The Hurt First Night
“Can we talk?” a heavy voice emerged from behind the back of a girl sitting cross-legged on the floor while cleaning her luggage. And then, the call made her look.
“Yes, sir,” answered the girl and followed the man who walked into the living room.
Adhiandra, a thirty-year-old man, officially gave up his bachelorhood with a girl named Kanaya this morning. Though each of them never thought of marrying a different-age couple with a long span, almost ten years. Not to mention their status as Lecturers and Students.
“It's about our marriage, you know for yourself that we were betrothed in a short time and therefore do not have time to know each other, let alone feelings.”
Kanaya nodded briefly, confirming the words of the male lecturer who was also her husband's status now.
But in fact, deep in the mind of the girl the question arises. ‘Did the man mean for them to get to know each other? Included to create feeling.’
“Good, you have also agreed with me.” Adhi paused for a moment by taking a deep breath. “Because of our condition that we do not know each other before, automatically we never know each other's past.”
Kanaya is still listening and again she justifies the words ‘sang husband’, even if only in her mind.
“And now I want to be honest with you about my past that I have not been able to forget.”
Okay~ This father –good to be honest. But somehow Kanaya started dag-dig-dug-serrr~.
“Before I apologize, because this might make you offended.”
Kanaya started to feel bad feelings.
“There is a woman I still love, therefore I do not have enough space in my heart for you –sorry about that.”
Can Kanaya cry? Not even a day of marriage, but she was heartbroken (again) by the man who is her husband. Previous wounds have not healed, very funny story romance.
“But I hope with my recognition this, does not change the marriage relationship between us as husband and wife who have the rights and obligations of each.”
‘After claiming to have a woman who is still loved, Mr. Lecturer is asking for marriage like a husband and wife in general. Isn't he so outrageous?’ inner Kanaya screamed.
“I said so, because I'm afraid you're uncomfortable with my attitude going forward. A little bit of my feelings that currently still love other women, may affect my attitude to you who can not bestow affection.”
The words of Mr. Lecturer do have a point, before their wedding –pun Kanaya was not comfortable with the attitude of the man's bodo-cutek. Again Kayana did not know to accept or refute until he cursed the Lecturer.
“On the obligations and rights that I talked about earlier, I will meet all your needs and desires – materially– as a compensation can not give a decent affection to the wife. And rights, I do not demand to get it – in terms of meeting biological needs. Please respect each other's privacy. Can you accept all of those things?”
Kanaya did not answer, she was still weighing. But the next second, his head looked up and looked directly into the Lecturer's bead of eyes.
“I accept,” Kanaya replied firmly while holding out her handshake.
Hearing his wife's answer, Adhi was a little surprised –plus the girl's reaction that did not imply the slightest doubt, even impressed to challenge him.
Adhi welcomes Kanaya's handshake.
“Good, I also want to tell .. if I have someone I like. Let's not involve each other's feelings and interfere with each other's privacy. Father please also fulfill your own promise, then I will do the same thing,” said Kanaya brave and full of emphasis, as he had antipathy to his Lecturer.
Honestly, this was the first time that an Adhiandra had received a response beyond what she had expected from a woman; brave and challenged to the point of surprise.
Adhi thought, the girl will monologue, cursing to tears sobbing –maybe. But the reality is not so, for him Kayana is a girl with a personality of a newfound kind.
Or .. do not live he is too often surrounded by monotonous people, including himself.
After that long talk, they returned to their respective rooms. They sleep separately, so don't expect a First Night for a human couple who have officially become husband and wife.

Scary First Night's
But the night is still too long to bring them to sleep in peace and beautiful dreams, especially for a girl –Kanaya– she needs to clear the contents of her suitcase. Ya~ on the day she became a Wife, the man who had the status of her husband took her to the man's apartment. His reason? Just because of a small thing, but Kanaya wanted to laugh when she remembered that.
Haha ... Mr. Adhi, the lecturer who was considered cool by the student at the campus was a--.
Kanaya was unable to continue her simple excitement, because she had just seen the creepy creature that Mr. Adhi had previously found in her house –more precisely in her room. Kanaya moved away from the creature.
God! Could it be that the creature followed him moved all the way to Pak Adhi's apartment? –Kanaya goosebumps.
“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa the blaring scream sounded loud as the creepy creature moved –terbang– towards him. Kanaya ran frantically out of her room and immediately closed the door –making sure the creepy creature remained inside the room.
Simultaneously, Mr. Adhi came out of his room –probably because of hearing Kanaya's roar.
“Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!”
Yes, Kanaya shouted again –this time she closed her eyes.
