The Cold Wife

The Cold Wife
IYD 55'S

Sweet kept looking at the man in front of him. He was still shocked and could not believe he could see the man again after a long time disappeared.

"Where have you been all this time, Hanz?"

Yes, the man who was currently in front of him was none other than Mr. Hanz who had long disappeared. I don't know what brought the man back to Berlin.

"As you can see, I'm still fine." Answer Hanz.

"What are you coming here for? Didn't you say we'd never see each other again? You disappeared like swallowed by the earth."

"My life isn't as good as yours, Sweet. I came here to find my daughter. I've been looking for him for two days, but he can't be reached. Even the apartment is empty. My wife and youngest son also disappeared. Last I heard they were here. But I didn't find his whereabouts" said Hanz, who managed to confuse Sweet.

"Who do you mean? Why are you looking for your daughter here?"

"Sabrina, she's my daughter."

The deg! Sweet was shocked to hear that. It was only fitting that he was like a stranger to the face of the queen.

"Sa__Sabrina's your daughter?"

"Yes, I want to meet him. Maybe it's my fault that you don't know who Sabrina is. I was also surprised to learn that the man who married her was one of your sons. Where's your husband?"

Sweet clenched his teeth. "Your son killed my husband, right at the wedding reception night. He shot my husband, Hanz." Sweet sizzle with a flash of anger in his eyes. Hanz who heard that was shocked half to death.

"You're kidding, right? How could my daughter do that? That's impossible."

"But that's the truth, he took my husband's life. I don't know what my husband's fault is with him? My husband is so supportive of your daughter to be the daughter-in-law of this house. And what's in return, he's got a bullet in my husband Hanz's heart." Sweet's sarcasm with heightened emotions.

"That's impossible, Sweet. Sabrina was traumatized by a firearm. As a child he was almost killed with it while helping his friend." Hanz did not accept Sweet's accusation to his daughter.

"Trauma?"

"Yes, he was traumatized even just by looking at a gun-shaped toy. Then how could he use that thing? You're accusing my daughter, Sweet. Then where is he?" Annoyed Hanz.

Sweet was silent for a moment. "I don't know, either, since that incident my son has been hiding your daughter. I never even saw the trunk of his nose after that."

Hanz squinted his eyes. "Then where's your son? I want to meet him."

"Since yesterday he hasn't come here." Answer Sweet accordingly.

Hanz clucked in annoyance. "Don't till I hear bad news about my daughter. She's a plain and nice girl. He had suffered enough all this time. Don't let her married life suffer."

"What do you mean?" Sweet asked curious about Sabrina's life.

"It's all my fault, Sweet. Sabrina was born without my knowledge. Do you remember when I went to Los Angeles with your older brother?"

Sweet nodded slowly.

"At that time I met my little friend, and we were involved in a one night stand. I never thought she was pregnant, I knew it eight years later. Her friend came to me with little Sabrina. She said her mother died in childbirth. I was really shocked and devastated at that moment. My status was also married at the time. And my family did not accept his presence. I can't do anything, Sweet. You know I was raised by a distinguished family, they wouldn't accept a child out of wedlock without a clear status. And at that time I also could not accept it wholeheartedly." Hanz looked down languidly.

"Sabrina has always been ill-treated by my wife and other children. Including my entire host family. But I kept him because he's my son, my flesh and blood. I loved him slowly. It's just that I'm not good at showing her that taste, Sweet. I can't protect her at all times. When he was near me not once, he almost lost his life twice. Therefore, after he grew up, I sent him to Berlin. Only this place is safe for him. Maybe he thinks I threw it away, but that's not what I'm trying to do." Hanz looked at Sweet's goal.

"He never took vengeance on anyone who cursed him. Including me, almost every time he told me love, but I never gave him more than living facilities."

"Then where have you been all this time? Why didn't you show up at your daughter's wedding?" Sweet asked, looking at the man in wonder.

Again Hanz looked down in lethargy. "I refused to come, I felt unworthy to be his companion, Sweet."

"Your daughter is expecting your presence, Hanz. I heard him himself he cried and wished you had come. You're the cruel father I met in this world, Hanz."

"I knew. That's why I searched and wanted to apologize to him directly. Tell me where he is, Sweet?"

"I don't know."

"My daughter couldn't have committed murder, Sweet. Trust me, don't get him involved in your family matters. He's innocent. I let your son marry her because I'm sure my daughter will be safe with him. Turns out I was wrong, I put my daughter in great danger. God, just give her happiness this time. Protect my daughter."

"What if your daughter was directly involved in the murder of my husband, Hanz?"

"Then you can take my life. But if my daughter's innocent, then you should apologize to her because my daughter doesn't deserve your description as a murderer. She's a good girl." Hanz Assertive.

Sweet was silent hearing that. Actually he also felt doubt if Sabrina was the culprit. All the evidence made him doubtful.

"Call your son, ask him if my daughter is okay?" Hanz began to worry about his daughter.

"I've contacted him. The phone can't be called. My son is busy taking care of his company. He's not an easy person to call."

Hanz rubbed his face violently.

"You're saying your wife and son are here, where are they?" Ask Sweet.

