Jose looked over and then chuckled softly. Meanwhile Valerie was still grumbling in annoyance while muttering indistinctly.
"Here you go, there's no Young Miss who grumbles like that, and your servants run away" Ejek Lucas chuckled in amusement as Valerie drew a sharp gaze at him.
Valerie stood up and cleaned the dry grass attached to the lace of the dress she was wearing. Then fix his hat until it covers his blonde hair perfectly. Lucas also stood up as Valerie began to walk away from the place.
"When?" ask Lucas. His hands were still busy cleaning the dry grass in his pants and tidying up his sleeves. Valerie just nodded then turned to the right through the paving streets.
"I just want to see, what was his name? Florenh?" Valerie asked as she turned shoulder to shoulder towards Lucas who was behind her.
"Floren, well let's just say we happened to meet him. He does not seem to adapt easily to the surrounding environment, let alone new people. When I greeted him this morning, he looked nervous and awkward" Lucas said, trying to align his steps with Valerie's.
"No, Lucas. She's not nervous because of that, but she already knows who you are" Valerie briefly tucked her hair behind her ear.
Lucas seemed to think for a moment, "What do you mean? I didn't even mention my clan," he asked as he scratched his non-itchy cheek.
Valerie sighed, "Then she asked, why didn't you mention your surname? That's a sign he knows you, otherwise he'll be ordinary and not care, after all who doesn't know the Felman family?" valerie said she was upset about Lucas' stupidity.
"Is that so?"
"Yes, forget! Let me see that girl, where is she?" Valerie asked as they had already reached Lourch's main street. He spread his gaze in all directions trying to find a brunette girl named Floren.
"Let's go find, Miss Lafrence," Lucas walked ahead of Valerie who was still fixing her shoes, then immediately followed Lucas who approached the ice cream merchant.
"Why buy ice cream?" Ask Valerie.
Lucas was silent, slightly rolling his eyes to the right, and a girl Valerie was looking for was also there to buy ice cream. Valerie nodded in understanding, then went along to order vanilla flavored ice cream.
Valerie turned her head, slightly watching Floren. While the little girl was not when she noticed, after getting the ice cream she wanted, Floren walked towards the park, before that she approached a trash can and took something out of her dress pocket and dumped it in the trash can in annoyance.
"Lucas, I don't think she's like Miss. Katherine, I just saw her throw a handkerchief of color in the bin, ", Valerie said, holding her ice cream.
"Hm, maybe yes. Let's see next, I'm very curious about Miss. Katherine," muttered Lucas, which Valerie could still hear.
"I guess just a little curious" Valerie said sarcastically. Makes Lucas snort.

Valerie walked over to the trash can that was near Floren's seat, throwing away the rest of her ice cream. He looked at Floren who was still sitting on the garden chair, then walked up to him.
"Hi, are you alone?" greet Valerie.
Floren turned his head, finding a girl who was about a little older than him. With unraveling blonde hair covered in a wide hat to protect from the sun. Floren smiled amiably then nodded his head in response.
"My name is Floren Katana. You who?" Ask Floren again.
Velerie frowned slightly in surprise upon hearing her slightly different style of language and accent from the people in West Lourch. It confirmed Lucas' words about his assessment of Floren.
"My name, Valerie," Valerie replied briefly, as she recalled that Floren asked Lucas's surname when the young man did not mention his surname.
Floren just silently nodded without replying anymore. She returned to the braid edge of the dress she wore, playing her ribbon lace with her fingers, while occasionally looking at people and passing by.
"Where do you live?" Valerie asked again, "I live, to the south, if it's far enough from here. Maybe next time-"
"My house to the east, on that street, not far away, that old-fashioned big house, my house, I mean my parents' house," review Floren before Valerie could finish her sentence. He first stood up and wagged his dress fabric and tidied the white pantofel shoes on his feet.
Valerie simply looked at it without commenting.
"I came home first yes, thank you I'm not sure I'm acquaintance, I also don't mean I don't know a lot of people here, see you" Floren said to Valerie who was only in reply to a nod and a friendly smile. Then it passed towards the turning road on the east side.
After Floren returned, Valerie met Lucas who was still sitting near the crepes dealer with Jeremy, "Lucas, Oh hi Mr Jeremy, how are you?" Valerie asked pleasantries as she sat in the opposite chair.
"Oh I'm fine, Miss Lafrence," said Jeremy with a witty smile on her black lips.
"No need, just call me Valerie, sir." said Valerie.
"Hoo, can't. If I call you that, Lucas will be angry, what is your relationship? Will you get married soon?" Jeremy asked in a mocking tone that sounded clear in Valerie's ears.
"Speaking carelessly!" exclaimed Valerie, who was greeted with the naughtiness of Jeremy. Lucas just smiled.
"Yes, I've left first, next time I will visit the Felman mansion" said Jeremy as he got up from his seat and tidied up his arms and collar. Then it passed after bowing its head respectfully.
"I've been acquainted with him, language is strange, but it sounds funny" Valerie commented after Lucas sat back down.
Lucas snorted, "That's you who never got out of Lourch, even just to the East" Lucas said, eating his crepes.
"Yes, that's up to you, when did you say this to Andreas and Kendrick?" valerie asked to switch the conversation.
"I told you, I guess ever since Miss Katherine came here there's something weird about this town, you don't feel it? And Kendrick said there's a friend of Miss Katherine's who lives there, but I don't know who?" Lucas said casually but in a soft tone, afraid to sound other than the two of them.
"Ah, yes. I guess I also rarely see Miss Katherine" Valerie said, looking around, "She rarely talks to just anyone, I mean to new people, I don't like the way she looks at me," valerie said softly while shaking her shoulders.
Lucas just listened. After spending a lot of time chatting they decided to go home, when Wynie came to pick up Valerie. Lucas walks alone towards the North towards Felman's mansion while Valerie walks towards his own family's mansion in the south followed by Wynie in the back.
