Wangdu City is a few days away from Skull Hill. Right now, Jie Yan continued to move and in less than three days, he arrived at Wangdu City.
“This is the place?” Jie Yan muttered in a slightly astonished tone. What he saw was a small town that was quite dilapidated.
Many humans were seen abandoned in the place, aside from that, the aura of death and blood was quite stinging in the air.
When it reached the city gate, many pairs of eyes stared at Jie Yan warily. This signified that Wangdu city must have been damaged by outsiders.
As Jie Yan continued to enter the city, dozens of early stage Immortal King level cultivators followed from the shadows. They seemed to be preparing to attack Jie Yan.
After a few minutes, Jie Yan arrived at the biggest building in the city.
“Hm? A middle-stage Immortal King level cultivator? He seems to be the master of this city. I better ask him.” Inner Jie Yan and entered the enormous building obstruction but there were no guards at all.
As he approached the building, all of the early stage Immortal King level cultivators appeared right in front of Jie Yan with fierce faces.
“Who are you? Don't you know that this place is a place that can't be visited carelessly?” One of them asked in a cold tone.
Jie Yan raised his eyebrows slightly as it seemed that none of them wanted to speak in a friendly tone to him. Aside from that, he had made no mistake and it seemed that all of those cultivators wanted to attack him.
“I want to meet someone who is in there. I want to ask you some information.” Jie Yan said indifferently.
“Do you think the Mayor is so easy to meet with an outsider like you? Get out of this place before we drag you out of the city by force!” said one of the cultivators in a cold tone. Aside from that, his killing intent was emanated as it seemed that not only did he want to chase away Jie Yan, he even intended to kill him.
“Did you ever think that someone you threatened would finish you off? I don't want any trouble! But, I am not someone who will be afraid of trouble!” Jie Yan said in a cold tone as the King's qi exploded from within his body.
Drrrttt!
The pressure coming out from Jie Yan made all those cultivators sweat. They all knew that Jie Yan was not someone who would be easy to deal with.
“Let him in!”
Someone's voice sounded from within the building which made Jie Yan retract his King's qi.
All those cultivators were sweating profusely and felt very close to death just a moment ago. They all instantly disappeared in an instant letting Jie Yan go inside the building.
Jie Yan directly rode on the spirit star and approached. When he got down, he walked straight into the building and opened the door.
“Hm?” Jie Yan slightly raised his brows as the building was filled with an extremely thick smell of blood. This made him even more curious, although his goal was to hunt someone, he was certainly not too rushed.
When Jie Yan entered, a single figure of a young man slowly walked over from the second floor.
“Dear guests, sorry for the roughness of the population in this city. I am the new Mayor of Wangdu city, Xun Hai. What do honored guests want?” Xun Hai asked after introducing himself.
“Xun Hai?” Inner Jie Yan with a strange look then replied, “I want information about Xun Li.”
Xun Hai was silent for quite a long time when he heard Jie Yan's request.
“What do you want from him?” Xun Hai asked as he walked towards the seat located in the living room.
“He is my mission target.” Jie Yan replied indifferently.
Xun Hai who was sitting down, stared at Jie Yan's eyes deeply.
“Go, you can't possibly win against him because Xun Li once finished off Mercenaries with a peak Immortal King level cultivation!” answer Xun Hai.
“It seems that you are indeed related to someone named Xun Li. Was he the cause of the destruction of Wangdu city?” Jie Yan asked as he impolitely walked towards Xun Hai then he sat opposite him comfortably.
Xun Hai's eyes narrowed slightly. He did not expect that Jie Yan would not be afraid of what he said. He looked at Jie Yan deeply, trying to figure out where Jie Yan's confidence came from.

“Oh? Is this related to the thing he stole from someone?” Jie Yan asked and had already guessed to Xun Li's hunting mission had quite an incredible reward.
