Episode 57 The Spear of Gluttony

Battle began. Rui summoned her Rignit sword and immediately shot towards Dracule. While Indra flew and threw Cerberus with wind magic to the outside of the academy hall.

Rui tried to attack Dracule with Rignit but he could not hit it at all due to Dracule's extremely fast movements. Then he used instant teleport to move faster, but still could not hit Dracule due to his slow swing with such a big sword.

"Hahahhaha, what's the hero?, can't hit me huh?, slow base" he said, avoiding Rui's slash and replying with his fire magic.

Rui who was late using his mana shield, was hit by a magic attack on his chest but the magic was immediately absorbed by his holy sword.

"Then, what about this" he said, replacing his weapon with a Cronicel arrow.

Rui quickly shot out her arrow and the arrow hit Dracule. When the lightning arrow hit Dracule, his body could not move for a moment. Without missing the opportunity, Rui replaced his weapon again with Rignit's sword and immediately used his energy slash.

A moment when it was about to hit his body, Dracule was able to dodge but his hand was hit by Rignit's sword energy. Without hesitation he retracted his hand so that the burning effect of the Sword did not creep into his heart

"Damn" said Rui who saw Dracule's hand reappear.

Dracule howled to call his bat squad. The bats directly hit Rui's body but he directly used the release of Rignit's energy area and directly burned the bats away.

"Rrrrrrrrr" Dracule's voice had already turned into a huge monster.

Dracule released magic energy from his mouth and directly charged towards Rui. Rui blocked the attack with Rignit's sword and instantly absorbed it.

The fierce battle between the two of them continued. Attack after attack they continue to launch to subvert their enemies, but they are still not able to defeat each other.

Cerberus becomes the moon - the monthly senses outside the academy. Cerberus is tough enough to survive Indra's magic attack even though his head is two more.

However Cerberus could only use his fire magic to fight Indra who flew freely in the air. Indra easily unleashed lightning towards Cerberus because the speed of Indra's attack was not able to be followed by Cerberus.

"Dirty dog like you, how dare to touch my master. Be aware of your place" Indra said as she threw her energy ball towards Cerberus.

Cerberus tried to hold him back with his Fire Magic but it was unable to stop Indra's attack and Cerberuspun was heavily injured due to the explosion of Indra's lightning energy ball.

Rui who started feeling Tired and stiff all over her body, mana who started at the threshold, was trying to finish her fight with Dracule. But Dracule is very tough and has not shown the slightest fatigue.

Rui tried to suck Dracule mana with his predator mana skill, but it was in vain because it did not work on high-class demons.

Rui tried to retreat and instantly replaced his weapon with his Cronicel arrow. But before Rui slid his arrow, Dracule quickly closed the distance and attacked from close range.

Dracule's hand was able to hold Rui but he was thrown far away to hit the wall. He was wounded by spewing blood from his mouth.

The hope is really starting to fade because Rui's ability is very lacking in using his weapons. Holy Weapons are powerful and amazing, but they are all useless if the ability of its own users is low.

With his hope and perseverance, he took out a spear that became his last hope.

"Come, Rouma" said Rui.

The Spear's appearance made Dracule keep his distance from Rui.

"The blood-sucking and meat-eating spear, the Rouma Spear" Dracule said on alert.

Rui clasped her spear tightly and threw it towards Dracule. Dracule tried to dodge it but the spear gave off an aura that was in the form of a ferocious beast and instantly devoured his hand.

"Rrrrrrrrr" Dracule's voice in pain.

Dracule took out a ball of energy from his mouth and attacked Rui with a wave of blood but the spear immediately turned around and attacked the energy until Dracule's attack was aborted.

The spear had its own consciousness and ferociously continuously attacked Dracule until little by little his body became immobile.

"A crazy weapon" said Rui smilingly looking at the spear.

Dracule already knew the special effect of the spear was its restraint. Because after shredding the body of his enemy the spear left a rune that had a sealing effect on his opponent.

But before he was completely restrained by the spear, Dracule mustered all his remaining strength to finish off Rui.

The wisp of energy he created him over his head and prepared to throw him towards Rui. Again the spear quickly shot to destroy the energy but Dracule sacrificed his hand to stop the spear and managed to jump the energy.

"Aarrrrrrrhhhhhhhhhhh" cried Dracule who threw the energy ball with all his might.

In his mind Rui immediately asked for the spear back and as he expected, the spear responded and returned to his hand. The spear shot out from Dracule's hand and shattered his hand.

Rui swiftly replaced his weapon again with the Rignit Sword just before the energy hit him.

"Aaaarrrhhhhhhh" shouted Rui who was overwhelmed with resisting Dracule's energy attack.

He finally managed to withstand that final attack but his entire body was covered in wounds and even his left hand was crushed.

Rui knelt down due to the pain from the attack. But thanks to Dracule's energy that was seized by the spear and transferred to him. He managed to heal his hand until he was able to raise Rignit's sword back.

Dracule who was still unable to move due to the sealing effect of the spear attack could only groan furiously. The unique effect of the spear is to devour and curb the body and magic of the enemy.

"Aaaaaarrrrrrhhhhh, fuck. Let go of me, you fucking kid. I, the former Demon General who survived the disastrous wars of the past will not die in this place" he shouted trying to escape.

However Rui had already raised his sword which had already finished gathering energy.

"I admit, you are indeed the most formidable opponent of the opponents I have ever faced. But only until here is your time. So, goodbye"

Rui slashed and unleashed the full energy from his sword.

Dracule who could only see death came to him. The roar did not accept his death.

"Akkkkkkrrrrrrhgghh, the noble Demon King" he shouted to his master.

That energy slash hit his body and immediately finished him to nothing. But the damage caused did not destroy the surrounding area, only Dracule and where he stood were not left.

"Akhhhh, controlling this sword energy is not too difficult, but my sword technique must be improved immediately" he said as he limped towards the academy exit.

Seeing Rui coming out of the academy with a wound, Karin and Ririna who saw him immediately ran up to him and hugged Rui.

"Thank God, thank God you're okay Rui" said Karin, grateful to see her sister survived.

"Hueeeee, me, I'm really happy to see you're okay. Truly me, I am truly grateful.Hueeeee" cried Ririna who was crying hugged Rui.

"Well, I'm fine, so can you give me some space, I'm having a little trouble here" he said, unable to move because of the embrace of Karin and Ririna.

All the disciples were fixed on him and from behind came Risiya who was hugging him from behind.

"Thank you for coming back safely" he said which made Rui relieved to see Risiya was fine.

Then Rui raised his sword to confirm their victory which was followed by cheers from the other students.
