you.?" Mama Rena stared intensely at her daughter's face. Although Yuna smiled, but the sadness from the look in her eyes could not be covered.
Yuna shook her head quickly. Thinning suspicion from Mama Rena's eyes.
"Why not Mah. Sad to never walk, Mas Barraanya busy continue." Yuna gave a small chuckle, then rushed off to the room.
At least his sad confession will not make Mama Rena think.
