The Become A Villain In The Novel
Chapter 20

Keegan and I were having lunch together when the show's producer called Keegan.

“This has been me how many times, Kee? Don't he actually want to pedekate with you.” I laughed funnyly at how horror Keegan's face was right now.

“Mother knows the real reason,” denies Keegan. “He is persistent gini make canin Mommy on his show again.”

“Basic money,” umpatku. “You take care of him.”

“I have said many times that Mother refused to join the event but it is still like this. He's really not easy to get rid of.” In the end, Keegan picked up the phone.

“Halo. Has Miss Catherine thought about it?”

That guy doesn't want to talk about it. When Keegan saw me looking like she wanted to ask for help, I immediately pretended to look the other way. This is business he has to finish. I've done a lot of work besides having to think about the steel-determined producer.

“Catherine's decision remains the same. He could no longer appear in the show.”

“It's a good chance for him to further raise his name.”

“Sorry, Sir. But Ms. Catherine does not need to raise her name in the entertainment world.”

“Famous in the entertainment world can make his business more smoothly.”

After exhaling and enduring frustration Keegan said, “Bu Catherine already has a lot of work”

“He has many employees who can replace him take care of all that.”

Keegan has no intention of hanging up the phone. “Once again I apologize. But Mr. Jonathan is not too happy with this show. He even wanted this show to stop. I myself am still confused how to solve this problem.”

Beloved Mr. Jonathan was indeed a beard fire seeing me perform at such an event. I don't know what offended him. Though the reaction of the people is very good, and lately our business has become smoother due to all that. I thought he was being sensitive because I was carrying around grandchildren there. Finally one Indonesian knew she was desperate to have grandchildren.

A loud laughter was heard from the phone call.

“Mr Jonathan watched the show? It's great! Even a person as important as Mr. Jonathan watches it.”

Dear Father Jonathan would like to watch such a gossip show because I am his daughter. Is he not aware of that?

“What if Mr Jonathan is interested in participating as well?”

Keegan's patience is over. “Once again I apologize, but we refuse to re-participate. When I'm done I'll hang up.”

“She is persistent.”

“Very persistent, Bu.”

Come to the restaurant in the hotel lobby xxx at seven o'clock tonight!

It was a message from our beloved Father Jonathan. The nature of his commanding officer was even evident from his message. Look at the exclamation mark (!) that's. He did not ask, but immediately insisted.

I pressed the intercom and told Keegan to come into my room.

“What's Bu?” the question is so in front of me.

“You came yes to the hotel xxx hours seven nights later-”

“I can't come to a blind date Mom.”

My hand that was writing something stopped. I pushed my chair back a bit and looked at Keegan seriously. “What does blind dating mean?” I must have heard wrong.

“Bapak Jonathan wants to arrange a blind date for you. Maybe this is one of them. So I can't replace Mom.”

I'm massaging my temples. Didn't I stop my father that day? Why do I manage all that cunning if he doesn't keep his word. Is this one form of frustration because I was on the show?

And Keegan can tell from where? Does my father continue to disturb his already difficult and heavy life?

“But Mr. Jonathan said it would give you 500 million rupiah if you wanted to go on a blind date.”

I smile. He thought he could buy his daughter with money. I'm thinking hard. I really love money. But lately my money's been a lot until I'm sick of seeing it. Don't envy. That is the truth. But I realized something, the honorable Mr. Jonathan would stop at nothing to force me to go on dates with men I didn't know. He'll probably do everything he can and it'll just make me dizzy. And all my plans can fall apart. There's probably no harm in calming him down a little bit. I don't think it means I lost.

“Alright, I'll go,” break me relax. Keegan frowned in disbelief. He must have been preparing to see me go berserk. “What a hard thing it is to come to a blind date. Plus get the money. Just set. Ten times I will come. Tell my papa to arrange all those dates for me.”

At least I can get 5 billion if ten times come to blind dates. Hmm, interesting. Should I make all of my date sick of going out on dates with different people?

I smile. You're a materialistic brain.

I'm ready to go with the art maybe. Dress best, make up as beautiful as possible, and come on time. Of course I have to be total if paid that much right?

But before leaving I went to see Papa first while he was having dinner.

“Papa,” I said with a big smile and sat in the chair in front of him. “Your son has come, then where is the money?”

Dear Mr Jonathan looked frustrated. Having a child like me must have drained a lot of his energy. “Newly come and you've asked for money. You are not at all polite.”

“Papa is also not polite because pay your own child to go on a blind date.” When he glanced at me I smiled as innocently as possible. “Papa himself must know I'm here because of the money.”

Mr. Jonathan exhaled a tired breath. Seems to have resigned. At least his stubborn daughter was willing to come.

“As long as you want to recite the words Papa to go on a blind date, the money will Papa send.”

“As per nominal?”

“Sure. Papa never lies.”

That's a hard statement to believe.

“Then Papa can set as Papa likes. I'll come to all the dates that Papa arranged.”

Just like Keegan, Mr. Jonathan seemed surprised by my sudden decision.

“Do you think so?”

“Iya. Why?” I smiled wider.

“You're planning something huh?”

“Papa also plan something?”

“You never want to cower to your own papa.”

“Papa also does not want to lose to his own son.”

Once again, the venerable Mr. Jonathan exhaled. He must have no other choice. “Good. Papa will believe you will obey. Watch out if later you make it yes.”

“Gak will. Five hundred million is enough to clothe my mouth and restrain my improper actions.”

“You can be like this because of who the hell.” The man just shook his head.

It is clear that I am like this because I am the son of the esteemed, beloved, and beloved Father Jonathan.
