The smell of dry leaves spread in the air carried by the wind as if whispering into the ears of a human, the ears of a Felman, Lucas de Felman. The young man walked past the traces of dried leaves under an umbrella kiara tree. His hand was put in the pocket of the cloth pants he was wearing. There was no coat, just a pale grey shirt with sleeves uncuffed and rolled up to the elbows, making him look nothing like the son of a respectable family.
Lucas turned towards the store on the cobbled road to Lake Almaty, not ten steps yet He walked, He felt that someone was following him, He slowed his pace a little, ensuring the existence of others besides himself. But, he felt nothing.
His shoelaces were allowed to unravel, deliberately so that he could look back, ascertaining his instincts. There were footprints other than him a meter and a half behind, his pretty sharp eyes immediately catching him. He stood up and turned to the other side of the road on the left, a shortcut to Andreas Willson's house.
No ticking shoes followed him anymore, he did not want to look back to just make sure something like that would only make him suspect.
"I think this city has become a little strange, in the last few days," Lucas murmured indistinctly.
He did not enter the grounds of Andreas' house, but walked directly North towards his own mansion. From the beginning he did not intend to visit Andreas' house, Lucas just wanted to make sure who followed him, so He turned here. The road around here was closely watched by Andreas' cold-faced mercenaries with high killing intent.
Lucas continued his steps towards the mansion. Just as he meets Valerie and Wynie who have just returned from the city park. Valerie got on her bike following Wynie who was guarding the Miss from behind.
"Hi, Vale" Sapa Lucas.
Valerie smiled and got off her bike.
"Luke, where are you from?"
"I? I distract you" Lucas whispered.
Valerie frowned not understanding,"Directing? Distract who? Those girls chasing you, are they?" Valerie asked in a mocking tone.
Lucas snorted dejectedly, "Not, it's just that the road here is very safe, especially for escape,"
"Yes, whatever you do, you're always bragging, let's go Wynie home, see you, Lucas,"
Valerie walked past Lucas along with Wynie. The bike is no longer ridden but guided. He walked in line with Wynie carrying a pendulum bag on her shoulder.
Meanwhile Lucas continued his steps, until at the end of the road he chose the left lane to return to the mansion. The road is already crowded visible from here, to the south, It's just a detour through a portion of the rocky road to Lake Almaty. But he'd rather pass by here, just because someone was following him earlier.
Lucas walked leisurely, When he came to the edge of the street where there were many pedals of crepes and cotton sugar, he stopped, his silver eyes catching a child standing alone under a tree. He walked over to the boy who happened to be staring at him. But someone called Lucas first.
Gevon, Felman's family's errand boy, walked up to him.
"What's Gev?"
"Mr Louis is looking for you,"
Lucas snorted angrily as his uncle continued to shadow him. He was forced to turn around and walk back to the mansion followed by Gevon from behind. His eyes circulated observing all the residents of Lourch city.
"Hm, I'm curious,"

Floren walked up to a middle-aged woman who wore a violet-colored dress and gray lace on the edge of her dress.
"Auntie, is it over?"
The middle-aged woman simply nodded then took Floren's hand walking towards the east, and parted from the hustle and bustle of the small town of Lourch.

Today Wynie gets a break from her Master, her job is to keep Valerie replaced by Sinee, She intends to go to the city park to meet her peers there, Tafa
Wynie sat waiting, Tafa in the garden chair. He was busy looking at the people on the street. His eyes watched, until he caught the figure of Tafa walking across the crowd.
Wynie waved her hand, calling out to Tafa who looked puzzled. Tafa who saw and heard the call from Wynie immediately ran towards her, under the umbrella Kiara tree, where Wynie and her Young Miss used to sit.
"We got the same holiday allowance, incidentally," Wynie said as Tafa sat next to her. While slightly tidying his hair that was exposed to the wind.
Tafa let out a rough sigh, like taking a load out of him, "A, I stopped working Wynie,"
Wynie turned her back, staring in disbelief at Tafa who was silent, a split second later He flocked Tafa with a long question, "Stop? Wh why? Is the employer fed up? You're not at home? Or how?" Wynie leaned in and looked at Tafa who was confused because of the series of questions.
"I'm afraid that's it, in that house actually, there's only two servants, me and one of my friends, you know? Last night I heard something strange, very, very strange" said Tafa Lirih, shaking his shoulder slowly.
Wynie's forehead seemed wrinkled, astonished before saying, "What a weird thing? The voice of angry people maybe? Or it's just your illusion,"
"No, that voice, there's something singing, something I just heard last night. The voice sounded sinister, like an irregular piece of music, there were no obvious tones heard in it but it sounded hypnotic. Sometimes it sounds low gripping, then high screeching makes my ears hurt, I don't know what sound it is? That obviously sounds terrible" Tafa said.
"You didn't hear wrong? Maybe it's the music from your employer, I heard he's a very, very old-fashioned guy, what his son is too, yesterday I saw him walking in a sweet girl's arms, looks like she's younger than Miss Valerie,"
"That's not his son, but his nephew. But it doesn't seem like his niece is that old-fashioned, she seems to rarely talk to my employer, but she's nice."
Wynie nodded in understanding despite not fully understanding, "Then, where do you work now? Sure you want to stop? Who knows if you've heard wrong, there's a sound like that, I just heard a stone from you earlier,"
"I'm not lying, Wyn. That voice was there, last night it was just me and my employer and Miss Floren at home. But there seems to be a guest anyway, I don't know who it is because the Madam herself opened the door, I was told to prepare a drink, but did not see the person." Tafa explained.
"Loh, you said there were two servants, right? Where is the other one, a holiday?"
Tafa nodded in agreement. He looked to the right and left afraid that his master was around and heard the conversation between the two of them.
"Yes, let's go get crepes, will you?" tawang Wynie's.
"No, I'm waiting, you buy yourself, yeah,"
Wynie nodded then stood up and stepped towards the seller of crepes by the roadside. He bought two crepes, one for himself and one for Tafa. After getting what she wanted, Wynie immediately returned to their seats earlier. But Tafa was no longer there.
"Where is Tafa?" Wynie asked pepper herself.
"Wyn, here. It was a little hot, "one's voice surprised Wynie, Tafa moved to sit in the north part of the park under the almost dense saru tree. Wynie approaches her and gives her a crepes.
"You really want to stop?" Ask Wynie again.
Tafa silently for a moment sighed violently then looked at Wynie who was still enjoying the crepes in her hand, "Just believe it, just trust me, if you'd heard it in person you'd be very scared and wouldn't want to go back to that house again,"
"So where are you going now? You want to work at the Lafrence family home, we just happen to need one more maid, you're definitely fit to work there, and don't be afraid of strange noises, there are no such sounds" said Wynie.
Tafa just nodded.
