At two in the morning, Kusuma Dewi felt his bladder full and could not be dammed again. This woke him up. He opened the door to the room in his cousin's house which was reserved for guests or as a spare room.
The bathroom which also serves as a toilet is in the back of the house. Kusuma Dewi wiggled for a while then rushed there, half running. Not out of fear, but it's too bad. The lights in the house are turned off, except in the kitchen that is left alive. It's just that, the bright lights in the yard, through the window curtains and create a dim light in the house so that Kusuma Dewi still sees the way back through the hallway of the house well.
Arriving at the toilet, Kusuma Dewi immediately pulled down his sagging three-quarters pants and rubber-stained and crouched. The early morning silence made him able to hear the sound of his own art water flowing fast. The silence allowed her to hear footsteps outside the bathroom. Not natural, the sound of water from the gallon bubbling and pouring.
Kusuma Dewi smiled. Hours like this are natural when people want to urinate or drink because of thirst. Ratih's brother may also need to go to the toilet, so he hastened his activities inside here in order to be used immediately by his cousin's brother. Cold water freezes the base of his thighs when splashed.
Kusuma Dewi shuddered.
When Kusuma Dewi opened the toilet door as well as the bathroom, what he saw was not his cousin Ratih, but the figure of Mr. Teacher Johan. The brother-in-law was standing in front of the water dispenser. Plastic cups in his mouth.
"Eh, Mas Johan," that's all Kusuma Dewi said softly.
Master Johan just glanced at him without changing his position. There was a smile on his lips that was stuck to the plastic glass.
Kusuma Dewi stepped through the back of Teacher Johan to return to his bedroom.
Kusuma Dewi gasped when Ratih opened the door of her bedroom.
Ratih looked towards Kusuma Dewi and yawned wide. "You're pissing me, Dek. Thirsty too" he said short.
"Oh, yes, Ma'am. There is Mas Johan in the back drinking too," replied Kusuma Dewi as he continued to walk to the room.
Train yawned again wide while nodding. He did not really pay attention to his cousin's speech because he was so sleepy even though he raised it quite clearly. Half closed he dragged his footsteps into the bathroom. Mr. Johan, the husband is standing sideways in front of the water dispenser. Train pass. "Mas," said.
Practice squatting on the toilet without closing the bathroom door.
Suddenly his two eyes widened wide just as his urine slid down. All the drowsiness that stuck to his head faded like summer snow. The feathers bristled. His skin pores grew and his heart raced like a horse race.
Ratih just remembered that her husband was in bed with her. When he wanted to urinate, he woke Mr. Johan to accompany him, but the husband refused to get up. Too sleepy he said.
Who was standing in front of the water dispenser?
After flushing the base of the grounds with the freezing cold water, Ratih gathered all his courage. He had already seen the figure of a gombel wewe almost two years ago in his yard so clearly. So if the figure she just saw wasn't her husband, she should be ready.
Train to open the door slowly.
...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...
Mr. Johan's teacher woke up early. It became his habit, even on Sundays like this. Known as a good and reliable husband, he always allowed Ratih, his wife, to wake up a little more during the day.
Mr. Johan made his own cup of coffee, and sat on the front porch, reading the news online from his mobile device.
At least that's what he used to do and became his habit.
However, unlike usual, especially Sunday morning, Mr. Johan has other causes and purposes. Kusuma Dewi was up early. He still wears three-quarters loose pants and a shabby shirt. The girl was observing various plants in the yard of her cousin's house. Without the girl realizing it, she was being observed a pair of enchanted eyes of a man scanning every curve of his body.
"So, is it true, said Mrs Ratih if you do not have a boyfriend, Dek Dewi?" ask Master Johan suddenly.
The one asked snapped. He already knew that from then on his cousin's husband was drinking coffee and read something through his cellphone. They also greeted each other.
Kusuma Dewi felt her face flushed in embarrassment. He tucked his reddish hair behind his ear, not answering.
"I can't believe it, yeah. As pretty as you don't anyone want to?" continued Mr. Johan Teacher.
"I'm not beautiful, Mom. No one wants to be with me. That's why I want to come here to try, um ... Try to go to one of the sacred places told by Mbak Ratih," replied Kusuma Dewi somewhat stuttered.
He was surprised himself because why he was so honest and innocent admitted his main purpose of visiting the hamlet of Pon. Maybe he thought it was free to cover up his desires and was always praised about his beauty which he thought was fake and just plain pleasantries.
Master Johan chuckled, but did not mean to mock. Kusuma Dewi looked towards the man. He also did not feel scorned. Maybe because the face of Mr. Johan Teacher who looks calm, mature and impressed educated it makes him not shy and hesitant. "Mas still can't believe that nobody likes you, Dek Dewi. But regarding your visit later to the sacred place, mas itself will take you there. Don't worry and feel ashamed. Consider it a tour," he said.
His calm tone and without excessive emotional turmoil made it easier for Kusuma Dewi to feel calmer and trust him. Kusuma Dewi himself could not explain why he could feel it. Though only the second day he stayed, but he no longer felt too clumsy, even on his cousin's husband.
Kusuma Dewi immediately looks cheerful without being hidden and held back. He approached Master Johan who was sitting on a rattan chair on the terrace. "Mas really, isn't he? Want to take me there?" kusuma Dewi said half in whisper. His two eyes were rounded, making the black dots scattered at the base of his nose above the pale white skin attracted, creating a certain effect that made Master Johan stop breathing so fascinated. Ayu Kusuma Dewi's face is less than two feet away from her face.
"Yes ... Mas promise," said Mr. Johan teacher tried half-capable to hide his nervousness.
Kusuma Dewi smiled widely.
He did not realize that his charm that existed from the beginning was only covered by his own hatred. The invisible force that floated on the ground and slipped between the trees in Pon Hamlet only opened the padlock and responded to the girl's deepest and darkest desire to sleep for too long, not to change it to be beautiful and attractive, Kusuma Dewi is already charming.