"That's my question too, they never called me."

"Are they here to see Sabrina? Didn't you say they didn't take the boy? What are they doing here?" Ask Sweet suspiciously.

Hanz breathed a heavy sigh. "I don't know for sure. I also just found out a few days ago they came to this town."

Sweet who heard that immediately leaned back his body. Then he breathed a sigh of anger. "I hope they don't throw tantrums or disturb my son's life. They're in trouble if it really happens."

"Your daughter is already in my son's life, if they harass him. It's the same way they harass my son. I think you understand what I mean."

For the umpteenth time Hanz rubbed his face in frustration. "They always make it hard. Even my first son has ruined my good name to the very end."

"God is fair, Hanz. You ignore your daughter, and then the children you're proud of make you fall into the deepest abyss. Isn't that fair?"

"You're right, I ignored my own daughter. I never even wanted to know about his life all along. Even I just found out Sabrina was almost harassed in high school."

"I never want to know about your family, Hanz. Before I get any clear evidence, I'll still think of your daughter as a murderer."

"And I'll make sure your mind's wrong, Sweet. You'll be sorry." Sarkas Hanz rose from his position. Then left the Digantara residence with quick steps.

Sweet's body went limp for a moment. His head was completely dizzy because of the problems that were afflicting his family. He hopes everything is done soon.

"Don't hold on." Sabrina pulled out a folding knife that she had brought. Then point that sharp object at Nicholas. And the threat had absolutely no effect on the man.

Crash it!

Sabrina managed to create an incision in Nicholas' arm. Makes the empu grimace in pain and cuss in annoyance. Not wanting to waste a chance, Sabrina immediately kicked Nicholas' precious asset with all her might until the man slumped to the floor for enduring the pain. Sabrina sat on the man's stomach. Then beat him with all his might until the man was helplessly limp. It turns out the power is good too.

Sabrina immediately got up from her position, and ran towards Alexella. Petrifying the woman took off the straps. "We need to get out of this place as soon as possible. You can walk, right?"

"My stomach hurts again, Sab." Alexella's complaint isn't that she's lying if her stomach is really hurting.

"Hold on, we gotta get out of here." Get Sabrina to start looking for a way out. Then the woman found another door. He smiled because the door was still working. Sabrina came back to Alexella and broke her up. "Hold okay?"

Alexella nodded slowly. Then they walked towards that door. Sabrina opened the lock carefully. Then turned the door knob slowly, peering out to see the situation.

"I think it's the back. There's no one. We're moving now." Sabrina took Alexella in quick steps. Leave that place.

"Oh my God, this is a jungle. The snow is getting thicker, what should we do? They'll know where we're going by looking at our footprints." Sabrina took Alexella further and further away from the place. And don't realize if they're getting into the woods.

"Damn! This year was the worst Christmas for me. I hope the santa-clas show up and help us get out of this fucking forest." Omel Sabrina with lips that begin to turn pale from the cold.

"You're watching too many children's series, Sab. Stop blabbering, they'll catch us again." Alexella's protests occasionally hissed due to contractions in her stomach.

It was far enough they went into the forest. Alexella held back because she was not strong enough to keep going.

Dor's!

The two women were aghast in shock when they heard such a loud gunshot. They also looked back.

"Quickly hide remove our footprints." Alexella's Word. Sabrina quickly erased their footprints and then hid behind a large tree.

"Baby.. Where are you? We're not done playing." The sound of humming filled the forest.

"Go, Sab. Leave me here." Alexella's word to Sabrina.

"No, I'm not leaving you." Decline Sabrina.

"Go's. There must be a living among us." Alexella falls on the snow. Her stomach really hurt.

"Xella's."

"Go before they see you. Run as far as possible until my brother picks you up." Alexella's whisper pressed against her stomach. "She won't let you get hurt, Sabrina. Trust me. Sorry for my attitude all along. Maybe we won't see each other again. Goodbye, Sabrina."

Sabrina shook her head in disagreement with Alexella's decision.

"Go's!."

Sabrina was startled and immediately ran away, leaving Alexella who was still sitting under a large tree while grimacing in pain.

"Oh my God, save Alexella and let me out of this forest." Sabrina tried to run as fast as possible by fighting the swift snow that fell to the earth.

Dor's!

Sabrina's body gasped when she heard the sound of gunfire echoing within the lush forest. He was very afraid of gunshots and the like. The trauma has not fully recovered.

"Al, I knew you'd come to my aid. Come, Al. My stomach hurts too." Sabrina's lips began to tremble because of the cold air that was slowly freezing her veins. The woman's gaze was also no longer clear because it was blocked by a puddle of tears. He's scared now.

Srak!

Sabrina fell into the valley, lucky that the valley was not too deep. Not long after that, he heard the sound of footsteps and people chatting. Sabrina slightly retreated and hid in the valley with her eyes closed.

"The trace disappears."

"Find over there."

Oh, my God, help me. Sabrina kept begging in her heart. His hands stretched out to touch his stomach which felt pain and pain.

Please, don't leave me. I just found out you're in here. Your father was so bad at hiding you from me. Al, come. Need you. Sabrina closed her eyes with a trembling body.
