The Become A Villain In The Novel
Chapter 35

"Mother Catherine, wait!" I looked back and heard someone calling me. "Xey..."

"Oh, my mother knew my stage name turned out," said the boy stopped running and stood before me. "Don't mom start being my fan huh."

"Dear your manners in front of Miss Catherine!" keegan's sweat made Xei raise her hand as if giving up.

"Okay, sorry if I'm not polite." He scratched his nose for a moment. "I don't mean anything. Just want to say thank you to Ms. Catherine for coming on our first debut."

"You don't have to thank me."

She shook her head. "I still want to thank you. Even though nervous just become more excited because there is a mother." The kitten man smiled as bright as the morning sun. His very special smile.

"A short visit to your debut event has indeed become part of Ms. Catherine's schedule. So it doesn't need to be exaggerated." It was not me who said this, but Keegan who looked at the boy with a flat look.

Xei just laughed. "I understand this very well, Pa-k," he told Keegan, from his polite words, but from his tone of voice it was clear the bad boy was mocking Keegan. Then he put on a timid face while looking down and scratching his head. "I'm just glad that Miss Catherine came."

Keegan prepared to answer Xei's words but I cut him off first, "I don't do anything. The show was a success and your debut was a great success all because of your hard work so far. Good job." good job."

"Thank you, ma'am," he said gladly. "I will keep on getting excited." He made a spirit symbol with both hands clenched on each side.

I did the same thing. "spirit."

"I think I'm really happy to talk to the kid."

I looked forward to hearing Keegan's words. Ever since the car started, he hasn't spoken anything. I am also tired of it today.

"Of course I'm happy to see such excited children," I replied as was.

"But you can't be too friendly. Later she can misunderstand Mom's attitude."

"Misunderstand how? I said the same thing to him making a misunderstanding."

"Mother is encouraging him. He can think in vain. She can think of herself as special so I'm acting like that."

I smiled at Keegan's far-fetched reply. "He wouldn't think so."

"Well, do you know where she wouldn't think that? He ran after Mom just to say thank you for having other intentions. Mother of the company. How could he behave like that."

Instead of getting upset, I somehow enjoy Keegan's nagging now. It was like seeing a jealous lover. Which is too far-fetched because of his jealousy.

"That's your feeling. That kid can't be."

Keegan saw me not like it. "Mother, don't be so innocent. I've seen a lot of two-faced people around me. People who approach Mom with the goal of making a profit. He was the one who was with Mom in the elevator back then right, maybe he just felt special because of that."

What Keegan said was true as well. "You're a real pain, Kee, just like him. Never-never-before I heard you talk at length like this for trivial things."

Keegan straight flirting. His face was funny when he was confused. "I was just warning. Let me be careful. Sorry if I overdo it."

"A little exaggeration anyway" I said and it made Keegan's shoulder slump. He looks like a puppy coming down his ears. Then I continued, "You look like a jealous person."

And Keegan's squeaky reaction to the shock made me laugh. I didn't expect him to be as expressive now.

He glanced at me from the rearview. "What is this mom saying."

"What am I talking about?" my fanc. But Keegan won't answer.

"No answer means yes."

"Ah... I'm just kidding, "he said before the car was a little shaken.

"Why, Kee?" my many.

It doesn't shake like the scenes in the movie. Keegan stopped the car. "I don't know, either, Mom. I'll check first." Then he opened the door and got down. I sat quietly waiting for him. Not long after Keegan came back. "The tires are leaking, ma'am. I'll change it up soon."

"Mom underestimated me? Surely I as a man can do it."

He as a man? Hmm, somehow I feel that the words "as a man" have a bottom line if written in written language.

"Okay," I replied. "You as a man can replace it."

"It won't be long, Mom. But if you don't want to wait, I can call people to send you home."

"I have no problem waiting."

"Good, Mom. I'll make sure it won't be long."

I nodded and Keegan went back again. How long to change a car. If I call anyone, I have to wait for that person to come. Maybe when the person who will pick me up comes Keegan is also done.

I leaned back, then glanced at the window. A point of water fell there. I glanced at the cloudy sky. The water drops are starting to fall more and more. I opened the window, rain splashed in.

"Kee, it's raining, get in!" I looked out a little to make my face wet with rain.

"It's over soon, ma'am," said Keegan. "Don't open the window. I'll get wet."

"Yes, you're wet yourself."

Keegan got up and stood in front of the car window, blocking me from the rain. "It's nothing I'm wet, just don't. Closed yes."

"But-"

"It won't be over if you don't close now."

I don't want to follow Keegan's words. If he has a fever again tomorrow, I'll just smoke his head.

But the weather this time is not at all supportive, the rain is getting heavier. I quickly pulled the umbrella from behind. I opened the door and spread the umbrella. I set my foot on the wet asphalt of the road and immediately headed to where Keegan had once closed the car door.

"Why did Mom come down?" ask her as I stand next to her who is fiddling with the tires of the car. "Mom's getting wet."

"Udah, you finish it now so we can go home quickly!"

"But-"

"Solve it! It's orders!"

Keegan said nothing more. He's refocused on putting our car tires on.

I don't know why I reflexively did this to him, either. If you think about it, I'm the boss. So there was no obligation to paddle him while he was raining.

I shook my head. Don't want to think about any further reason why I did this to her.

After Keegan finished, she grabbed the umbrella in my hand. He guided me back to the car.

"Mother must be cold" Keegan said as soon as she sat in the driver's seat. Without asking him to turn off the AC. "Unfortunately there was no blanket in the car. I will quickly get to Mother's house," he said while driving the car.

"Don't rush. Slow down."

"Well, Mom."

And I let Keegan drive the car at a pretty high speed. As soon as I got to my house, whatever the devil was, I said, "You don't want to stop by first. Take a shower and just get home."
