“Good, I'll leave this to you. Take Jie Yan's disciple to the building on the outskirts of the Clan where he settled during the mission. After that, show him where the monster first appeared.” Order the Patriarch of the Rong Clan to one of his guards.
“Good Patriarch. Young man, follow me.” said one of the Patriarch of the Rong Clan's personal bodyguards named Rong Qu.
Jie Yan nodded and slowly stood up. After bidding farewell to the Patriarch of the Rong Clan, he followed Rong Qu out of the Patriarch's residence.
The Patriarch of the Rong Clan simply stared towards Jie Yan's departure with an indifferent gaze.
While another one of the Patriarchal bodyguards of the Rong Clan stared a little coldly towards Jie Yan's departure.
Not too long later, Jie Yan was first brought to a simple residence, a temporary residence provided by the Rong Clan, the place was right near the forest, a small village consisting of dozens of simple houses.
After finding out where he stayed for some time, Jie Yan followed Rong Qu to where the monster mentioned by the Patriarch of the Rong Clan had first appeared.
“In this place is the first time the monster appeared.” Rong Qu pointed towards the trees that were heavily destroyed due to the short fight.

The other guards instantly gave out a signal that made all the members of the Rong Clan wary as the monster reappeared hunting down the members of the Rong Clan.
Jie Yan who was near the Rong Clan, exactly where he lived, heard the voice. He opened his eyes and looked in a certain direction.

Jie Yan disappeared instantly and he moved towards the direction the Rong Clan was located in.
At night, the atmosphere looked tense. All the guards of the Rong Clan appeared all over the place looking for the whereabouts of the figure.
Jie Yan who had appeared on one of the roofs of the Rong Clan building, stared with his God Eyes all over the place.

Due to Jie Yan's sharp senses, he could hear faint sounds and the smell of blood in a certain place and he immediately looked in that direction.
