Arriving...
"Sir."
Jake soon arrives at the door of a room. The maid knocks on the door and opens it for Jake. It was then that a man received a phone call inside.
"Master, I stay ya." The waitress said goodbye to Jake, flirting with a blink of her eye.
Jake just shut up. He ignored the waiter. He went into the room. Someone inside was aware of Jake's presence. He immediately disconnected his phone.
"Hello, buddy! How are you doing? Long time no see you." The man reluctantly invites Jake to cuddle.
Jake flat expression, while his friend seemed enthusiastic to welcome his arrival. Jake saw the whole room.
"Is this a workspace or a lounge?" ask that man.
The man laughed. "Haha. You could have. This is my workroom, Jake. Tumben you're coming. What do you want to drink? The tequila? A whisky? The wine? Or ...?"
"There is just one." Jake answered immediately.
"alright. Just a minute." The man called the club's waiter. "Send tequila to my room." The man said on his phone. Soon the phone connection was cut off.
"Will your employees be asked to dress like that?" jake asked and sat down on the long sofa in the room.
Jake's friend Paul Lemos held back his laughter. "They're used to it, Jake," Paul replied, responding to Jake's question. "By the way you seem to have changed a lot. Are you in financial trouble?" Paul's ticking Jake.
Jake glanced sharply at Paul who was sitting not far from him. "Don't talk recklessly. I'm not you" jake curiously held back.
"Haha." The friend laughed and sat closer to Jake. "Alright." He finally gave up. "Tell me what has made you like this? Your hair's getting rough, Jake. Your mustache and beard are also not shaved. Looks like you're so busy you can't stand it anymore." Friends guessed.
"Let's put it on the table." Paul asked the waiter.
The waiter placed two bottles of wine and the glass. He bent so that part of his chest was visible to Jake. Jake turned his face away for a moment. He doesn't want to see it.
The room Jake went to wasn't as big a workspace as his. Except it only measures 7x3 meters with potluck furniture. There is only one set of work table, document cabinet, safe and also drinking water dispenser. And a long sofa in the corner. Not much furniture in there. So Jake thinks this room is a relaxing room.
"Where do you want to talk? Looks like today's conversation will be interesting." Paul asked Jake.
Jake stood up. "Outside only. I'm tired of being in the room." Jake got out of the room. He doesn't want to waste his time.
Paul took his breath. He shook his head at Jake's never-changing attitude. However, he tells her because Jake is his old friend. Let's say if they're close friends.
Uncle Thompson, look at this son of yours. He never changes.
Paul rushed out of the room with his bottle of wine and glass. They headed to the back porch of the club for a quick chat. No matter what the conversation, Paul followed. He was powerless to resist the will of his friend, Jake Thompson.
