Five minutes later...
The waves chase the witness of a big boss of a leading construction company who is sitting leaning on the back porch of a beach club. The look on his face implied concern for his mood. A friend named Paul seemed to realize what was going on. He opened up the conversation this morning.
"It's a good thing you called me when I was here." Paul opened the conversation.
Jake Thompson wants to talk to his closest friend. He felt he needed a place to exchange ideas about what he was going through. Jake can't keep him alone. More work takes up too much time.
Two bottles of tequila bear witness to an imminent conversation. The two sat next to the beach table that separated. Jake turned on a cigarette to accompany the conversation this morning.
"I'm very busy. My time is so dense. Even to return to the apartment sometimes late in the middle of the night. My routine can't be talked to." Jake told me his life.
Paul understands. "You did a very good job, Jake. Therefore, the Lord Peter trusted you very much." Paul stated.
Jake took a breath. "But that's why I don't have time to think about myself." Jake recalls a need that no one can fulfill.
"Huh .. yes. That's a risk as a big leader. That's why I don't want to be like you. Freedom is everything." Paul chimed.
Jake's puffing his cigarette smoke. He looked up at the clear sky this morning. "I'm in a dilemma about work and feelings." Jake says.
Paul was surprised. "Feelings?!" He seemed to be in disbelief.
"Yes." Yeah." Jake stared at the vast sky that stretched out in space. "A woman has been pissing me off lately. He can't understand me at all. Even now he's gone with another man" said Jake, pouring out his heart.
"Not him." Jake interrupted immediately. "But the Lea workers. She's Lea's man to set me up. But in fact we were both caught up in a feeling that was hard to express." Jake was confused to say it.
Paul took his breath. "Don't tell me you're in love with your wife's errand woman." Paul rested his back on the porch chair. Both hands are behind his head.
Jake was silent for a moment. He seemed to doubt his feelings.
"Have you been in a relationship for a long time?" Paul immediately asked.
"Maybe about two months." Jake answered.
Paul laughing. He was funny with his friend's attitude. "Haha. You're like an ABG kid, Jake. Never mind, there are many others. There are so many beautiful and sexy women you can get overnight. Forget about her." Paul said again.
Jake turned off his cigarette butts. He stared hard at his friend. At that moment Paul realized that Jake was very serious about talking. Jake's face looks upset in his eyes.
"Nr ...." Paul is not feeling well on his own. He immediately sat straight in front of Jake.
Paul was Jake's friend in High School. They were close in many ways because they had fought together. However, Paul eventually chooses a different path than Jake. Something makes Paul prefer freedom over being tied to work. And now Paul has his own club on the coast. The club is open to all visitors. Both from inside and outside.
"If I can forget it, then I won't come here." Jake confirmed his arrival.
